Chahna mumbles to herself, "Idiot Ira! How could you do this to me? What ladder? What storeroom?"

"Did you say something?" Veer questioned Chahna.

"No, nothing, nothing at all!" Chahna defended with her life. Veer just nodded his head and followed her. Chahna heart was thumping like crazy.

'Why is the storeroom so near! How I wish to walk by his side a little longer!!' Unfortunately the screams in her mind was heard by no one, as she reached the storeroom.

"First General Veer! I have been searching for you!" Suddenly a warrior in navy blue clothing approached Veer.

Veer turned to Chahna, "Give me a minute, I will be back soon!", he swiftly turned around and went to him.

Chahna nodded her head, as she entered the storeroom.

"Well.... I don't really need anything from here... What should I do?" Chahna looks around the storeroom. Her eyes landed on the vase that was at the top of the shelf.

"Oh! That vase looks good! I can place it near Ira's bedside. I am sure she would love to be woken up by the sweet aroma of the flowers! Oh... But its so high.... What do I do?" Chahna looks around the room to find a ladder.

"Oh! Here it is!" She drags the ladder and placed it below that rack.

She climbed on it and took the vase.

Veer questioned that warrior who came in search of him, "What happened?"

"We found the spy!" *CRASH* Sound of several things breaking. *CRASH*

Veer and the other guy were startled, by the sudden sound.

"Chahna..." Veer muttered.

"CHAHNA!!" He dashed right in.

"Fir... First General... Help!" Chahna was hugging the ladder, at the verge of falling.

The storeroom had a big separate racks with twenty shelves, looking like a book rack. The small items were arranged neatly in them, while the necessities like food and grains were stored in bundles behind. The storeroom was indeed very big.

The foot of this rack was completely rusted. Unknowingly Chahna, climbed the ladder, which was being supported by that rack. After coming in contact with her body weight, the rack started collapsing, in turn made her loose balance.

The vase she wanted was on the seventeenth shelf.

She was so scared when everything started collapsing. She was able to breath only after seeing Veer's face.

"Hang on tight! When I tell you to leave you must let go of that ladder!" Veer walked near her and stretched out his arms.

"If I leave it, I will fall!." Chahna was so scared that she could think straight.

"Even if you don't leave, you will fall! Don't worry trust me! I will catch you! It seems you are unhurt, seeing you talking back! We don't have enough time. It's going to collapse completely. Now let that go!" Veer was ready to catch her the moment she falls.

"If I am going to fall either way... I will gladly fall for you!!" In the moment of fright, she didn't realise

what she spoke.

She let go of the ladder and fell right into his arms.

The rack fell to the ground with a huge *THUD*.

The room was a mess.

Veer softly chuckled, seeing the girl, who tightly shut her eyes, "What do you mean by, 'I will gladly fall for you.'? How cute!"

Recalling the words she just uttered, her eyes grew big and her face grew beat-red all the way to her ears!

"I didn't say that!" Veer smiled at her lovingly. Her pathetic defence was in vain!

"Please bury me in a hole! That was too embarra.s.sing!" The cute girl covered her blushed face with her tiny palm. He just stood there and stared at the girl lovingly, until the other guy broke the silence, as if intimating them that he was there!

"Um.. Umm.. First General... I think we should go... now...."

He let the girl down, "I have something to do... I will call for help to clean this mess." Saying that he turned around to leave, where he stood for a minute, without turning back, "See you later!" saying that he left.

Chahna's heart was thumping like crazy, "Is this a dream? 'See you later!' he spoke to me!" She could feel her cheeks grow hotter and hotter, while her heart was dancing like crazy within her chest.

Ira was grinning all the way to her ears.

"Did something good happen?" s.h.i.+v looked at the sly grin on her face, he couldn't resist the urge to smile.

"Yes, yes, something very good!" She was still grinning.

'Maybe now is the correct time to tell him.'

"s.h.i.+v... I have something to tell you..."

He turned around to face the girl. Her tone was serious and the sly grin on her face disappeared.

Aditya called out to s.h.i.+v, "s.h.i.+v! This is where you have been.... We were all searching for you!"

s.h.i.+v turned towards Ira and just looked at her without saying anything.

"Oh! Its alright! You carry on! We can speak later. Its not that important." She waved at him to go to Aditya.

"Okay. If you say so. But..." He closed in on her, looked her in the eye, as he spoke with his most alluring and flirtatious voice, "But... everything you say to me, is important!"

Ira's eyes grew big as she was a little surprised. Yes, he caught her off-guard! The demon's flirting skills powered up!

Court Lady Sanjana, walked towards Ira, "Lady Ira, Chahna has been looking for you!

"Oh.. Okay! I am coming!" She looked at s.h.i.+v and grinned at him.

"Let's talk later." Ira turned around and left with Court Lady Sanjana.

"What happened?" s.h.i.+v questioned Aditya, as his eyes was planted on the back of the fleeing girl.

"It seems like Second General Dev found the spy, but before he could catch her, she escaped."

"Who is the spy?"

"I don't know the details. Everyone is waiting for you, to plan for the next move."

A few hours earlier.

A woman walked a little deep into the woods. She covered her face with a piece of black cloth.

A warrior in maroon clothing appeared from behind a tree.

"Why are you contacting me? What if I get caught?" The woman sounded so troubled.

"We have a mission for you this time." The man in maroon clothing bluntly said.

"Mission? What mission? First show me my son! Then only I will do as you say. You keep on giving me missions, you never let me see my son's face! I don't even know if he alive or dead!" The woman demanded.

"Our General, asked me to convey you that this will be your final mission. If you complete it successfully, we will let you have your son."

The woman immediately agreed, after knowing that it will be the last, "Okay. What do you want me to do?"

"Get us that girl alive! Here, use this paralytic needle when needed! You must bring that girl to us, then only, you can see your son alive!" The man handed her the needle and left.
