Mr. You, Please Dote On Me 19: Frenemy

Puzzled by s.h.i.+yao’s yelling at him on the phone yesterday, You Ze came to company and asked some random employee, only to know that s.h.i.+yao might be transferred to domestic flight as punishment.

He was sure that the pretty monster didn’t do it and she must have been framed. To avoid suspicion from rash move, he intended to hold another CA test in the near future.

In view of her full marks in every test and excellent results in the last CA test, if she did well next time, and he asked someone to bend the rules, no one in the company would question her promotion to CA.

He also wanted a pretence to remove Ji Manqing from position of CA. Unexpectedly, s.h.i.+yao had launched a retaliation before him to pull Ji Manqing down.

Her sharp claws really surprised him.

Uneasy with You Ze’s laugh, vice president moved his lips trying to say something when You Ze handed him the phone and airily asked, “Mr. Lin, what are you gonna do?”

Vice President Lin glanced at You Ze, wondering why he cared so much what happened in company.

After a long while, Vice President Lin said cautiously, “CA Ji works hard, and she’s genuinely aware of her mistakes, so I decide to deduct five points and six months of full attendance award from her….”

“Only five points were deducted for gross misconduct of insulting colleague?” You Ze interrupted him and laughed. “Mr. Lin, isn’t that your niece? Is that what you do when she gets bullied?”

Vice President Lin said with an embarra.s.sing smile, “She is my niece, and also a member of the company. I can’t be partial to her for my high position. I think she will accept the apology of CA Ji.”

You Ze raised his eyelids and reached out, “Excuse me, Mr. Lin. Please give me your cell phone.”

Confused as he was, Vice President Lin gave phone to him.

The man held his cell phone and typed quickly for nearly a minute, and then he returned it to Vice President Lin, “Mr. Lin, how do you think of this punishment?”

Vice President Lin looked down at the message You Ze sent out with his cell phone, in his name.

Vice President Lin: @all. Ji Manqing, a member of group C1, will be deducted 10 points for severely insulting her colleague! Besides, the company thinks that she is not qualified for post of CA, so she’ll return to her previous post and wait for a.s.sessment!

You Ze smiled and confirmed with the vice president again, “The punishment I give to CA Ji is very fair, right?”

Vice President Lin forced a smile and nodded, “Of course. I will ask the director to subject CA Ji to punishment as soon as possible and put up a notice.”

“Thanks, Mr. Lin.” You Ze patted him on the shoulder, stood up and left.

s.h.i.+yao met Ji Manqing by chance in the toilet.

“Is it you?” Ji Manqing stood facing s.h.i.+yao, glaring at her, “s.h.i.+yao, I treat you as my sister, and you play dirty with me?”

“Didn’t you start it?” s.h.i.+yao sneered, plucking two tissues to wipe the water on her hands. “Sisters? We’re Frenemy!”

When using Ji Manqing’s computer before, s.h.i.+yao accidentally came into her QQ zone and saw a short video of insulting director Zhou, but s.h.i.+yao didn’t care it at that time.

In order to revenge Ji Manqing this time, she entered Ji Manqing’s QQ zone, downloaded the video, added an alt into the WeChat group, and then sent the video to the group through the alt for all to enjoy.

Ji’s face was contorted with anger by s.h.i.+yao’s blow, but soon she recovered a soft smile, “I’ve apologized sincerely to Director Zhou, and she forgave me. I’m still the CA, and you?”

She moved two steps closer to s.h.i.+yao, complacency s.h.i.+ning in her eyes, “With clear evidence that you’ve stolen things from company, you are bound to be deducted of points and transferred to domestic flights. Alas!”

“I’m afraid it wasn’t Director Zhou who forgave you, but you asked Vice President Lin for help, right?” s.h.i.+yao knew Ji Manqing very well, she was an ambitious person who could pretend to be poor and weak, and even sacrifice her body to get what she wanted.

“So? Does anybody believe you?” Ji Manqing laughed and stared at s.h.i.+yao. “Look at you, smart and beautiful, but since you joined the company, your boyfriend, your post, they are both mine now. You lose in every way.”

“We’ll see!” s.h.i.+yao smiled coldly and shot back, “I’ve gotten a better boyfriend. As for the position of AC, I’m sure it’s mine next time. You think you can stop me all the time?”

Ji Manqing looked gravely, scowling at s.h.i.+yao, but couldn’t manage a word to retort.
