As Luosa exited the cave, she enters a lush green wilderness, full of wildlife and captivating scenery. She covered her eyes as the sun trying to blind them.
"Where in the world I sp.a.w.n into… I wish the Map function would unlock right away. I don't like playing the game with my eyes closed. Though, I did enjoy doing it, but still…"
Stretching her thin arms to the back, the sound of cracking bones can be heard coming from her stiffed body, she sighed, "Haa… and why do I feel like this avatar is not an avatar"
"… Eh?" A sudden chill crawling up her spine as she thought of the possibility that is true, so she decided to drop it off and move on.
Walking through the forest in happy notion, she lifted her hand and went to inspect the dagger that she has, muttering, "Appraisal ~ Item Identification"
'Unlike the Active Skills, the Pa.s.sive one does not have an incantation. Good, I guess it still works the same as in Normal Mode.'
"Mmm?"
Luosa tilted her head in confusion, this has never happened before. 'Hmm… why did it fail… Pa.s.sive Skills should have no limits or any restrictions whatsoever. Maybe it needs some Mana Potency or something?'
She pondered about it for a while. The potency of Mana is a scaling power of a skill. The more Mana one pours into the skill, the better and stronger its effects. One could even evolve them into higher-level skills or spells at a certain threshold. There is a limit to it, however, which is the tier of +11, the maximum level of one can achieve is by reaching that tier, and beyond that is a Transcendental tier, which in itself has its own separate ranking.
"But how do I give Mana into it though? There is only Mana Potency adjustment when someone configures them, but I have to Rank up in order to use it. There should be another way, right?"
She holds her chin with her finger as she walks in confusion, "Hmm............."
It feels like her face spiraled.

"Geh, I've spent a month in that place!?" her eyes and lips wiggling in sync, "No wonder I feel so weird now. I guess Avarice really did take her sweet time to 'Torture' me. Pa.s.sing through bushes after bushes, she's in badly need of water.

"I feel like… I'm going to die of dehydration first before getting killed by a monster."

Having quite an odd hatred toward Tank, a player that has a role in the defensive position, is somewhat justified. It is because a Tank requires more Vitality than any other cla.s.s due to their skills cost a lot more to be usable when soloing, that is why they need a lot of their stats points inserted in Vitality so that they can recover more and then they can do more of what they can do.
Luosa stopped and rested her shoulder on a tree, "Water, please…" voicing her desperate inner desire, Luosa felt as if she's dying.
She s.h.i.+fted her eyes and saw a scorpion climbing onto her shoulder. Her eyes widened, "Kyaa~aaah!"
She forcefully shoves off the scorpion from her shoulder. As it landed on the ground, the scorpion, it's approaching her. Just by seeing it, chills crawling up her spine, "Hiee~eeeh!" Luosa screamed in terror and then ran off in a speed of light.
After a while… she's dead.
Not literally of course, she's still alive, though her state of hydration is not actually in good condition, which is why she is on the ground right now… with her face buried in it.
'…'
The scorpion from before appeared from underneath her clothes, her b.u.t.t. Going out from Luosa's a.s.s cheeks, the scorpion crawls all the way to her head and then sit on top of it.
'… Why can't this thing just leave me alone…'
She has always been afraid— or more like uncomfortable when seeing such creature around.

She felt something…
The atmosphere around her is quite moody and colorfully blue in tone. The air is refres.h.i.+ng, it's like morning has come even though it's already way past that. She lifted her head and saw a gleaming light coming out from a bush in front of her. Her eyes widened. Luosa fixed her posture and rose from the ground.
Slowly, she walked toward the bush, and lightly pushed it aside.
"…"
Her eyes widening as light piercing towards them. Her lips tilted… A warm gentle smile has formed in her face.
As she pa.s.sed through and came out from the bush… tears shed from her eyes.
She looked around, seeing the scenery in front of her… it's a sunset.
Stepping closer, almost to the edges of the cliff… her smiles grew brighter.
"Ahh… so I'm really here, huh" she let out a light chuckle. A deep strong emotion welling up inside her as she calls out the names of her companions, "Kurira... Rakuri…" her eyes closed as she let the wind pa.s.sed through her, "… I'm here…"
She remembers the words of the system back from when she started playing.
