The Naga Dungeon 10 Riviera

The recent raids by the Lizard Men had been very successful and the dungeon was slowly getting stronger. Edward added 5 more floors giving him an even 25 floors and his level rose to 7 over the last few months but other then that nothing. No adventures came anywhere near the dungeon and no high level monsters where in the area.

Left with no choice now that his Avatar was 7 years old Edward decided to leave the dungeon and look for a nearby village to integrate into. He heard from Evelyn of all the nearby villages that she know of or rather know to avoid. In the end he decided on the nearby city of Riviera that was a minor trade hub.

Edward used the dungeon core to summon some supplies and used most of his saved up mana to summon a Small Storage Ring from the treasure section for his own use. Before he left on his own he gave Sora partial control to keep things running smooth and to be able to react in case of an emergency.

Edward left the dungeon to Sora and headed out to establish himself in the world. It took Edwards small body almost a week to reach Riviera. Edwards cloths where in rough shape after his trip but since he was going for the only survivor from a beast attack story, it worked out great. When he got in sight of the gate he started running to it crying. A skill that came surprisingly easy to his young body.

Edward "HELP ME"

As he got closer many guards came running out to meet him. They looked around to see if they where under attack but seeing nothing they turned to a crying Edward to see what was going on. A mature woman whose chest barely fit in her armor stepped forward to question Edward.

??? "What is going on here? Where are your parents?"

Edward "Uncle and the others where attacked by the swamp. Uncle told me to run and he would catch up but that was a few days ago and he never came."

Edwards story was not hard to piece together and realize that his "Uncle" didn't make it.

??? "Where is your family? We can send you there while we search for your Uncle."

Edward "Mom and Dad died to bandits when i was young Uncle is all I have left."

With tears in his eyes Edward was very convincing.

??? "Do you have some form of identification on you?"

Edward "No Uncle has all of the important stuff on him."

Left with no way out the guards had to take Edward into the city to be checked on and a team was sent out in the direction Edward came from to look for survivors but everyone know it was useless and most likely there wouldn't even be any body's to find.

In the city a basic check was done on Edward that showed his name age and race. Since everything checked out and there was no orphanages in this city the kind guard captain took Edward in after he looked at her with his puppy-dog eyes she just couldn't say no. And when Edward hugged her and rubbed his face in her cleavage she felt maybe a young man at home may not be so bad.
