The Tylingariea Epic 11 Chapter 9 Morgone Meets With The Spider King

Morgone walked up to the guards at the front gate of the Castle of the Spider King and said " Tell The Spider King that Morgone is here and he needs to talk." The guard nodded and went to tell the Spider King that Morgone to wanting to speak with him.

Inside the Spider Kings throne room was a large silken web that consumed the room with its white glossy silck. On the web was a Dark King spider that had the upper body of the ancient skeleton of a man whose heart had been removed, the head of a skeleton, the eyes of a dark Kings spider.

The ma.s.sive spider looked down from his web his eyes emblazed with the fires of darkness and saw a older man with white hair chained to the floor his body shriveled up from lack of food and water guarded by two large guards one on each side. The older man said " Please great Spider King spare me."

The Spider King lifted his hands which were old were old, bony and claw like.

Tapping them on the web, a soft clicking sound could be heard as the bone hit the web, after several minutes the Spider King raised his head and said in a raspy voice " why should I spare you a lowly thief? Who is nothing in the eyes of my law?"

he leaned forward to eye level with the man. The older man felt a chill ran down his spine as he saw Spider Kings eyes were pure white and void of any color.

As the Spider King looked at The older man the man felt more and more afired as he could feel the Spider King staring into his soul with his empty colorless eyes, peering deeper and deeper into the older man. The older man fell to the floor and cried out in fear as he pleaded " Do you fear me? Thief?" the Spider King asked

"Please, have mercy! I have been in that cell for over twenty eight years! I have learned my lesson I will never steal from you ever again."

The Spider King paused and said to the old man " No, you will not, you will be punished for your crime."

The old man looked at the guards hoping that they would unchain him " Aren't they going to unchain me?"

" Take him to my children they are hungry." He screamed as loud as he could as The man was tossed into a ma.s.sive pit were millions of spider like ooze creatures lived.

The Spider King gleefully and with no remorse poisoned the man and then froze him in Dark

Moprheon.

. As he was reflecting a guard came in and said " Spider King my Lord there is a Morgone here to see you and he needs to talk. Should I let him in?"

The spider King replied "yes let him in immediately" once the guard left the spider King thought "oh G.o.ds I knew that making a deal with the devil will came back to haunt me." Morgone entered the room and the door closed silently behind him.

" h.e.l.lo Spider King or should I call you Edward with do you prefer." The Spider King got off his web and said "Morgone why in Under-h.e.l.l are you here?!"

Morgone replied cheerfully" why to see my best friend the course"

Spider King smiled a small smile " Is that all? You came all the way to the Dark Worlds just to see me?

No, you have other motives. Knowing you,"

Morgone sighed and said " do you have any food, then we talk."

The two sat down in a chair made of Kiakion Metal with a Barzarakzoreon fur cover and the table looked to be made of ancient Dark Fright Wood. Two servers came out with two large golden goblets of dark red Bat blood that were placed in front of Morgone and the Spider King.

Then the severs left and came back with a loaf of Dark'zar bread Morgone looked at the bread and it was unappealing it was green, all around the bread was fuzz and mold as well as a horrible odor. Morgone asked the Spider King " you do not expect me to eat that?" he pointed to the Dark'zar bread. The Spider King repiled " no that is for me I eat things that have died or have been cursed by dark magic. What you will eat is much more appetizing."

Then two servents came out carrying a large tray holding a Summer Honey Glazed Midnight Roasted Vorpal Beast. Once the Vorpal Beast was on the table The Spider King raised his goblet and said " a toast to a long a happy life."

Once they finished The spider King said "okay Morgone what you want?" Morgone picked up his gla.s.s and took a sip of the Blood Bat wine, placing the gla.s.s down slowly

Morgone said "you remember our deal I recall"

the Spider King nodded and said " because you saved me from dying of Black Rote you give me infinite power, a vast kingdom and a new body to strike fear into the hearts of men."

Morgone replied "yes's that was the deal and part of that deal was if I were to ever return you would do whatever I asked."

Spider King gulped and said bravely "what if I were to refuse your demands?"

The room became silent Spider King saw Morgone gaze turned dark all candles in the room blew out. Spider felt a familiar tingling, itching feeling " No! You Monster!" Spider King cried out as he relized a black sticky mold had began consuming his body " Why would you give the Black Rote to me again!"

Spider King turned and saw that his whole staff had fallen to the ground there skin covered in black patchs of sticky mold "Do you know how much pain the Black Rote causes! It is a slow death, a painful, I would not wish the Black Rote on my worst foe.

As Morgone's said " don't test me boy you are still the orphan that I found in the street begging for money just so you could eat breakfast. With me you would not have what you have today!

Under –h.e.l.l you would have been dead if was not there to save your life. So right now I own you for can take away your kingdom and your powers with a flick of my wrist!"

The Spider King was on his knees bowing at Morgone the Spider King said weakly " I am so sorry that I offended you I will not refuse your demands!"

Morgone said as he took the last sip of his dark red's bat blood Morgone said " I would like permission to go to the spire." Morgone said " because you are my friend I will give you this card that will get you out of explosion that will be coming very soon" Morgone handed The Spider King a white card that was the size of a business card. the spider kingdom and asked Morgone

"what explosion, how do you know this will happen and where will this card take me?"

Morgone replied "these are not questions for asking right now the question should be asking yourself is should I tell my people of this explosion that is coming?! Spider King thought about this for a moment then he said "No, I will not tell my subjects for they are just p.a.w.ns in a larger."

Morgone smiled and nodded then said when this explosion starts the card will say FOLD ME, when you fold the card you will be teleported to around 20 miles east of the Spiderverse."

When Morgone finished the Spider King said "I give you permission to enter the Spire." Morgone thanked the Spider King. Then the spider King summoned a guard and said "I need you to get Morgone a horse and supplies for his journey as well as a guide." The guard replied " Yes my Lord I will get you these things right away."

Several minutes later four more guards came into the room one was bringing in a dark haired Vaileon breed horse, a second guard brought a Dragon skin full of water, two more guards came and one was carrying food for Morgone for the trip and one was carrying food for the horse.

Even though Morgone was against guides he knew that the spire was on the far end of Morphazar in some parts of this realm were unfamiliar to him but not to a trained guide.

The guide walked in she was cloaked in a dark blue Royal Spider silk robe and a Spider Silk woven hood. Morgone said to the guide " I hope that the clothing you are wearing under that nine hundred eighty-nine thousand Credit garment is more travel worthy then fas.h.i.+onable." The guide looked at her cloak and applied in a small childlike voice. " are you sure you want me to take it off?" " don't be fooled by her childlike voice she is the only one to have ever been to the Spire and lived.

It is said that she has been so many times that it has warped her mind as well as her body." Another guard said " I here that she is not of this world that she is from some other plain."

A third guard said " some say that she has been to the Spire so many times that she has obtained some sort of demon powers when she takes her hood off." The Spider King walked over to the guards and exclaimed "Enough!, Stop this at once!"

Morgone put his hand on The Spider Kings shoulder and said " It is all right. In fact I want to see it for myself." The Spider King sighed and said " very well Morgone may ask her to take her cloak up just to see for yourself. But please not ask her to take her hood off unless she does it of her own free will."

Morgone nodded to say that he understood. "Please guide, humor me, I want to see what horrible things the spire did to you." Morgone said. He was more interested to see if this girl was more powerful then she let people believe her to be.

"As If you wish." She said as she unb.u.t.toned her dark blue Spider silk cloak. Once she took her cloak off the guide extended to her full height of 8 feet and out of two slits in her back, two black dragon wings appeared.

Everyone in the room was horrified. Many were screaming, a few were running around babbling, some had gone mad, a few guards minds had snapped, they fell to the floor. One was rolling around on the floor barking like a dog, while the other was speaking in tongues to the guard that that he was a dog.

The Spider King and Morgone stood and watched everyone else go insane from the guides demonic presence. Morgone went over and toughed her skin, only to jump back because her skin was ice cold. The guides chest was black as coal. The rest of her body that could be seen was covered in scales of Dark Elder Dragon. Her hands were reptile like. Fingers on her hand were long dark colored talons that extended from her hands into a claw like shape. She then turned around to reveal that she had a long coal colored tail that reached about 8 feet.

" I am sorry that you had to see all of that" The guide said as she put her cloak back on. When the guide put her cloak back on she turned back into what she had looked like when she entered the Thorne room. Everything from her tail to her wings shrank back into her body and she even returned to her normal height. Once she did, The Spider King summoned several guards to remove everyone from the room and sent to Long Bay, the asylum for the mentally unstable, for further examination.

Morgone and The Spider King turned towards each other and whispered " are you mad giving me a Dragon Woman as my guide?!"

Morgone whispered. The Spider King replied calmly " No I am not. This Dragon Woman is not like any others I have ever seen." Morgone asked " how is that? She is born from the blood of a race that hates man and wants nothing more than to see us dead." The Spider King replied " that may be true but she only fully transforms when her hood is taken off. That is why I asked you not to ask her to take her hood off unless she wants to."

Morgone turned and looked at her and then looked at The Spider King.

Morgone paused and looked at the young Dragon Woman her Kyi was mixed and confused like it did not know where to go and what kind of person she was.

" There is something different about her, I feel that her heart is conflicted and she does not yet know her destiny."

The Spider King replied " Do you know what her destiny is ?"

Morgone shook his head "No not yet." Morgone walked over to the guide and was going to say something to her but the guide stopped him and said coldly her voice as cold as the ice of a frozen lake" I know that you are unhappy that I am your guide."

As Morgone was mounting his horse the guide turned to Morgone, " so, shall we be off then," the guide said as she walked towards a large back door. Morgone followed her and asked her "do you have a name or do I have to call you guide the whole way?" the Guide replied " you may call me Mareia"

Morgone Rode his horse of the stone pathway taking them out of these spider King's realm and placing them in a the mouth of a swirling realm of mountains.

Mareia lead Morgone to a stone path that lead upwards into the mountains Mariea lead Morgone up the path and said" We must walk up the mountain path it is the only way to reach the Gateway of the Dead."

Morgone noticed that she was not a horse and asked her " it is a long walk to the top of the mountain do you want to ride with me for a while?" Mareia replied coldly " That is very kind of you but Dragon Women are able to guide better walking" she continued with her tone with was as cold as her ice cold skin.

" from what I hear in the Dragon Realm you are not as kind hearted as your brother Calingar the King of Kal'orerack"

Mariea stopped and could feel the anger emitting from Morgone Mariea gulped knowing that she had struck a nerve. " that throne is mine and not my younger brothers. It was wrongly taken from me."

Morgone gasped his tighter and tigher. Mariea could see blood dripp from his palm. "My father gave that throne to Calingar because he loved him more then anyone else even me. He saw the kindness in his heart and greatness in him. " Morgone turned to Mariea and replied cooly "so yes I am not as kind as my brother but I have a good reason.

So Morgone grinned and said darkly with a stern and foreboding voice "just keep in mind what ever they say about me in the Dragon Realm it is all true." That was all that they talked about a good while. While they traveled up the Mountain path there was dead silence and it was not the good kind either. It was the dark and evil silence that had a creepy vibe around it.

As they climbed higher and higher up the spiraling pathway Morgone could no longer hear the wind or the birds. As they climbed the winding spiral higher Morgone could see that the path was littered with dead bodies and as they walked up the path they saw signs that said " Go Back and " Do not go any further." They soon got so high that the world below them all that could be seen for miles around is darkness.

They traveled all day until it was dusk and the sun was beginning to set when Morgone and Mariea reached a large black door that had a huge skull knocker in the center. On the top of this door in dark and evil ancient looking writing read " This is the Gateway of the Dead the entrance to the Valley of the Dead all who wish to enter this valley must see The Gatekeeper all who fail his judgment will parish in Underh.e.l.l" Mariea said as she started to make camp Morgone asked her " what are you doing?" as he got off his horse and looked at the hooded face of Mariea.

Mariea replied "I am making camp. The Gatekeeper is asleep will not wake until morning. It is wise for you to get some sleep." Morgone decide that she was right and that he did need to sleep. So he took his sleeping bag off of his horse after finding a good spot to sleep he rolled his sleeping bag out and went to sleep antic.i.p.ating the next morning when he would be able to see The Gatekeeper. This would make him one step closer to his first mission to absorb the seven dark power crystals with will help him in his ultimate quest to find the seven remaining Rings of Darkness.
