I didn't know how long we had lain there on the sofa with the TV on except that it was a fuzzy black and white noise on it indicating that the broadcasting time had long ended.

I looked at the wall clocked and it showed that it was almost 4 am in the morning and soon in an hours time daybreak would be entering through the horizon. I looked at p.o.r.nsak and she was still curled up on my lap holding on to my thighs as a pillow while I was slouching on the sofa.

It had been several hours and I can feel a knot behind my back in that prolonged fixed sitting position. I held p.o.r.nsak head and I slowly sidled to the side to let her head plopped down on a cus.h.i.+on instead.

The dinner we had last night was sumptuous and I was in no appet.i.te much to eat but I'd rather settle for a hot beverage instead. I walked to the kitchen and poured some water in the whistling kettle and turned the fire to slow heat. I gingerly went to the bathroom and showered.

After I emerged from the bathroom, p.o.r.nsak had already stirred and sat up on the sofa while running her eyes. "Good morning, Darling. Are you awake yet? Sorry, I didn't wake you up, I just do not want to disturb your sleep. I'm boiling some water now, would you like to have a hot beverage and we head to Chonburi for breakfast later, would that be alright?"

"Good morning to you too, dear. I'd rather have some hot chocolate. We can have breakfast just near the station. Yaawwwnnn... What time is it already?"

"it's only past 4:20 am now. Dawn would be breaking soon and help yourself to the hot drinks ok? The water is almost boiling so let me change up first before."

"Alright, I'd make my hot drink then I'd hit the shower, I won't want to miss the motorcade later to Chonburi. It's 2 hours ride from here, right?"

"Yeah! No problem. We get ready first and you can call the guys to meet once we meet at the next pitstop near the gas station."

I called out from the bedroom as I find suitable clothes to wear for the Public Citation Awards. I don't want to get caught being too shabby in front of the media. As I stepped into the kitchen, p.o.r.nsak had poured herself a hot chocolate while she had made me a 3in1 instant coffee mix. Well at least she knew my favourite and I know hers and made a mental note to replenish the stock for these beverages in the future.

We were leaning in the kitchen area and sipping out hot beverages instead and we glanced at each other. Each of us was deep in thoughts as we looked at one another and only our eyes held the answers to whatever questions that we may have in the future. If not for her uncle, I would not have known that I had waltzed through a few levels and had reached substantial Chi levels and I am able to enhance my Third Eye and also the gathering of external energies.

I felt thankful for her uncle for making me realise the potential and raise up the bar for my level of experience so far. I finished up the drink in my hand and returned the cup to the sink. p.o.r.nsak did the same too and she walked to the bathroom and take a shower. In order to cut down the time in showering, she decided not to wet her hair and used a shower cap.

I just waited at the sofa for her to complete the shower and finish dressing up. I called the two guys at my workplace and found that they didn't leave for Chon Buri the night before and prefer to ride their bikes as part of the motorcade. I told them when I leave the house I would be heading to the highway where they would meet us up halfway.

After p.o.r.nsak was ready, the clock on the wall showed that it was close to 5 am. p.o.r.nsak called the SPI team and they said they would head out 10 minutes after the call ended. I too called the guys from my workplace and they too said they will leave their houses within 10 minutes once the call ended. This would allow the motorcade to merge at our intended meeting point at the gas station.

I took a last look at myself and am satisfied for the appearance before the national TV crewmen and p.o.r.nsak was wearing a white blouse with black hot pants and she looked just as stunning as ever.

We walked to the driveway and locked everything up. I saddled my Honda Vario with p.o.r.nsak perched behind it as she held my waist tightly. I switched the engine on and purred along the highway towards the gas station.

When I reached there for gas, the SPI team and my working colleagues had already congregated there. I took the lead after filling up gas and rode towards Chon Buri with 10 motorcycles behind me.

After riding for some 1 hour or so, we stopped by for breakfast. This time we had a simple noodle dish with minced meat and vegetables in them. After we rested for some 20 minutes, we zoomed off towards Sai 4 Community Police Station.

The Station Master was waiting for us together with the crew from ICS and forensic team. The first explained to us that the remains had been properly been separated from the cemented pillar that was exhumed and had already been sent for cremation. There were 2 urns sitting on the table that contains the remains of Mae and Nak of the Abandoned House at Thawi Watthana Road.

Soom at 930 am, the Monk had also arrived and the press conference started well ahead of the time.

"We would like to say our heartfelt thanks to the community, especially the team from Special Paranormal Investigation team, the Investigation of Crime Scene, the forensic team, deputies from this police station as well as to p.o.r.nsak and Aroon who had lent their hands to solve this cold case. It had been more than 5 years and the Chief of Police would like to award those involved with the Public Citation Award."

"Before that, we would like to hear a few words from the SPI team that had somehow divulged in the paranormal findings and thus able to solve this case once and for all."

The leader of the SPI team went forward and took the microphone.

"It was eventful that through the experience we had that night brought about the true mystery of the two ladies in white. Without the involvement of p.o.r.nsak as the Narrator and Aroon of the Chief In Editor for the broadcasting of this doc.u.mentary, nothing would be possible."

*Applause*

p.o.r.nsak came next up for the microphone to say a few words

"Thank you once again. It was sheer experience and luck that we had chanced upon the true mystery that shrouds the ladies in white. We sincerely hope that after this event, we would still be able to a.s.sist the police in their cold cases as well as new ones that required the need for special paranormal equipment and guidance. Every little bit of evidence that we came across would be vital and a step closer to solve any mystery."

*Applause*

It was my turn now to say a few words as I held the microphone.

"I would say thanks for the forensic and ICS team for being able to identify the remains of both Mae and Nak. The Remains here in the urn would also signify that their souls would finally rest in peace. Thank you, everyone."

*Applause*

"Now it's time to receive the Public Citation Awards for rendering their a.s.sistance to the police force in peacetime."

Everyone stood a line as the cameramen and video crew from the National Thai Broadcasting Corporation snapped away and recorded the event.

Just as I held the Public Citation Award in my hand and posed it in front of me, I noticed a family figure among the cameramen and video men that were on site. He was wearing a s.h.i.+rt sleeve white s.h.i.+rt, white Capri pants and a cream coloured fedora and he was clicking away with his camera as well

It was Max and I knew my Leap was near. As he was snapping away with his camera, I looked over to p.o.r.nsak beside me and I gave her my last smile as I slowly enveloped by blue light, and I slowly disintegrated off the scene.
