Tina had a great sleep, she woke up , she had a big smile on her face. She got dressed and called Fred. He was waiting for her call, he asked her to come to his room. She knocked the door, he came out and lead her inside.

Fred said, ' okay, what now?' she said, ' hmm, I heard of a beautiful place called Interlaken.. let's go there..' he said ,'ok, let me check,' he browsed through the Internet and found out all the details, he said,' Tina, we need to start tonight by train, we will reach Interlaken in four hours..' she said ,'why train?' he said,' oh..the route is very scenic..let's not miss that..' her face lit up and she said,' okay, so should we check out?' he said,' let me see if we can stay back there for tomorrow..' he started searching again , he said, ' ok, I booked a beautiful hotel.. you are going to love it..' she got up excited and said,' ok, when do we leave?' he said,' we have plenty of time, let's get packed and go out for lunch,' she nodded and said, ' okay, I will meet you in the lobby in half an hour,' and walked out..

He kept looking at her departing back and smiled..

They were all packed, they locked their rooms and met in the lobby. Tina changed into a black dress with white spots on it. The cla.s.sical polka print was never out of fas.h.i.+on. She was wearing a beautiful white scarf around her neck and was wearing the gold chain gifted by Fred..

Fred was dressed smart in khaki trousers and white linen s.h.i.+rt..they both looked very das.h.i.+ng..Fred had a school boy like charm to him making him seem younger than his actual age..hand in hand they left the hotel and jumped into a cab..

They went to an Indian restaurant..Tina gasped with happiness..she was surely missing her mother's cooking..Fred looked at her and said,' I hope you like it..' she said,' you always know what I want..' and smiled at him..he saw the chain around her neck..his heart was filled with happiness..

He opened the car door and lead her out..both went into the restaurant and ate to their heart's content..Tina had second helpings of everything and they had Gulab Jamun (Indian Dessert) which was Tina's favourite..

Many Asians were present in the restaurant, they nodded towards each other in a friendly manner

..it felt as if they were sitting in India ..they felt a sense of belonging with this place..

The ambience of the restaurant also seemed very Indian ..a couple sitting close to them came across and greeted them in a friendly way...they introduced themselves and invited Tina and Fred to come and visit their home! this felt quiet overwhelming to Tina and Fred, but the couple said, that it has been a very long time since they met an Indian couple of their age group..Fred and Tina informed them that they were planning to go to InterLaken and would leave in a couple of days..the couple felt disappointed, but they told them all the important things to do in Interlaken and guided them very well..

Soon Tina and Fred left the restaurant and reached hotel.. Tina looked at Fred and said,' you know I have something to tell you..' he said,' go on..' she took his hand into hers and said,' with you, I can appreciate the simple and small things that make this life memorable..'
