"So, we came up with a plan together. I told him if he wanted to attract that she wolf, he needed to stop actin' like a big old, coward. He has to man up or the she wolf would never look his way, an' with that he could completely forget 'bout her bein' interested in him, if he is such a chicken."
He paused for a moment, and I think it was most likely for dramatic effects. Man, I thought to myself, everyone I know must be some showmen. That got out a good chuckled from me and I think it escaped me since Hagrid looked at me weirdly. The man must have decided to ignore it was much safer option, and he continued on with his tale.
"So I told him, wha' he needed, was to act more tougher an' very aggressive. Also, he cannot let every one just walk all over him, and also mess with him, especially that nasty little cat of Filch's."
I really felt like smacking him lopsided on the head, as I looked at him in exasperation and disbelief. So it was your fault that I almost got maimed by your stupid dog, I thought. However, I held myself back, since the guy could literally squish me, if he wanted to do it.
But in my mind, I was spewing out astonis.h.i.+ng number of profanity at him and his dog, no stop, for that matter. Ah, if my mother heard these things coming out of my lips, she might just shove a whole soap into my mouth. But I told myself this is for a good cause, get my damage self esteem back, even if it is done from the shadows.
"Anyways what brings you here today?" Hagrid asked me in a cheery-o nature, not knowing at all that the little kid before him, has now gotten to insulting his ancestors.
Caelum looked at him in a selon mode, can the guy not get a feel for anything? I am cursing you under my breath. I sighed after those thoughts raced through my head. The half giant is like a fortress, nothing gets to him, no matter what.
I sighed to myself once more, then I answered his question. "Didn't I already tell you, why I came here? I came to see the Doxy Queen."
"Well, she is right over there if you are wondering," Hagrid answered with a shrug as he pointed at the bundle on the round, small, table next to the chair. "She is sleeping so I think you will have to come tomorrow," Hagrid added quickly once he saw that I got up from my chair and was going to head over to the Doxy Queen.
I groaned once I heard his final comment, a whole afternoon wasted. I was about to try and argue with Hagrid about letting me wake up the Doxy Queen, but I stopped myself. That is rude, and I do not want others to wake me up for no reason, when I am having an afternoon nap.
I might as well just strick out at them if I did, now that I decided to think about it. So, how could I do that to others, if I did not want others to do that to me?
Hagrid must have seen the argument coming forth from my face, then the conflict on it, followed by the resolution. With that, he let loose a small sigh of relief. The man must have been grateful for not getting into an argument. From what I gathered of Hagrid's character it is not the type that likes to fight and argue, which is very surprising indeed.
Giants are creatures that are always fighting and killing each other. They do not have the patience for anything and they are not as bright as humans at all. With that sort of nature, for wanting to kill and destroy everything and anything, it is no wonder that they are dying out. The foolish race is fighting themselves when their race is at an all time low.
Hagrid must have inherited only his mother's stature and nothing else. All that makes him who he is must be from his father, like his nature and character.

While I was thinking about how Hagrid turned out, the guy carried on with the conversation, "I own a lot for handin' me that cookbook over Christmas, so ask of me whatever you wan' and I shall give it." At that, I instantly looked over at him and rubbing the both of my hands together like some greedy merchant.
But I did not care about my image at all, what I carried about was the rewards. A part of my mind, subconsciously related this reward I was about to get to, what you get from a quest in video games. To the game life, I cheered, let there be more rewards to be had for completing some quests.
Hagrid looked at me in slight discomfort, when he noticed that look I had on my face. I too noticed that look he had on his face for uttering those words, one of some major regret. "What goods do you have?"
