Their throbbing headaches lingered, but it was a lot better than a few hours earlier. With some pain relievers, good food, and water the two girls were able to work almost as good as normal.
"Shall I start?" Yoona asked.
Eunha nodded. "Sure, go ahead."
Yoona plugged her laptop to a cable wired to a television set on their table. The information on her screen was projected onto the screen so that everyone else could see what she had worked on.
Doing what she knew best, she made a powerpoint outlining their marketing strategy.
"So essentially, we all know the basis of how we want to market Lucas," she begin. Then, she pointed to the chart on the screen. "As you can see, I listed various shows airing right now that Lucas has some potential to go on. And over here, are the shows that are not on television yet with no set cast. If we can get Lucas in there that would be essential to gaining publicity."
The next slide played.
"I compiled a list of the shows, the directors a.s.sociated with those shows, and numbers for any contacts that I can find. Since don't have any connections, I was only able to get the basic contacts but if you could ask the entertainment department for any numbers of the higher-ups of the shows, that would be great."
Lucas nodded his head while listening. He was spinning a pen between his fingers. "This is really good."
He turned towards Eunha before clearing his throat. "You think you can be in charge of this part?"

Eunha stared at the long list before letting out a sigh. "I can. But it's so much work."
"I'll help," he commented. And then he turned towards Yoona. "Next."
"Okay, well after figuring that out. I feel like according to the shows that we get Lucas on, we would have to use different strategies. However, one thing we are certain of is that Lucas will have the restaurant open before he goes onto any of the shows. This means, that time is tight and we would need to get the restaurant opening soon. That way, he would have a real 'chef' t.i.tle and would get easier appearances."
Lucas raised his hand slightly, alerting everyone that he was going to talk. "We actually have the building picked and all we need to do is decorations and some fixes. Eunha had already designed the layout..."
"How long did you say it was going to take to finish?" Lucas asked.
Eunha skimmed through her papers. "It won't take too long finis.h.i.+ng renovation and furniture since I've already ordered them. I would say at a week minimum with the current builders we have."
Lucas nodded slowly before letting out a sigh. "I guess we should quickly start the hiring process then, but I'm not sure how long that would take."
Eunha stayed silent for a moment before rolling her eyes. "It's going to take forever. n.o.body can please Lucas."
He shot her a glare. "You're working under me. I'd say those are pretty low standards."
She widened her mouth. "You're so rude."
Was Yoona hallucinating? She could see Lucas's expression slightly softening. Then he coughed, covering the lower half of his face and erasing all signs of his previous expression.
"It was a joke," he quickly commented. His attention went back to Yoona "Anyways. I'll try to find people in my network who might be willing to work under me. Can you also make a job offer post for the hiring?"
Yoona nodded. "Okay. Sounds like a plan."
Lucas typed on his computer, sending out a quick email before looking back up. "We should do a presentation outlining everything in front of our superior. That way, he can possibly help us with more connections and reaching out to the industry."
"I'll work on that," Yoona volunteered.
He clapped his hands. "The meeting is finished then."
"But, can you help me make the presentation? Since I'm new, I'm not sure what exactly the higher-ups would look for," she asked him.
Eunha widened her eyes. "But he said he'd help me with the phone calls and emails."
In her heart, she knew that Lucas would probably pick Yoona to help instead. After all, he always had a soft spot for Yoona. She wouldn't even be hurt by this.
Lucas placed his hand against his forehead, stressed about the decision he had to make. However, despite the expression on his face, his answer was quite quick.
"I'm going to help Eunha but I'll review your powerpoint afterwards to see if its already."
Eunha let out a sigh. "It's okay, you can help her-"
Then her head quickly spun to face his direction. "Wait! You're helping me!"
"Yes…?" Lucas drawled. "Is there anything wrong with that?"
Eunha giggled. "No of course not! I'm very happy actually. Let's get started then."
He stared at her before nodding. "Okay."
Yoona stared at the two with a new emotion rising up in her chest. It was weird. At this very moment, why did she suddenly feel the need to see Minhyun? Well, she always wanted to see him, that was the truth, but right now, the feeling was more strangely intense than normal.
Interesting.
