“When is the wedding set for?” Jian Dan took the invitation from Mo Mo’s hand to check the date. “Next month? That soon?” Jian Dan asked, surprised by the date.
“Our parents discussed it and chose that day because it’s an especially good one!”
“In such a hurry, can you even book a hotel? And there’s so much to prepare, will there be enough time?” Weddings can be a real grind.
“Jian, I have you, don’t I? Why worry about booking a hotel?” Mo Mo batted her eyelashes at Jian Dan.

“Wife, Mom made you some chicken soup, want some?” Chu Liyuan sat down next to Xia Mengjiao as if no one else was there, opened the thermos, poured a bowl, and prepared to feed Xia Mengjiao.
Seeing this, Jian Dan~
“Hey Mo Mo, haven’t you not seen Xia Mengjiao’s baby yet? I’ll take you to see…” she said, pulling Mo Mo out of the ward.

“If Mom is pretty, the baby won’t be far behind!”
