"Umm... I suggest you teach your side a little moderation, if their tongues are too long I don't mind shaving it for them...." Guru said, smacking his lips like he was eating something.

The voice was soft and frail, but it reverberated in their ears like a bomb. Guru had never spoken in these meetings. The last time any of them heard him speak was years ago and he only "hmphed before moving. That one gesture caused the destruction of a whole underground trafficking ring inside the kingdom which had been in existence about as long as the kingdom itself.

Before that was a centuries ago when he said "let's go", taking on a whole enemy regiment who were giving the combined Dracas army trouble with about a hundred people. The blood they shed set this kingdom's peace for generations after.

He was too powerful. So powerful that if he spoke even the king never reb.u.t.ted and let him do as he intended. In every kingdom, a power that surpa.s.sed the royal family was always suppressed, but that was if they had their own interests. Guru on the other hand only moved when trouble in the kingdom went too far.

The young man before was always around Jyaha, even if the n.o.bility were idiots in his eyes, he didn't dislike it when one or two of them tried to suck up to him, it was very flattering for his ego. He thought that with such a good mouth the kid probably had a little brain in him so allowed him to stand near him in today's meeting, little did he know that sweet words were all he was good for.

Now, he was sure that the Elder's side wouldn't let this moment go, so he decided it's better to step back first and wait for a better moment to push. "I believe we've all been very tired and that this meeting has gone for several hours straight, else how can something so stupid come out of anyone's mouth... I suggest we take a break for today and the night hours and regather tomorrow." At least with time, his side's mistake would have less of an impact on the discussions.

The elder side and Eyisha knew what he was doing but they didn't dare make a move right now after Guru's outburst of aura lest they say something wrong and put their side in the same position.

Seeing that the Guru's eyes were closed again they wanted to hold him here but saw that most of the n.o.ble side and Jyaha had already left the premise. Only some of the less intellectually gifted ones didn't read the situation fast enough and were still sitting around the room. Unfortunately for Jyaha these numbered a quarter of his sides numbers.

When they turned back somehow Guru was already gone, they couldn't help but hold their breath at the thought of what was going to happen.

Whilst this was going on, Zhao Wei had followed Solith to a small house near the edge of the kingdom. Zhao Wei was wondering why they stopped here when he called out. "Rona! I'm back we have guests!"

Suddenly the clas.h.i.+ng of metal was heard from inside. A middle aged lady chased a little girl outside, the little ones dress was riding up behind. "Sola! Wait!!"

"Papa!!" The little girl glided into Solith's arms. "Hehey little b.u.g.g.e.r, you missed me?" Solith said as he hugged the girl in an embrace. The girls head popped up from his tight hug, taking a breath. Her innocent emerald eyes looked happily at him as she nodded, blonde hair bouncing with it.

His wife was also blonde, although she was much older her face was still very young and she her cheeks were flush with energy despite the current circ.u.mstances. Sola saw Zhao Wei and climbed to her father's back, hiding behind his shoulder to stare at Zhao Wei.

"Sola don't be shy, this is mr benefactor, the man helped papa a lot outside and he's going to make all our lives better", he picked her from his shoulder and carried her towards Zhao Wei. Zhao Wei was a little shy of the introduction.

She looked at Zhao Wei silently, turning her head towards her mother for support who was gesturing her to go on. Then she gave a bright smile to Zhao Wei, a tooth missing. "Thank you mr benefactor for bringing papa back!!"

Zhao Wei's heart melted, the doting muscleman in him was awakened. "It was no problem, I would help anyone who needed me" Zhao Wei posed with a thumbs up.

"Uncle benefactor is so cool!!" His heart felt like it was torn apart, he couldn't rebuke such cuteness, but he was only 19 how could he be an uncle!!

He took her palm and placed a dried fruit piece in it. While smiling he said, "Please just call me big brother Zhao Wei..."

She had already started chewing the piece like candy, her cheeks puffed up, innocently she asked, "But you look older than papa, how can I call you big brother?"

Zhao Wei coughed up blood, Critical Hit!!

His wife called them, "Come on in everyone, I'll prepare some food."

The little girl followed her mother in, as Solith wanted to enter a hand grabbed his shoulder. Turning back he saw Zhao Wei glare at him. They both shared a conversation with their eyes

Zhao Wei squinted, "How did you do it?"

Solith smirked, "Don't you want to know" his eyes sarcastic.

Zhao Wei could only give him a fake smile, blood dripping down the side. This father and daughter duo!!

He was left bleeding out outside for awhile.

As he entered the house he sat with around a mat that was put out, a single plate in the middle, several thin pieces of bread sprinkled with a little salt filled it and several cups around. Zhao Wei couldn't help but frown, he could tell some of the bread was atleast twice cooked, whatever they didn't finish they probably stored it again and mixed with a little newly cooked food.

Little Sola wanted to pick up a piece but Rona stopped her. "Hey, where are your manners, we have a guest." She brought the plate towards him and took the biggest new piece for him. "Sir we don't have much but I hope you can treat this like your own home and not hold yourself back."

Zhao Wei felt a little touched, he heard only sincerity in her voice and she opened her house to him with what little her family had. In his heart he couldn't help but promise himself to help this family.
