Zoey stayed there while Nickel prepares himself for his one-week convention. She tried to kill her time waiting by reading one of the piled books on his coffee table. Zoey wanted to take the remaining time with him because she knew for sure that she will be going to miss this man for a week. Since the day he confessed his feeling to her, there was no day that they didn't see each other. They were like each other's leeches because they tried to stay and be stuck with each other. Zoey put down the book she was reading and went to his room. She knocks thrice before opening the door and asked, "What's the problem?" Nickel stood in front of the mirror while holding two ties in both of his hands. "I can't decide which one is better. Which one do you think will match my suit?" he asked.

Although these kinds of matters were easy for him to decide, Nickel wanted to give the pleasure to Zoey to mix and match his attire. In which she loves to do.

"I think this peach one is better for today." She replied while holding her chin on her hand like a detective investigating a crime. Nickel saw the glow in her eyes once he asked her suggestion about his today's ties.

As promised Zoey send him off at the airport with his suitcase and Happy. She brought Happy with her because that little dog couldn't stop crying when she saw Nickel pulling his suitcase around after Zoey took her bag in his apartment. Seems like this little dog knows that her father will go somewhere far. Nickel couldn't hold his adoration to Happy so he told Zoey to bring her with along for Zoey to have a companion once he boards his flight.

And because she didn't know how to drive a car they took a cab to the airport.

"I like this." Nickel suddenly blurts out.

Zoey seems to understand his words and leans her body to Nickel at the backseat of the cab. The driver doesn't have a choice but to indulge himself to their public PDAs.

Once they reached the airport, Nickel checked in his luggage. Although they still have time Zoey pushed him to go and wait inside.

"It's okay. I'm fine." She rea.s.sured him. "Happy and I will be fine while you're not around, right Happy?"

As he looks at her face a sudden realization accrues him. Being a COO is only good for t.i.tle bearing but the responsibilities and duties attached to it aren't as pleasant as its t.i.tle. Nickel doesn't want to leave Zoey behind but as everyone says "duty calls".

Of course, he still has this unexplainable worry that something might happen while he is not around. He is not sure if it is an instinct or just paranoia because of Michael and that flash drive incident.

"Baby, I'm fine. You look like you'll be out for good, it is just a week." Zoey pinched his cheek while crinkling her nose.

"Update everything to me. That's an order." He said and then kissed Zoey on her lips.
