Lar had eventually gotten into the Kingsguard due to his hard work and recommendations from the Queen. He was in his rookie year and still training hard. He was able to get his family out of the low cla.s.s and into the middle cla.s.s due to a pay raise. Lar was pleased that he was able to do that for his family and was grateful to Queen Sa.s.sy for the opportunity.

When he found out that Queen Sa.s.sy was pregnant with the king's baby, he was quite shocked and felt kind of sad as he wanted a child with her too. He knew that the moment the king found out, he would be in trouble. After giving birth to two daughters, the king still wanted to have a go at it because he needed a son that will take over the throne.

One day as the king was forcefully trying to mate with Queen Sa.s.sy at some point, Queen Sa.s.sy was not into it as she now hooked up with Lar even more than the usual. Eventually, the Queen had gotten pregnant once again, and they found out that it was a boy dragon. The whole territory celebrated as they finally had received a prince.

Around the same time, the king had found out that the queen had been seeing someone, but he had no clue who it was. The King didn't know that it was the new captain who had just gotten promoted due to the old captain losing his life. And Lar being one of the strongest and most devoted to the king got the job.

But the Dragon King had no clue that Lar was the one who was linking up with his wife as they went through a few life and death moments together. They had become quite close, and Lar felt terrible for going behind the Dragon King's back. When the Queen found out that the king knew about her betrayal, she stopped seeing Lar. Queen Sa.s.sy told Lar to stay away from her; otherwise, he would be killed. 

One day the queen had p.i.s.sed off Lar as they were yelling back and forth until due to missing each other, they started making out. As soon as they started, the Dragon King had walked in on that. The Dragon King was surprised by this and was immediately enraged. The Dragon King immediately attacked Lar. Due to the King being three levels higher than Lar, Lar was not able to do much against the Dragon King.

Lar was beaten black and blue and then imprisoned. Lar was tortured day and night and had even gotten his tail cut off. Eventually, the King got tired of torturing Lar and sold him to the owl clan, hoping never to see his ugly face again. The Dragon King was hurt after finding out that one of his best friends was messing around with his wife. 

Queen Sa.s.sy was very depressed and stressed during this time, and she was also pregnant, so her emotions were extremely intense. She didn't talk to the Dragon King for a few months. And after that, Queen Sa.s.sy gave birth, and when the King saw the baby, he thought that Lar was probably the father of that child. That was another reason why he wanted to have Drazon a.s.sa.s.sinated.
