"So when can we start the third trial?"

The devilish imp mysteriously smiled and said with a voice full of pride

"We will start now, if you pa.s.s all the stages of the mind trial you will get the full Deva G.o.d's inheritance"

"Who is the Deva G.o.d?"

Asher asked

The devilish imp looked dumbfounded

"How do you not know our Master????? When we followed Master even G.o.d Realm Emperor's had to kneel to him!"

Asher tried to think back to all the books he read about experts and the history of the G.o.d Domain Realm but couldn't find anything in his memory about the Deva G.o.d.

Asher just shrugged

"This trial should stimulate your mind, it will test your perception, willpower, comprehension and spirit sense."

The tiny devilish imp's voice rang out with an mischievous tone.

Asher was currently staring at a weird looking Altar on the floor.

The Altar had three clear jade stones in a triangular formation, Asher was suppose to go in the middle and meditate to begin the mind trial.

Each jade stone that was lit up meant that he pa.s.sed a stage.

When the final jade stone lit up it would be the end of the mind trial and Asher would gain a ma.s.sive fortune.

Asher's heart was surprisingly calm at this moment, the devilish and angelic imp told him that this was the most difficult trial out of all three.

Maybe because he felt like he could pa.s.s this, how couldn't he feel like this, he's done everything he's put his mind up to until now which caused him to be fully confident in everything he does.

Asher walked toward the Altar.

Asher sat down in the middle of the three clear jade stones and the ancient looking Altar, he swiftly got into the lotus position.

Asher could feel a strange will prying into his mind and subconscious until the darkness he was suppose to see from closing his eyes flashed into an entirely different scenery.

The devilish and angelic imp were quietly watching Asher with their full attention and antic.i.p.ation.

The devilish and angelic imp had a worried look on their face as they watched Asher for an unknown amount of time.

They saw Asher's perfect face contort into different expressions and him start to sweat.

They saw his body violently shake and tense as if he was experiencing the cruelest of tortures.

Asher's sword-like eyebrows were knitted as his face was full of sweat it was like he was going to break down anytime now.

Tiny snakes of white lightning surrounded Asher and seemed to always revert him to a calm state of mind when he was on the verge of breaking, but the trembling and cold sweats would just keep reoccurring after.

Hours went by

The devilish and angelic imp were worried that he wouldn't be able to pa.s.s, especially the devilish imp, until they saw a scene that blew their sense of reality.

Asher, inside the illusion finally seemed to find hope....I can finally wake up! Asher was going to finish the mind trial and escape the illusions as he saw the light at the end of the tunnel, until he felt his divine lightning martial spirit explode out with countless lightning strikes countering the heavy aura trying to press down on him, he could feel that someone was purposefully showing him the exit, but put him in despair again and not allowing him to leave, but the white lightning flowing through his body seemed to have enough and fully counterattacked.

BOOOOOOM

One of the three jade stones exploded, meanwhile Asher's otherworldly face finally revealed a serene expression like he accomplished his life long dream.

BOOOOOOOOM BOOOOOOOM

The first explosion caused a chain reaction among the three clear jade stones and they all exploded one after another.

Those were....those were.....those were stones made of a material that were suppose to be absolutely unbreakable and held G.o.dly souls that were experts in illusion techniques.

They remembered witnessing their master embed the illusion masters into the stones and strike it with his full strength, it still didn't have one scratch.

When he created the mind trial, and did the trial for a test run the jade stones only lit up, never exploding.

The devilish and angelic imp looked toward Asher with a look of astonishment , they closely watched Asher who had a joyous expression on his face and a strange but cordial glow.

The devilish imp communicated with the G.o.dly souls that were in the clear jade stones to specifically make it hard for Asher, he wanted that annoying and cheerful Asher to feel despair for some reason, but he was worried they were going too far and Asher would soon perish, but now his face was full of relief.

They quickly looked toward the back of Asher's hand while their tiny hearts violently beat

"He.....he pa.s.sed!"

The angelic and devilish imp exclaimed simultaneously

On Asher's hand you could witness the complete Deva Tattoo in its ethereal and attractive splendor.

The ethereal figure, with one divine but holy white eye and one wrathful but charming black colored eye, six mighty arms meditating in a lotus position, six wings that appeared to be half of Lucifer's and half of an Archangel's, and Last but not least, three faceless heads grew on the ethereal figure, one on the right side, one on the left, and the last on the back of its main.

Asher slowly opened his eyes, revealing an all new razor-sharp look in his striking silvery white eyes as he felt an incomparable feeling all throughout.

It was like a large weight was lifted off his chest.... he felt....complete.

Asher looked toward the changes on the back of his hand and exclaimed in admiration.

If before the Deva Tattoo was completed, he thought it looked cool and ethereal, but now it looked unquestionably sacred.

He stared at his new tattoo in veneration until he remembered that the angelic and devilish imp were here, he turned to look at them and was surprised at the way they were blindly staring at him.

They were looking at him the same way he looked at his Deva Tattoo, with great respect and reverence.

During the time Asher closed his eyes and meditated in the middle of the Altar, he experienced things that changed his entire disposition.

He experienced different kinds of illusions of life filled with betrayal, love, hatred, peace, torture, battles and many more.

He felt like everything he experienced was incomparably real and when he was on the verge of despair a divine white colored lightning would bring him back and remind him this was an illusion, a mind trial.

Countless years of anguish pa.s.sed for Asher in the mind trial, but only hours pa.s.sed in the real world. It was like the souls inside the clear jade stones had a personal vendetta against him.

With this life changing experience Asher's disposition was tempered to the upmost, he also found out what he really wanted in life.

Asher found the meaning to his life....he truly wanted to be Free and Unfettered.

Asher wanted to never experience that dejection he felt in the mind trials, he felt trapped and weak.

One who was Free and Unfettered, was incomparably powerful and a free spirit(does whatever he wants), to never be tied down and just enjoy life.

Asher clenched his fist as he stood up

The devilish and angelic imp looked at Asher in shock, it was like looking at two different people, the Asher of before gave a hot-headed, pa.s.sionate and immature feeling.

The Asher in-front of them was like a tranquil youth who knew the profound truths of the world, a youth who was unbounded by any chain and had a cemented will in anything he does. Like a youth who knew what he wanted, though he still looked like he was impulsive.

This great change in disposition was definitely because of the mind trials.
