Everyone in the room stared at the young boy on the altar.
Ruchen turned towards Wong and grimaced.
"Bro Wong!" Ruchen exclaimed.
Wong, who had no idea what levels of talent were was in a dilemma because he thought his talent was trashy.
"I'm sorry Bro Ruchen that I have not reached your expectations." Wong replies sadly.
s.h.i.+ Yi, who hoped that Ruchen's companion would have less talent than her, nearly fainted from seeing someone with the highest talent possible be Ruchen's companion.
Upon hearing this boy's words everyone in the room nearly coughed up blood.
What the heck do you mean 'have not reached your expectations' there isn't a higher possible higher talent
Ruchen coughed lightly.
"Bro Wong, you have the highest possible talent ever possible."
Wong smiled brightly.
"Really?"
"En." replied Ruchen.
"Would you three please sit down in meditation position as shown on the wall? the announcer, who finally recovered from his shock, said to the three children.
The three children sat down simultaneously in meditation position.
Almost immediately qi from the heavens and earth came rus.h.i.+ng around Ruchen.
On the contrary, s.h.i.+ Yi was slowly absorbing qi from lightning essence.
Meanwhile, Wong sat meditating quietly in between Ruchen and s.h.i.+ Yi. There was no sign of qi moving from anything.
"Could his meridians be damaged?" muttered the announcer.
Crack
CRAck
CRACK
The walls around the testing chamber started cracking.
CRABOOM
With one last crack the walls broke apart and fell to the ground.
Dust rose from the ground covering what cracked the walls. As the dust finally settled a horrifying sight greeted everyone's eyes. Demonic Scorpions, millions of them stood silently behind the remains of the walls. Each Scorpion was two meters tall and had a long stinger attached to their body which had razor sharp claws. The scorpions bowed down quietly and prostrated themselves before Wong.
"What is going on here?" someone asked.
"I think it's a beast attack." someone replied.
"Demonic Scorpions are 6 star beasts!" the announcer cried out in astonishment and fear.
"Master Wong." the scorpions said in unison.
"We sacrifice ourselves and hope his Highness's cultivation will increase."
With their words said the scorpions clenched their necks with their claws and in moments heads fell to the ground neatly in rows. As this event happened the life force of each scorpion leaked out of the corpses and flew into Wong's body.
CRACK
CRACK
CRACK
Once again cracking noises sounded out from within the hall. The difference was that this time the cracking sound came from Wong's body.
CRACK
CRACK
CRACK
...
After 18 breaths have pa.s.sed in which everyone in the room held their breath, Wong finally got up from meditating he looked around in the room and grimaced.
"Sorry for the inconvenience everyone." Wong said sadly.
"It's okay I can pay for the damage because the corpses of theses beasts can sell for a good price." the announcer smiled and said.
Hearing the announcer call the scorpions beasts Wong's eyes contracted and Wong roared with displeasure. The announcer flew back a few meters and coughed out blood from the shockwave of Wong's roar. The announcer stared at Wong as if Wong was a monster.
"What realm have you reached?" the announcer said quietly.
Wong, upon realising his outburst looked up embarra.s.sed.
"I'm sorry about that I don't know what came over me. Also I am now 7th realm pinnacle of the 2nd meridian.
Everyone looked at the young boy in shock.
What the heck is with this cultivation speed? Even if you have the best talent in the universe you still can't be so fast with cultivating.
Upon this thought everyone in the room thought of one thing.
Could this child be a G.o.d?
