he made sure he was invisible before running with incredible speed heading toward the place where it all started, it may seem very weird to why would someone as careful as Beverly make a fatal mistake such as attacking the wrong man.
so there can only been one possibility, the man who informed them about mark's whereabouts was working with him, and kurono had an idea about who the traitor is.
reaching the hotel he entered it heading straight for the front desk searching for the man who had opened a room for him, sadly he wasn't there.
'of course he would choose to disappear for a while'kurono snorted.
'what now'he found a female and male working together however there was no trace of the middle aged man he met last night.
he had no choice but to wait, half an hour had pa.s.sed with no change happening, getting fed up of waiting kurono was about to leave when he saw the male stand up looking at his partner he said
"i'm going to the bathroom, i'll be quick"
"oh no problem"
listening to their conversation kurono choose to follow him, the man quickly left heading toward a room close-by he opened a door entered before unzipping his pants he was humming a tone.
having finished was.h.i.+ng his hands he was about to leave when he felt his feet been lifted from the ground his back hitting the door with a bam, he looked frightened gazing at the sixteen year old boy holding him with one hand.
"hee_mphhhhh" fear striking him he was about to scream for help only to have his mouth covered with a strong hand.
"one more word and you're dead, do you understand?"he nodded hurriedly
"good, i only want to know the wearabouts of one guy"kurono paused a little before continuing "he was working in your position yesterday, he's a middle aged man with a beard, do you know where he is?"it took him a moment before he slowly shook his head.
"oh you don't know" letting the man drop kurono spoke, the man looked relieved with a smile he was about to speak when a powerful fist hit him right on the stomach forcing him to throw up all his breakfast.
"this is your last chance either you tell me or you die"he said coldly, seeing him remaining silent kurono clenched his fist intending to strike.
"i_i'll speak i'll speak, i don't know where he is right now b_but i have his number" the man spoke fearfully.
"you'll arange a meeting with him right now, don't let him become suspicous do you understand?"kurono demanded.
"ok ok"looking at the boy's intimidating eyes the man couldn't help but s.h.i.+ver.
dialing the number he held the phone with his right hand.
"ah hey this is jake, listen i_i don't have much time here but the manager wants to meet you, no he didn't tell me why, h_he said it was urgent, ok i'll tell him" his eyes never left kurono's through the whole conversation as he was fearing that if he made any mistake the other would kill him.
after the call ended jake gave a sigh of relief before leaning at the door he stared at Kurono" he'll be here in an hour." he stopped waiting for the other party's response, the only thing he got was silence " i_i did what you told me to, s_so you have to let me go "
"huh you're not going anywhere until i meet him."kurono said with a smirk, he wasn't dumb enough to let the man go that easily as the latter could be just lying.
"now call your friend at the reception tell her that you had something to do and had to leave"jake sighed picking his phone he dialed a number

"hey what are you thinking about " while kurono was thinking for a way to find mark Jessica and the others had long left the gantz room each in his respective place, jessica and her cousin nora had gone back to their home the two were lying on the same sofa whispering to each other.
"nothing, i_im just confused about what's happening" nora answered
"don't be afraid if it really did summon us back just like that idiot told us, i'll make sure we'll stay alive "she said while hugging her relative.
"h_hey kurono isn't that bad of a person he saved me" nora said remembring the moment when he took her in his powerful arms her face turned red.
"hmm do you like him? "jessica asked hurriedly
"no, i_i_"before she could talk a nocking sounded was heard, getting up jessica opened the door only to find louis and the others awkwardly standing.
"well get in "it was only her and nora who were staying at the house, nora's parents were on a vacation so she moved here as to avoid living alone.
"the place is a little missed up, but make yourself at home"she led them toward the living room indicating for them to sit down.
she brought coffee and cookies before sitting down herself.
everyone stayed silent, they had originally planned on a meeting to speak about gantz and what happened to them, they wanted to figure things out. however no one really wanted to talk about anything, it was a horrible experience for everyone, especially louis since he himself was close to death.
"let's get a pen and a paper and we'll note down what ever we understood until now" louis decided to speak first
"here" nora quickly pa.s.sed them over.
"ok so from what kurono told us , we'll be summoned to fight again "louis said
"yeah and we'll get a mission like last time" keven added
"why won't we let kurono complete it like he did last time?"nora asked, her face down
"this is out of the question we have to gain 100 points each to get our freedom back and we need to fight for that ."louis explained
"yeah but the only one here who can fight is you"keven said with a red face clearly embarra.s.sed.
"and if you do and get 100 points you'll lose your memories about gantz and what happened ..."Jessica said with frustration
"what do you mean?"keven asked.
"this means the kids needs to be the first to hit that 100 points"louis stated, looking weirdly at nora and keven's relatives.
