*Akko's POV*

d.a.m.n it! We're definitely not in a good spot right now. If only I can think like Scy I'm pretty sure we can do something here. I looked down below and I can see that a lot of defenders are already dying.

Pie, Chiron, and Meraz who are our only tanks in our guild are doing their best to defend from the forces of Frozen King but they really aren't stopping all of them. Even with the help of warriors and defenders from Order of Light, they really can't do anything else other than stop monsters near them. We are on the verge of losing the city. A lot of our army already escaped because they panicked. There are only small numbers of warriors and defenders left in front of the West Gate. Zeth, Drake, and Celeste are also at their limit. This is not going to end well at all.

"Hey, Azzie! Whether you like it or not, we have to give it all or we all die here!" I called out the attention of Azzie while she's trying to help Mari gain her consciousness back.

"I have to wake her up! Mari's the only one who can stop the Darkness. Without her, we lose not only the battle but all of our allies' faith and confidence! Mari! Please wake up! It's really not a good time to take a nap!" Seriously?! Oh, d.a.m.n it! Now we're done for good!

*SWOOOOOOOOOs.h.!.+* Suddenly, I heard a sound of something falling from the sky!

*BOOOOOOOOOM!* A loud explosion happened in front of the West Gate! It's not an attack from the Drakes! So what the h.e.l.l was that!

As I checked what's going on, someone is already on the top of a giant body from one of the Ogres turned into undead. She does look familiar. At first, she's wearing a red hood but then it disappeared as it fused into her armor. Then she created a sword using some kind of ability.

*BAAAAAAAAAAM!* She pierced her weapon deep inside the skull of the giant undead monster! She's Maisie from the Vanguards Guild!

But you can't kill it just with a slash like that. You have to...

*ZWOOOOOOOOOOOOs.h.!.+* Her sword emits powerful elemental magic! It was a burst of fire essence and turned the undead's body into ashes!

Her powerful sword transformed into a longer spear and at the end of its tip is sharp looking long blades! Her armor changed and it seems like she transformed like how Zia transformed in battle! Her Fire elemental power doesn't seem to be like my fire but it emits a different aura. Red lines started to cover her body and darn she really looks cool.

"Is that my sister? It looks like she already mastered her ability. Her power is even comparable to Scy and Aurora." Sieg's with warden protecting the supports and spellcasters from the attacks of the Drakes and Snake woman's archers.

He's right. I can feel that she's even stronger now from the last time I saw her. But I don't think she uses a monster soul or something. This one looks really different.

*SWOOOOOOOs.h.!.+* She started moving again after destroying that giant undead. She rushed on a straight path leaving nothing but ashes and dismembered bodies from her targets. Her speed and power are so great that every one of her attacks is so powerful that nothing can even stop her! She's now on her way to the Frozen King! Can she really do it?!

*Zia's POV*

*SWOOOOOOOOOs.h.!.+* A surprise attack from nowhere catches my attention while watching Scy and Siren's fight. Oh c.r.a.p. The Dogman finally reached me and I thought I lost him already. This guy means trouble but I have to stop him this time. I haven't really recovered from my injuries yet but it's what I need to do.

"BRIGHT EDGE, let's speed things up faster than the last time!" I rushed towards the Dogman! I need more speed that he can't dodge my attack even though he knows it is coming!

"BRIGHT EDGE'S SPEED OF LIGHT!" My speed is even faster this time and while I'm moving in such speed, I also emit light aura around me. I canceled my armor and all I need from her is her speed and power. I'll gamble my defense for speed and power!

*SWOOOOOOOOOOs.h.!.+* What?! He managed to dodge my attack! But I almost hit him! His reaction time is slower this time. I need more speed!

"GWAAAAAAAAH!" The Dogman just realized that he can't defeat me anymore so he tried attacking but I avoided it so easily! He even summoned undead below the ground to stop me but it was so slow and predictable! Now taste the power of light!

"BRIGHT EDGE'S THOUSAND SWORDS OF LIGHT!" I moved so fast that I created swords of light around the area piercing and destroying every single one of my enemies. The Dogman failed to avoid my attacks and was slashed by my swords!

Woah! Finally! That speed took a toll on me and hurt me like crazy while moving but it's worth it. I nailed the Dogman to the ground with my swords of light so even if he gets revived, he can't move. Oh yeah, I forgot about Scy and Siren!

I checked them up but what the heck! There's a giant whirlwind! So strong that I can feel the wind sucking me up even from this distance! Then I heard Scy shouted something...

"REAPER AND THUNDERBIRD'S WRATH!"
