"Wait they can do that?"

"If they absorb enough essence do they become a G.o.d?"

"Impossible huh…" He was really lucky to be chosen by the system, but he never wanted to become a G.o.d, but refusing that offer would mean spending eternity in the void.

"....Time to continue hunting"

He started hunting again.

The circular map on the edge of his sight flashed then details came, he can see green,red and purple dots on it, there was also a huge blue dot was moving through the map quickly.

"What do those dots mean?"

[[Red are monsters, Green are animals, Purple are corrupted creatures, Blue are mortals.]]

"Wait, there are humans on my territory?" He thought about zooming in the blue dot and the map zoomed, there was now 5 blue dots moving quickly through the forest, were they using a vehicle?

[[Are you not gonna hunt Corrupted creatures anymore?]]

"That can be saved for later, I have to see humans" He started running through the trees, pa.s.sing through them since he has no need to dodge them, he doesn't have a physical body after all.

He was getting closer and closer as he pa.s.ses through the objects.

It's been decades since he last saw one of his kind, humans, but they weren't like the humans he knew. one was riding a flying sword while there were 4 people following him jumping from tree to tree swiftly while throwing some blades at the guy who's riding a sword

Were they even humans? He only saw these type of scenes on movies.

Those weren't effects either, the were legit jumping from tree to tree and the sword was flying mid air.

"How is this possible?" Lucio couldn't believe it, how were they doing that? How can there be a flying sword at earth? how were they jumping from tree to tree quickly? , He decided to follow them, they were already far from him but he had his minimap, he can track them down aslong as they were in his territory.

"I need to follow them!"

"b.a.s.t.a.r.d! Stop right now! you'll regret stealing that magical sword!"

"It recognizes me as its owner now! even if I return it no one would be able to use it except me! can you just let me go?!!" The guy riding the magic sword shouted back.

"Once you're dead it won't recognize you at its owner anymore! accept your fate!"

"Why the h.e.l.l would I surrender?!" He shouted back.

Soon they reached a dead end, a steep mountain blocked their path.

"Stop Stop!" The guy riding the sword shouted as he went straight to the side of the mountain, the sword didn't stop and kept going, The sword did recognize him as its owner but he couldn't control it yet.

They started to go closer and closer upon the huge mountain infront of them, the speed of the sword wasn't decreasing and is maintaining its quick speed in a straight line towards the mountainside.

"S-stop!" He started to get pale as the sword wasn't stopping.

"NO! The sword is going to break if it hits that!" The men chasing him started to go faster as the one leading them shouted that.

"T-this isn't stopping! Screw this!" He panicked and jumped off the sword and let it hit the mountain, he rolled then bounced to the ground.

BANG, the sword went burrowed inside the rocks leaving its user behind, the sword was now stuck in the mountain.

The three men chasing him stopped and surrounded him while the other one went and checked the sword.

"The sword seems to be in a fine condition! we can still sell it again! all we need to do is kill the thief! Give me a few minutes go beat him up while I pull this sword out!" The blue robed guy shouted as he start digging on the sword

"Boy, it looks like your luck has run out!" One of them said as he draw his sword out.

"I'm not going down without a fight!" The sword thief raised his fist and went to a battle stance.

"You think you can take four of us?" He rushed towards him and threw a punch towards his face.

The Sword Thief ducked and counterattacked with an uppercut. His fist connected with his opponent's chin and ended up knocking him upwards, His opponent wasn't expecting the sword thief to make a move against him.

"What the h.e.l.l is happening here?" Lucio finally caught up and saw the exchange.
