A God's Apocalyptic Entertainment 3 Status?

I remembered the voice that appeared before. Maybe this was my only hope. I listened intently, hoping to catch everything that was being relayed.

[Survivor listen closely, because you will only get this introductory lesson once, anything not remembered will have to be found out later.]

[As one of the lucky survivors of planet designated "Earth" you will be privileged to receive a body balancing and re-calibration, as well as the introduction of the evolution system.]

[The body balancing and evolution system has already been applied to survivor. Say or think the word "Status" now to bring up body stats and re-calibration. You will be given 10 seconds to bring up the status function before the tutorial continues. 10, 9, 8…]

The countdown started as I thought, what's body re-calibration? How didn't I feel something?

The countdown started to reach towards 4, so I quickly snapped myself out of my thoughts and quickly said.

"Status"

I immediately regretted shouting as I remembered the infected. He was only 5 doors away from me, G.o.d I hope he didn't hear me.

I started to sweat and listen closely at the door. Dammit the door was so thick, I can't hear anything. d.a.m.n I'll just have to risk it.

I refocused on the new screen that had suddenly popped up in front of me; it was a blue screen that hovered in front of my eyes. I reached out for it and my hand went right through it. It also blocked my vision, that wasn't a good sign.

I'll have to look out for that in the future.

I quickly gave it a once over as the voice reached 1

[The tutorial will now continue. The "Status" that you are seeing, in front of you, is part of the evolution system, that has become a part of your body. This system shows the abilities of the survivor and numerically displays them.]

[It automatically notes down the survivors name, race, s.e.x, age and level. Any s.p.a.ces filled with question marks as shown "???" have not been unlocked and may never be unlocked, that will depend on the host.]

[Now we will move on to the attributes of the survivor, the attributes shown are. Strength (STR), Endurance (END), Intelligence (INT), Agility (AGI), Spirit (SPR) and Luck (LUK). These are the basic stats that all living beings have when they are born. Any added ability's found by survivor later, will not be listed or explained in the tutorial.]

[Because of the body balancing effect that was bestowed, all abilities have been balanced to fit a worldwide standard, with comparison to the weakest and strongest living being that inhabit the planet. After being averaged out, all abilities except LUK and SPR will be at a base number of 10. Any number above 10, denotes that your body before the balancing was above the average and was kept. This is of course to weed out the weaklings that may have been lucky enough to survive…]

A frown crossed my face at the words, favoritism, even at the start huh, what a b.a.s.t.a.r.d of a G.o.d. But I needed to focus.

[This body balancing shall give the survivor a chance to kill the infected. Every time an infected is killed Experience points will be obtained. These experience points are very important to reach the next level.]

[As a newly born survivor all levels are set to 0, every time a "level up" is achieved the evolution system will distribute 5 ability points. These ability points can be used to upgrade existing attributes. Once locked in, the evolution system will upgrade the survivors' body; this will be beneficial in the killing and survival of host.]

[As well as attribute point's, skills can be unlocked and gained as the survivor lives. All skills are gained through various means, that host will find out naturally.]

[Every time a skill is learned it will start as a level 1 skill, depending on skill affinity and rarity, max level of skills will differ. To evolve the skill to the next level, or to upgrade them to a higher level a certain amount of skill points will be required. One skill point will be awarded every time a "level up" is acquired.]

[This next section of the tutorial will describe the specifics of the attributes listed.]

[Strength (STR) The amount of power that can be applied by the survivor, through their muscles.]

[Endurance (END) The amount of physical damage that a single cell in the body can withstand, increases cell recovery.]

[Intelligence (INT) The mental prowess of the survivors to think fast and concisely.]

[Agility (AGI) The alacrity of the body. Sharpens the nervous system to work faster when sending brain signals to the body. Warning: the higher the agility the faster body will tire, mentally and physically]

[Spirit (SPR) The ability to control forces that are intangible and have the ability to change matter. As earth is not naturally connected to a plane of existence that intangible forces come from, there has been no base set. All attributes show in the spirit stat, are generated from the innate ability of the survivor and will vary. To upgrade this attribute, will increase your finite control of these intangible forces and the amount you can summon.]

[Luck (LUK) An intangible force that is beyond planes of existence and resides in all of them, it cannot be increased by the evolution system, as it is beyond it. System can measure the increase in this intangible force, but has no sway over it. To increase luck is purely up to the survivors own ability's and encounters.]

[This will count the end of the tutorial, as everything has been explained. Anything else that is found is up to the survivor to understand. A beginner pack will be sent in 30 seconds after this tutorial is finished and no other help will be given from the tutorial.]

[The beginner pack will be essential, as it has all that will be needed for a survivor.]

I breathed out slightly, as the tutorial finally came to an end. It was almost too much information to understand. But I think I got the gist of it, I need to evolve fast, or I will die.

This starter pack better be useful, there's still that infected outside.
