Last Time on TWMT...

For no explicit reason, Felicia had accidentally teleported Cole, along with Eva into a place called

〈Pandemonium〉, the〈Demon Realm〉's Capital.

Now back to the story.

.

.

.

"*sigh*...*

"Umm... Cole, there's no need to sigh so disappointedly like that... It's not as if the〈Demon Realm〉is a bad place--"

"Shut up."

"!!"

"*sigh*..."

Cole looked up to the unfamiliar yet beautiful deep purple sky and barren land before them.

All the trees were void of leaves and pure black in color. The ground was bereft of any signs of actual living vegetation besides the dead trees and the trio was stuck on a slightly elevated spot with a dirt path leading to a city in the distance.

Cole had already ended up sighing three times since coming to the 〈Demon Realm〉 and to be honest, if it was any other regular situation, Cole would actually be grateful for Felicia's screw up.

After all, he would always feel some pity for all the〈Demons〉that would get wrecked by the hero. And he also secretly thought they were really cool yet cringe worthy whenever they would say some kind of spell like 「Demon King's Dark Spears」or some edgelord worthy spell name.

The problem was that they were originally planning to go to an amus.e.m.e.nt park in the〈Times Zone〉with Eva and make it her first experience outside.

It only filled Cole with amazement at this newfound clumsy side of Felicia. But unlike in anime with its Moe sh*t where clumsy is for some reason cute or s.e.xy, Cole thought that Felicia is probably really stupid inside.

'... Should I get her a book about〈Teleporting〉for dummies...?'

Meanwhile, in that same clumsy maid's head were thoughts...

'How the F*CK did I teleport into F*CKING h.e.l.l?! I inputed the correct coordinates right?!'

...Filled with loads of curses. For when Felicia's head isn't filled with Cole, it's probably something with a profanity included.

Unfortunately, due to these random thoughts circling around inside the two's head causing them to be lost in their own thoughts, they didn't notice a blue and red light flash near them.

"*sigh* Well, no use whining about it, you can teleport us back home right?"

"Yeah, that should be no problem. I won't mess up again, I a.s.sure you."

And just as Felicia was about to ready〈Teleport〉...

"Wait, where's Eva?"

"What are you taking about Felicia, she's right here..."

And when Cole looked at the place where Eva should've been, there was nothing there.

"E-Eva?!"

"Cole! How did you somehow lose her?!"

"I don't know! I remember I was holding her hand!

"Anyway, let's just go look for her. She couldn't have gone far."

The two nodded at each other and immediately set off to look for Eva.

.

.

.

30 something minutes later and some kilometers ahead of the earlier sp.a.w.n point of Cole and the others, was the actual〈Pandemonium〉, The〚Demon Realm〛's Capital.

The city had a black Castle in the middle of it but seemed to be a shade of purple under the same colored sky.

The architecture of the city was similar to that of the〈Central Academy〉building Cole had seen with Felicia and Valerion a few days ago.

It made one a.s.sume as if it was the city's Castle that gave the inspiration for the look of〈Central Academy〉's towers.

The entire city was bustling with excitement and the occasional depressed Demon with people with many other different kinds of unique racial features and hair colors roaming the roads of〈Pandemonium〉

Each and every citizen in the city was qualified to be the protagonist of any kind of anime or manga with their appearance alone.

And in that sea of vibrant hair colors were a pair of black and white heads moving through the crowds looking for something.

"How come we still can't find her?!"

"I don't know! Maybe you somehow teleported her back home!"

" No I didn't!"

Felicia and Cole were still unsuccessful in their search for Eva.

It was a miracle that they still hadn't found her considering the fact that the both of them were an overpowered hybridd of fantasy and science with one of them being an unintentional experienced war veteran.

"Haa... I guess I'll just use it..."

"? Use what?"

Cole ignored Felicia's question and moved and stood on the side walk and leaned against a nearby wall (to not block anyone's way) as to which Felicia followed along, still confused and started focusing.

〈Reader (Foresight)〉: SSS

► A skill unique in the Steward line of Mechanica. Is capable of "reading the future" Is currently only able to see 3 seconds into the future. More distant readings will require more practice with the skill

*The〈Reader〉skill varies from person to person.

Yes, he had decided to use the random skill that he had for a reason that will be revealed in the next chapter.

"Fuu..."

He took in a deep breath, closed his eyes and by instinct and intuition, attempted to activate the skill.

*Click*

When Cole had heard a click sound in his head he shot his eyes open making Felicia jump a bit.

They were no longer the dead black they usually were but they were sparkling into a myriad of colors resembling a jewel of intense beauty basking in the sunlight.

This change had only happened for a moment but in that moment, tens of thousands images flashed by Cole's eyes before fading away.

"Urgh...!"

"Cole!"

As the skill ended, Cole ended up nearly falling to his knees but Felicia made sure to support his body before that happened.

"Cole, what did you do just now?"

"I'll tell you later. I found out where Eva is. Let's go!"

And not a second late, after the sentence had left Cole's tongue, he headed towards the West District of the city with Felicia running after him.

Meanwhile, in the direction Cole and Felicia we're heading towards to...

"..."

"..."

Was a woman squatting down with a pleasant and innocent smile on her face having a staring contest with a familiar silver haired five year old.
