After nick calms down a bit nick watched drasius tell him that veras overdrew his power while training earlier and was thus resting and shouldn't be disturbed. "Hmm that's unfortunate OK I'll talk to him when he wakes up in the meantime." Nick points at sabrina who was hiding behind nick as unlike nick the natural aura coming off of the butler frightened her greatly."this is sabrina I saved her from a slaver on my way to the auction earlier, I hope you can get her a room and help her aclimate to her new life." For the first time since he came out the warm smile on drasius's face fell as he glared at sabrina thinking she might have taken advantage of nick to get saved as he had seen slaves try to many times with anyone they think might be able to help them. Noticing the look drasius was giving her sabrina shrunk behind nick even more than before. Nick glanced at drasius and he says again a little more forceful than before "I SAVED HER." Drasius noticed the implications behind what nick said and the warm smile comes back to his as he thinks 'of course the young master wouldn't be fooled by such a thing shame on me for thinking such things.' "Of course young master, apologies young lady for my rudeness we'll get you all settled in just a moment " drasius says to nick before speaking to sabrina.

Sabrina as if noticing his sincerity stops hiding behind nick and stands nervously next to nick before walking over to drasius and bowing slightly. Drasius nods at her actions and says "now that you've been introduced follow me and I'll get you set up in your new room and a.s.sign some small ch.o.r.es for you among the maids." Sabrina nods and follows drasius off as nick and the two now suspiciously nervous guards remain in the main courtyard. "Well best get back to duty you two." Nick says to the two guards who jump when he speaks. "O-of course s-sir" one of the guards says as they both rush away leaving nick standing there a little confused 'wonder if drasius made them nervous , the man is pretty d.a.m.n intimidating if you don't do your job oh well.' Nick thinks as he makes his way to his garden courtyard . After arriving he stops dead in his tracks as he noticed some of his plants had been trampled as a look of irritation comes onto his face and he uses a bit of his qi to heal the plants that can still be saved while removing the destroyed ones. while nick tends his plants the two guards are talking in hushed voices in a corner. "What happened I thought everything was supposed to be destroyed, why is veras still alive it doesn't make sense!" One of them says . "I don't know maybe the plan changed last minute so they couldn't inform us?" The other questions doubtful. "Seems i caught a few little mice who survived the pack!" A deep voice echo's into the twos ears sending s.h.i.+vers down their back as they react immediately leaping towards an exit to escape. "Too late!" The voice says as the very shadows that the two were using for cover latch onto them and devour their bodies before they can even cry out making a squelching sound before tranforming into a pitch black panther with eyes that look like a galaxy and fur that almost seems to devour light and a size about as big as a small car. The panther licks its chops before it speaks to itself "only right for mice to be eaten by a cat .hahahaha" While it fades into the wall it laughs at its self fulfilling joke. Meanwhile after nick fixes what he can from his garden he enters his room and begins cultivating at the systems advice since it said that was the best way to past the time . And like that a week went by without nick noticing and within that week vera had managed to recover enough to move around and the gra.s.s in the main courtyard grew back as well as in Nick's garden.
