Before I could figure out how to get a piece of the wood to experiment with, the wooden window whooshes open to reveal an angry child. The small girl, around the same age as Sven, looks at him angrily,"You! So noisy! I'm trying to sleep but all I hear is this nonstop banging! Don't you know who I am?! I could have my father execute you for this!" Huffing and puffing, the girl points her finger at Sven.

Sven, surprised at the sudden situation slips, but quickly catches himself and regains balance. Overcome with frustration, the child only now realized where they're talking. "You...you're bound to slip and fall if you continue to stay on that branch..."

"Then shouldn't you invite me in?" Sven cheekily smirks.

"Wh! You! It would be considered nothing but inappropriate to let a member of the opposite s.e.x into my room!" The girls face flushes red, but I'm not sure if it's in anger or embarra.s.sment.

"This is your room? You live in his tower?" Sven questions.

Which her hands on her hips, the girl trying to look imposing as she says,"Humph, you are in no position to question me! I should be the one questioning you...but well, yes... ah, I was placed here recently though..." The girls voice becomes meeker as she trails off until its almost inaudible.

"Wow! So you really live in this tower! How many floors does it have? Is your room the top floor?" Sven questions the girl with sparkling eyes filled with wonder at something new and interesting.

Seeing his child-like amazement, the young lady answers his questions in a prideful tone,"This is the only floor. Everything below me is empty s.p.a.ce and stairs."

"Eh? Does that mean you're the only one living here!"

"Yes. I'm old enough to take care of myself." She says that, but she looks no older than Sven, who's a child.

"But you look the same age as me! What about your parents?"

"Even if were the same age, it's obvious I'm much more mature than a brat like you and-" She cuts herself off as a frown appears on her face. It looks like the second question made her remember something.

"What's wrong?" Sven notices the girls change as well.

"...come inside first, before you fall and become stupid."

"Hey!" Sven pouts as he lets himself in. He climbs through the window to enter the girls room.
