"What about the fourth Void n.o.ble Tablet? If there would be the fourth one, what would we do with it?" Asked Xenos as they were still discussing this topic.

"We could exchange it for some treasures and resources with Overmind Zeroth. For the last several hundred Chaos Cycles we have been conducting secret business with him, and Heart of the Swarm, and it went well every time. Void n.o.bles were several races that were considered as top bloodlines with affinity to Void and were most powerful in the entire Endless Void. In the Central Region of Endless Void, they ruled over almost infinite territories, and there were countless Chaoslords and Celestials among them. Xenos was from the Sacred Devourer Race, which was one of the Imperial Lines of Void n.o.bles.

"No, it wasn't our creation, although we have a hand in it. A long, very long time ago, when I was still kid, I heard Grand Elder of my Clan talk about them, how they came to be. Apparently they are one of the Wonders of Endless Void that are birthed naturally, during time and expansions of the Endless Void. There are two main functions of the Void n.o.ble Tablet after it is used to create Void Nation."

"The first one is to absorb Planets, Realms, Galaxies, Universes, or even Chaosworlds at their peak, to expand the territory of Void Nation. Void Nation, compared to every other plane, has only one plane of existence, there is no division between Mortal Realm, Immortal Realm or some other divisions, only one plane, that is infinitely big, this aspect of Void Nations is same as Origin Planes in Central Region of Endless Void that is even bigger than Chaosworlds and is only one plane of existence." It was very hard to imagine a plane of existence that is as big as Chaosworld. One must know, that Chaosworld is created by billions upon billions of Divine Realms and millions of Territories.

"The second function of the Void Nation is even more important. It has the ability to devour and a.s.similate Civilization Flames. Every Constrained World, Scattered World, or Chaosworld has different Laws and different systems of cultivation. Void Nations are primarily used to absorb and a.s.similate the cultivation systems and knowledge of Constrained World and Scattered World, or even Chaoswrolds by strong ones, to create ultimate Civilization. Perfect in all aspects. With Civilization Flame, you can even impart knowledge to the degree you chose to all your subjects, Energy Concentration in Void Nation is usually countless times more compared to any place in Endless Void, as Void Nation is directly taking it from either Endless Void and also, it is acting as Generation. "Every Void Nation has no suppression limit so even Autarch or Chaoslord can enter it and live there without any suppression. When Void Nation is created it starts as Void Barony and is roughly big as ordinary Divine Realm. After that is Void County that is big as ten to a hundred Divine Realm. Void Marquisate is big as territory, Void Dukedom is big as several Territories and the Void Royal Kingdom is big as entire Chaosworld. Above the Royal Kingdom is the Imperial Empire, the Chaos Empire, Celestial Imperium, and sitting at the top, The Eternal Dynasty, the size of these ranks, is almost impossible to know, as every nation is guarding it like their deepest secret. But, to reach these ranks territory is the second thing, you need to reach the Civilization Flame level that corresponds to Rank. And that is done, by gaining powerhouses and a.s.similating knowledge and building up to advanced civilization."

"To be qualified as Void County your Civilization Flame must reach Star-Level, meaning you need to have at least several Bianshen Realm Cultivators and your civilization needs to be advanced enough to produce them continuously. For Void Marquisate your Civilization Flame must reach Moon-Level, meaning at least Zhuseng Realm Cultivators and adequate knowledge and advances, of course, knowledge in all fields such as Alchemy, Cultivation, Technology must be completed. Void Dukedom your Civilization Flame must reach Sun-Level, Empyrean Lord Cultivators, and adequate knowledge. Void Royal Kingdom your Civilization Flame must reach Divine-Level, you must have G.o.d-Ranks. Void Imperial Empire your Civilization Flame must reach Dimensional-Level and have Autarch Realm Cultivators. For Void Chaos Empire your Civilization Flame must reach Chaos-Level and have Chaoslord Realm Cultivators. For Void Celestial Empire your Civilization Flame must reach Celestial-Level and have Celestial Realm Cultivators and finally for Eternal Dynstary your Civilization Flame must reach Eternal-Level, becoming Eternal Flame, I only know that you need to have Eldricht Realm Cultivator, but apparently there are many more conditions." "With our strength, advances, and other factors, reaching Royal Kingdom Rank wouldn't be a problem in a few hundred years of quick work. To reach the next Imperial Empire Rank, would be much harder as conditions are to have several Autarchs, and also, knowledge for Autarchs emerge after some time, so the civilization needs to be very advanced." Said Leylin as he thought about this.

They were powerful, yes, but to reach adequate ranks, they would need to have several correspondingly ranked cultivators and civilization levels. So even if he is Chaoslord at the time of the creation of Void Nation, he would not be able to directly skip to Imperial Empire Level from the scratch.
