Second Chance In The Apocalyptic World 48 The Grizzly Is Back!

"nah my exit is this way!" Matt said as he jumped down from the balcony.

"Aahh!" "Matt!" "SON!" shouted the family as they ran towards the balcony to look for him.

But they were surprised to see Matt holding onto the railing of the balcony right below theirs and climbing inside it.

"Why are you shouting do you want the Zombies attention to your room? I jumped down so that the zombies won't come for our room but here you are shouting like that?" Matt said.

"Whose fault is it? You jumped like that without warning us!" Mary stated.

"OK, now keep your voice down, I am gonna clear the floor now" Matt said as he went inside the room from the baclony.

The family of Matt who was looking at him from their baclony sighed while Paul ran towards the main door to check if the zombies were coming for their room.

Luckily the zombies were busy in their feast and between their chomiong and cracking of bones they didn't heard the shout.

Matt entered the living room from the balcony and looked around to see if someone was there but couldn't find anyone there until he smelled the yucky toxic smell.

'So the people in here changed as well' thought Matt.

"Arg!" came a noise from Matt's left side as a zombie couple pounced at him.

Matt dodged the couple than with a fast swing at the neck of the male zombie cutting his head off. The male zombie fell to his knees then his whole body went limp and fell on the groud, the female zombie once again pounced on him not caring about her partner. At the moment the female zombie pounced on him, he dodged to the side, stabbing the female zombie's back with his hilt. Then the female zombie onto the sofa in the living room. It was just strugglig to get back up when Matt jumped onto the bed.

The American Black eagle Kukri precisely cut the back of the female zombie's head. Its solid skull was easily split open. The female zombie looked like all her energy had been sucked out of her by some sort of machine. Her body shook for a bit, then fell limp to the sofa like a pile of mud.

'I can come back to retrieve the gels later first i need to make sure that there are no zombies on the floor my family are living' matt thought as walked towards the main door and opened it but he didn't came out at once as he didn't wanted to get surprise attacked by zombies due to his negligence.

After making sure that there was no one out there Matt walked out of the Room no. 501, Matt walked towards the stiars and saw a zombie trying to climb it but since it had only one leg and it was trying to crawl upwards.

'Tsk... poor guy must have gotten attacked by some zombies who liked his leg to much' Matt thought as he raised his Kukri.

Another precise cut and the skull of a single leg Zombie's skull was split open.

As the stairs were U shaped Matt was standing on the intersection with his inventory open in front of him thinking what would be the fastest way to kill them all.

'I did gained quite a few AR's but it would be a waste to use it on these levle 0 zombies' thought Matt then his eyes moved towards another box in his inventory and it s.h.i.+ned.

"Ah....I almost forgot about this guy" Matt said as he brought it out.

"Gggrrrraaaa...." growled the Grizzly bear the moment it came out from the inventory.

It's growl was loud, loud enough to even make the zombies stop their feast and look towards the staircase.

In front of Matt was the 8 meter tall Grizzly Bear who was a cub when he brought him from the National Forest. After he became the Level 2 Grizzly Bear beast, Matt knew he wouldn't be able to feed him but luckily his inventory had the feature of stasis which he found out when he kept already cooked food in the inventory and found that it was the same on the next day. So he kept the Grizzly bear in the inventory where he would have to woory about him.

"Looks like you are the same big guy" Matt said

"GGrrrr.." came the noise from the Grizzly bears mouth.

"Ok i know you haven't gotten any action as of late that's why right above these stairs I have gathered quite a few target you can even eat them but leave their heads ok" Matt stated.

"Gggrrraaa" growled the Grizzly bear with a smile as climbed those stairs with great speed.

*BAANG BAANG BAANG* Came the noise as he climbed those stairs.

"s.h.i.+t this b.a.s.t.a.r.d will break the staircase" Matt mumbled as he followed the Grizzly Bear.

The moment the Grizzly bear rached the 6th floor he was pounced on by the zombies one of which Matt recaognised as Thompson the man with the beard who wanted to act as a hero when Matt warned them.

The Grizzly bear swiped his paw throwing down some of the zombies.

The impact of the swip was such that some of them crashed to the wall as their burtsed.

The ones that were still on the Grizzly bear tried to bite him and use there teeth to tear him apart but the skin of the Levle 2 Grizzly bear was much harder than their teeth.

Only Matt with his level 2 kukri could actually hurt him and it took Matt quite a long time for his kukri to raise level, from level 1 to level 2 he had to soak his kukri in Level 3 beasts blood for a week or a level 2 animals blood for a month for it to evolve.

"Ggggrrrraaaaa..." growled the Grizzly bear as it dashed into the middle of the zombies stopping on them, biting their head off but since it remembered Matt's orders it didn't chewed it down and instead throwed the head back while enjoying the meat of the rest of their body.

"This guy! the foul smell of the zombies will be too much for my family to live here!"
