Once we arrive at a table Magi-kun places both of the trays in front of two seats respectively and sits down. I was also about to sit down when I realized if I sat in the chair, I wouldn't be able to see the top of the table...

I instead stand on top of the table and examine my tray of food. Let's see...one cinnamon bun on a pretty looking plate, one of those gravy bowls filled with glaze, and a gla.s.s of orange juice. Fancy.( ^ω^ )

I look over at Magi-Kim to see that he's already started eating. His tray consisted of brioche toast on a similarly fancy plate, a side of b.u.t.ter, a coffee, and a small jar of strawberry jam, some of which has gotten on his face.

This...this child...(¬_¬)

Acting all high and mighty like some genius, well look at you now. Have you ever seen a genius with jam on his face? I didn't think so.ƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ

While chuckling inside, I take a napkin and wipe the jam off his face. Magi-kun looks at me, stunned.(⊙_⊙)

Why did I just do that? What am I, his mom? You ever have that moment when you ｒｅｇｒｅｔ ｙｏｕｒ ｗｈｏｌｅ ｅｘｉｓｔａｎｃｅ? Yeah, well I'm currently having one of those moments.

Aren't I supposed to be the main character? I reincarnated into another world, surrounded by ikemen, but what do I get? The body of a tree. No golden finger. No system. No cheat skills. And the best part? These guys aren't my love interests but my son...I mean, why else would I act like this, treating this grown adult like a child. Sure he looks like a child, but he has an intelligence way above mine so WHY DID I DO SOMETHING ONLY A MOTHER FIGURE WOULD.

Seriously, when have you ever seen an FL acting like a mom towards the ML in a novel?!? What happened to your basic 'damsel in distress' or 'Ml admires how brave and smart the Fl is' plots? Aren't I the mc here? Why don't I get the FL treatment?

...ah, but if I'm treating this like a bl novel, then at most I'll be a backround character...if that's the case, wouldn't it be better to be the ikemens' mother figure? At least I'd show up in the same frames as the handsome tops and bottoms, maybe some of their radiance will rub off on me...

But...I'm too young to be a mother. QAQ

Ahh, my train of thought is getting derailed. I'll figure out my place in the plot at a later date. Right now I need to fix Magi-kun...whom I think I broke slightly...
