When Ambrogio brought up the topic of Arima's integration, all the Guardians fell silent "Well then, we'll start from the Tenth Guardian and go up until me" Ambrogio told and Gilgamesh trembled nervously.

He glanced at Arima and spent some time pondering about what to say. After a few seconds of silence, he came to a decision "…I support his integration" He said and Ambrogio nodded before switching his attention to Flavio.

"I also support it" The Surgeon said and it was now two votes out of nine.

Next was Victor. He stared at Arima for a moment then closed his eyes "I'm against it" He gave his vote and didn't say anything else.

"It's my turn, huh?" Aergia muttered and sat up. It was evident that Raylein couldn't vote, so it was indeed her turn. She humorlessly observed Arima and shrugged "I fully support it. I'm sure it will be funnier to have someone like him in our ranks for once. You're all so boring" She uttered and laid down again.

Arima snickered and the other Guardians didn't even know how to respond "It's me now… I also support it" Evangeline peeked at Arima and said.

"It's now four against one for his admission. If anyone says 'yes' again, it's decided" Ambrogio declared and turned his head toward Ganesha.

The latter smiled and shook his head "I'm against" He said and it surprised everyone. They all thought that he would be for it. But their expectations were betrayed.

"Keep in mind that we are not obliged to tell the reasoning behind our choice" Ambrogio remembered everyone then signaled Shakti.

She dropped her head "I'm sorry, but I'm also against it" She said and even apologized to Arima at the same time.

"Me too, I'm against" s.h.i.+va stated and it wasn't really a surprise for anyone present in that room. The last vote was now in the hands of Ambrogio. Ultimately, he would be the one choosing if Arima should join them or not.

"You know, usually, this thing goes pretty smoothly, and almost no one ever refuses a new Guardian" Ambrogio told and Arima faintly smiled "But in your case, there are too many unknown and risk factors. We don't know who you are or what you're actually gonna do after you gain the power of a Plane Guardian"

"It's a matter of fact we wouldn't put our faith in you. Particularly when you basically took my entire planet as your hostage" The vampire squinted his eyes "I even wonder if you're actually interested in joining the Plane Guardians. Your demeanor until now tells me that you're not here to become one of us. It looks like you are just here for your own benefits. That's the main reason why some of us refused to have you in"

Arima calmly listened. The more Ambrogio talked, the less Arima seemed to care. Which indeed proved to everybody here that he wasn't particularly wis.h.i.+ng to be a Guardian.

Ambrogio glared at him "What will you do if I vote against your admission?"

Arima snickered and Layla suddenly got a bad premonition "It's simple, if that happens, I will have to kill one of you and take his memories to get what I want" Layla sighed and Night slowly facepalmed. Karma smiled wryly. Raylein was having a really tough time too.

"Why do you always provoke them…" Night muttered and his eyes caught s.h.i.+va who was already ready to attack Arima at any moment.

Ambrogio's look sharpened "That wouldn't be good for you. I can't even imagine you getting out of here alive after doing that"

"Can I take that statement as an answer?" Arima followed and Ambrogio's expression twitched.

"Please, don't do that. You're putting me in a very bad position. If you ever attack a Guardian, I'll have to kill you. And even if you threaten to kill my people, I will still have to act. That's not a situation I wish for"

Arima smirked "I'll ask one last time; is that your answer?"

Ambrogio fell silent. Half of the Guardians present in the room stood up instantly. The ones that were not moving were Ganesha, Flavio, Raylein, Gilgamesh, Aergia, and Evangeline. Victor's eyes glowed and his body merged with the darkness of the room.

"I'll announce my vote; I am against your integration" The First Vampire declared and Arima grinned.

"That's fine by me. I wanted to destroy this organization anyway. A group under a selfish G.o.d's command can never be something good, to begin with. I'll start this endeavor today"

"There's no way you could against us by yourself"

"By myself? Alone?" Arima laughed "Let me tell you, I have many things hidden inside me and competent partners. Do you think I need the blessing of some stupid G.o.d to beat you?"

He cracked his knuckles "It's time for a bit of fun. Your life force will be more than enough to bring me to the next realm. Malum, is it ready?" He then called someone unknown to the G.o.ds.

"{No problem. I'll take care of it for you}" Malum responded and Arima nodded.

Arima's entire body started glowing as lightning was being produced "Tell me one thing before we start, Ambrogio" He oriented his eyes so that they would match the vampire's and snorted "Why are you hesitating to attack me?"

An unbelievable killing intent filled the room and Ambrogio's eyes narrowed. It even escaped outside of the building and started spreading across the planet. Some people were already fainting. Every Guardian was shocked beyond words. This kind of killing intent was simply monstrous. This was the kind of intimidation that could even revive the fear of death in someone who already had discarded life.

"Let's go" Arima mumbled and Night could only shake his head and sigh.

"I can't believe this…" He then felt amused and laughed full heartedly "I hope we don't die today" He exclaimed and resonated with Arima. The Plane Guardians saw the figure of the Kind Demon before he began to become bigger and bigger.

Arima's aura was rising exponentially and the entire planet was shaking. The use of Time magic once again put the Guardians out the way. But they also didn't dare to move in case they would trigger some sort of uncontrollable magic.

They soon ended up with a giant bipedal black dragon who had two pairs of wings. The two hundred meters tall dragon just had to stand up for the walls to break and the roof to collapse. The light of the suns entered the room and illuminated the dragon's scales. His silver mane was s.h.i.+ning and the red patterns on his body were more dynamic than ever.

At the same time, the light of the suns revealed Victor's figure who was approaching Arima. He grunted and retreated back toward the other Guardians.

Arima snickered "{Layla}" He called and she immediately dragonized herself before flying toward Arima's chest. She became a beam of light which fused with Arima. Another transformation occurred as they resonated together.

A blinding light was discharged and tremendous waves of energy broke apart everything around. Ambrogio clicked his tongue. It was the first time that he ever showed that kind of emotion. He waved his hand and giant sphere of mirrors confined Arima. The light immediately disappeared and the waves of energy were restrained.

But it didn't last long as two dragons came out of it. One was silver and red while the other was black and purple. They both roared and their aura crushed the surroundings.

"Oi, oi… seriously? Is this power really coming from a transcendental?" Ganesha was astounded and even Aergia had her eyes completely opened.

"{My turn}" Malum uttered and chanted two magic from Arima's mouth "[Agnitio vultus unus mille-Et-Terminus Confractus] (One thousand parade-and-Limit Break)" Countless red runes were drawn on thin air around Arima and then integrated with his body.

His scales gained a really bright l.u.s.ter and his aura went up by at least ten times. At that point, even Ambrogio's expression darkened. Arima's aura was actually getting to a point extremely dangerous for them. Layla was also getting an incredible boost of power in consequence.

It wasn't the end, Arima extended his hand toward Karma who was casually waiting down there. Every Guardian looked back at her as they remembered her. It was also a fact that since they had seen her, they were wondering what she was.

Karma smiled and waved her hand at them when she was called by Arima. She transformed into a beam of which blasted right on Arima's hand. When the light faded away, the dragon was wielding a katana fitting his size.

"[Primum, Secundum, Tertium, Gaudete]" Arima released all the seals and increased his aura even more with Karma's influence.

"No… f.u.c.king way" Ganesha gaped and laughed wryly "How can a weapon like that exist?" He muttered. Gilgamesh also wore the most shocked expression he has ever made. He was supposed to own countless artifacts. But he knew that none could be compared to that sword. She even had a true ego and human body.

Arima smirked "[Third White Art, Exercitum, Doppelganger] (Host)" He chanted and a copy of himself literally fell from the sky and crashed beside him and Layla. There were already two giant dragons, now a new one was added to the fray.

But that dragon was completely still and wasn't releasing any presence. He was simply standing there with his eyes closed as if he was a puppet detached from its strings.

"Hahaha! Finally!" A voice echoed around the whole zone and the Guardians abruptly s.h.i.+vered. That voice was incredibly dark and eerie.

The lifeless dragon suddenly opened his eyes and they s.h.i.+ned with a red color. Soon after, the scales started losing their color and turned grayish. Then the eyes became completely gray then dispersed like ashes. The rest of the flesh became particles until the whole dragon was just a skeleton.

The scales were still there although they had no flesh to stick with. They were hovering around the skeletal dragon as if they were a s.h.i.+eld protecting him. Behind that wall of gray scales, you could see the bones trembling. The dragon roared and shook the earth. Two purple flames were ignited inside the skull and the roar turned into a laugh.

The skeletal dragon stepped forward and the scales around him suddenly circled him at great speed before attaching themselves to him as it was an armor "[Berserker Scriptor Semita] (Berserker's Path)" Malum, who obviously was residing inside that skeleton, chanted. His deadly aura raised to heights which even surpa.s.sed the current Arima.

Shakti made a step back "This is… pure madness" She muttered. The aura she felt from that new dragon was almost as strong as the two others combined. s.h.i.+va glanced at Shakti and snorted.

Malum stood proudly with his new body while Arima and Layla were standing at his right and left respectively. Arima snickered "There you go. I hope you won't do something too stupid with that body"

"What?" Malum laughed "I'll be sure to make use of it. It's not like I'll use it to attack you or anything"

"He's telling you to not break it without even making full use of it" Layla retorted and the skeleton groaned.

Meanwhile, Ambrogio stared at the three ma.s.sive dragons covering the suns and casting a shadow on him. His face slowly turned more savage and a pair of bat wings grew on his back.

"I'll get rid of you all as fast as I can" Ambrogio uttered "[Resurrection]" He used his Soul Manifestation without any delay. The ground below him was instantly crushed to nothing by his aura which was already almost as strong as the three dragons combined together.

His entire body suddenly became covered in blood. He pointed at the three dragons with his finger and a drop of blood was launched at them. Arima raised an eyebrow and tilted his head to avoid the blood. It went past him and touched the ground after a few seconds. At first, a weird sound came out of it, as it was being boiled, then it exploded. A mushroom cloud raised and the shockwave spread around.

The three dragons didn't even flinch or look at it. But they were solemnly facing Ambrogio and the three other Guardians who were flying up too.

Arima smiled though "Let's try this" The Kind Demon's Crosses all over the planet immediately came out of the ground. The chains hanging from the skull's mouth wriggled like snakes and were propelled toward the sky before planting on the ground around the cross.

"Let's start with the bad guys" Arima declared and the eyes of the crosses' skull were ignited. Certain people all over the planet saw their life force and soul being sucked out of their body.

Arima collected all of it, particularly the mana, and extended his arms forward. Two different circles were formed. In front of them, there was a hooded skeleton painting with his brush and a fireball made of azure flames.
