"Magister Isaacs, how is the research on the RC Metal going on?" Asked Lucien after taking care of the Flerken Egg.

RC Metal was a secret project of the Holy Niflheim Empire that was focused on infusing RC Cells into various metal alloys, to create super durable and strong metal, with regenerative and special properties of the RC Cells.

"Your Highness, the research on the RC Metal should be completed in two or three months. We are close to stabilizing the RC Metal Pool, that we have created by transforming the entire smaller barren planet rich on various metals into one huge RC Metal Pool. Currently, we are not still able to extract RC Metal from the Pool constantly, but the metal is able to withstand full strength of the Marquise-Rank or Yuanying Realm." Stated Magister Isaacs.

"Hmm... that is good... for now focus on developing RC Metal. We need to have all of our Battles.h.i.+ps constructed from the RC Metal, it would increase the whole tightening capability of the Battles.h.i.+ps. Also, how are the scans of the planet?"

"This planet is rich in minerals and other ores, altogether several million tonnes have been found. The only problem we have found is the underground world of the planet. There are apparently several lifeforms with energy reading in the Yuanying Realm. Probably some mutated beasts on the Type 10 Divine Warrior that are living in the caves deep under the ground." Said Magister Isaacs.

"Oh?"

"We have sent down there several Magitek Soldiers of a.s.sa.s.sin-Cla.s.s. They were destroyed, but we have managed found out it is some mutated Arachne colony. The situation itself is problematic, as they have lairs at several strategic places, where rare ores are located. We have even found lodge of Stygian Iron, almost several tonnes, but apparently, the lodge is at the Queen's lair." Explained he.

"I will go down there and clear the underground. With my strength, it shouldn't be any problem. Maybe I would be able to find some treasures. Magister, how is the progression on the construction of the Level-1 Portable Fortified Stronghold going?"

Portable Fortified Stronghold, was very advanced magitek structure, similarly to the Orbital s.p.a.ce Defense Fortress, it had huge offensive and defensive abilities, and it was extremely demanding on resources if you wanna construct even one of them of the lowest level.

"To construct one Level-1 Portable Fortified Stronghold, we have used resources almost from half of the system we have plundered. Real problematic thing is to find some metal wit rich Heaven and Earth Energy and other special treasures that could be used as the base, but fortunately, Signa System had several planets and moons, not talking about tens of asteroids that had countless resources. After the Level-1 Portable Fortified Stronghold is constructed, we could start producing Magitek Soldiers on the Planet Ilter at huge speed, probably several thousand per day if we have enough resources to sustain it."

"Focus also on constructing Battles.h.i.+ps. All of our fleet is made up of only one hundred Ardent-Cla.s.s Battles.h.i.+ps, which is a pathetical number. To have a proper fleet we need to have at least ten thousand battles.h.i.+ps, but that would require an astronomical amount of resources, fortunately, our progress in conquering and pillaging others is fast, so our fleet should be able to expand very quickly." Said Lucien as he stood up and prepared to exit the room.

"Of course, Your Highness. If I may ask, where are you going right now?"

"Where to? Right now, to the underground to annihilate those pests that are blocking our mining works on the planet. We need resources and we need them as fast as possible. Now return to oversee the Sacred Devourification Process on those Evolved Zombies. Afterward, continue in your usual duties." To which Magister Isaacs slightly bowed and then also left.

After Lucien left, he immediately went to one of the entrances that were leading to the underground world of the Planet Ilter. Apparently, mutated beasts have made huge s.p.a.ce under the planet's crust, and there were billions of them living there. When he heard, that energy scans have caught energy reading belonging to the Type 10 Divine Warrior, he knew that he would have to go personally there and dispose of all of Type 10 Mutated Beasts. The rest of them could be killed off or transported to the breeding planets by Imperial Soldiers.

Lately, the fate of the most mutated beasts on conquered planets, was not immediate death how could one think, but rather, they would be captured and transported to the Breeding Planets. That were planets, full of the mutated beast, where they could freely live and reproduce. They served as a constant source of food, rare materials, and other things. Only those mindless ones and most aggressive would be killed and processed onto blood essences when they were living on the Breeding Planet. Some mutated beasts produced rare resources, like silk, rare blood, and other many and many things.

When Lucien entered the underground, he immediately felt that there should be at least ten Type 10 mutated beasts, which was a huge number. All entrances to the underground were guarded by several Ardent-Cla.s.s Battles.h.i.+ps, and several Particle Cannons were installed on the ground, in case they decided to attack the surface.

"If that Arachne Queen could be captured, those spiders could become an exclusive source of high-quality silk and poison. That could be beneficial for the Empire. Sadly, their combat power is low and evolutionary potential zero." Muttered Lucien sadly.

Not every species were like Zerg or former Tyranids, that we're able to devour other species and constantly evolve into something higher and stronger, more perfect, and more terrifying. Only a minority of species across entire Endless Void had the ability to constantly evolve, others must depend on rare treasures and special encounters.
