The Binary World 27 Nightmare Boss Part-2

Zeus watched with wide eye as the sword neared him, then suddenly an idea struck his mind, for a moment he simply wanted to let the abomination chop his head off if only to prevent the embarra.s.sment, he was only paralyzed not stunned. As such even if he could not move but that does not mean he could not use any attacks.

Zeus had the staff end of his pointing to the abomination, as he used his strongest spell he had currently at him 'Chain Lightning', although there were no other enemies it did its job as it electrocuted Maximo causing all three heads to scream in pain.

Azi and Tarasque's eyes widen at that before Azi's face had a cruel grin on her face as she casted her magic on Maximo, 'Thorn Vine' on him.

A sound of cracking of the floor was heard as vines appeared around him as it completely wrapped Maximo as the thorns dug into him hard, the more he struggled the tighter the vines became by the time he managed to free from them the Manly Fluffy Pink Pandas were on their feet already attacking him relentlessly.

One of them would go forward as other two would wait as the attacking person by then would have succeeded in drawing the aggro, as the Maximo went forward to attack the another would attack from behind.

The hit and run tactics worked well as they whittled Maximo's HP down shen all of a sudden it stopped moving as it coiled its tail like a barrier, while a horn suddenly sprouted out from the human face's forehead, it glowed bright green and to their horror its HP started to heal as numerous numbers appeared in green on it, [+1500], [+1500],….

Zeus: "Attack, Attack, we cannot let it heal."

Azi greeted her teeth as she spoke, "UMERET' MERZOST'"

But nothing worked as the barrier held true and in front of them Maximo regained his health.

Tarasque sighed as she spoke in frustration as they watched the horn once again enter its forehead as she spoke, "This is futile if it heals every time like this we will lose and I doubt we can keep on trying again and again."

Azi: "Well on the bright side it lost a huge chunk of its mana."

Suddenly it roared as plant like thing appeared, as the bud at the end of it opened they were greeted by a what looked like a small child, a baby inside it. The baby opened his eye as he giggled only for the abomination to grab him causing the baby to wail loudly because of the rough way Maximo was handling the 'child', before it opened its jaws wide as he ate the baby whose blood spilled all over the place.

Tarasque and Azi saw red, the child being eaten in front of them was too much they went to attack the beast no monster in front with an in surmountable amount of hatred, only to be stopped by Zeus who held their shoulder so hard that they both suffered -200 damage, Azi turned with righteous anger as she shouted at Zeus while Tarasque did the same, "WHAT THE F**K ARE YOU DOING CO…."

Only for them t receive the harshest glare in return, causing them to shut when he spoke in a scolding manner, "BE SILENT, if you two have nothing else to do then stop yapping or else I will pull your tongue, if you so want to throw your life then just kill yourself you are useless, I will solo the boss myself."

That caused them to taken aback Zeus never spoke like that to anyone, Tarasque quickly bowed as she spoke, "I am sorry Young Master I forgot my station."

Azi simple mumbled back without looking at Zeus, "I am sorry."

Zeus: "The baby not only just refilled his reserves, but also got him +300% mana regeneration buffs. I know it will be difficult for us to deal with him not but not impossible, he uses his skill at the 50% HP mark, but as we noticed he stopped for a few seconds and it will be our only window so take your positions it will be starting soon."

A few minutes later they once again whittled the HP of Maximo to 50% of the initial, suddenly maximo froze as once again his skill was being activated, Zeus shouted out, "Azi NOW!!!!!!!!"

Azi quickly used her skill, "Thorn Vine"

T prevented it from using its tail as a s.h.i.+eld, but the skill did not stop, Zeus ran towards it as he jumped in the air, as he stabbed on the horn which had just appeared cracking it, only for Tarasque to hit the end staff end hard with her tabar as she used tremor along with it, the horn broke, as Maximo released a blood curdling scream, but unlike before they made sure to destroy the sheep head first in order to prevent its paralyzing effects, a ma.s.sive number floated above its head in red, [+10000 critical damage]

As the monster sprayed flames with the lizard head, the dup dodged as Azi pin cus.h.i.+oned it using her arrows.

And a few minutes later it took its dying breath, as it lay dead the trio huffed as they sighed in relief, only for the corpse to suddenly swell up causing their eyes to widen at that, then with a lud bang the corpse detonated, flinging them away a few distance, as the crashed on the ground hard [-5000] floated on top of them.

Azi sat up as she cursed while speaking, "What a sore loser."

Zeus stood up as he made his way to the corpse, well what was a actually a few pieces of rotten flesh here and there as he kicked the ground hard as he spoke, "The loot is lost, that b.a.s.t.a.r.d blew himself up causing the loot to get lost, tch."

Only for a system generated option appeared in front of them.

Zeus turned towards others as he spoke with a smile, "So ladies what do you wish to do?"

Tarasque spoke with a grin on her face, "Why not, I see no harm if we announce it to the world."

Azi shared a similar grin on her face, as they each decided their choice.

Meanwhile on a different city and a different dungeon but a similar level of difficulty, a group of people had just occupied a floor, they had a couple of floors to visit before reaching the boss room the group of people were in good mood, a couple of floors left before they would be able to reach the boss room.

The group known as 'Vanguard of Heaven' was led by a person known as Heavenly Emperor, the top positions for the highest ranked was currently was held by the group's members although they were unable to enter the Dungeon since their level was too high. They were just a couple of minutes slow or else they would have already gained the first conquer in the hard mode, but now the conquest for the Nightmare mode was just in their grasp.

Heavenly Emperor glanced at the people still with him as she thought, 'It is pity that those two trashes died even before reaching the boss room, oh well they lost their chance to enter my gaming studio, only those who are stro….', his musing was cut short as a system announcement rang WORLD WIDE.

The sound of announcement was like a bullet which pierced his heart how could someone with such ridiculous name surpa.s.s them, how could three of them conquer a dungeon while 15 of them were having a hard time.

Meanwhile the forum was ablaze because of the announcement, people made various speculations ranging from 'cheating', to 'bugs', being sons of 'game developers' and what not.

While outside the Dungeon, on top of a stone steale their names appeared along with their party names as people came to take a look at the stone steale, as Zeus and his group left the dungeon with their loot they were greeted by a mob of people trying to identify the people who caused such a stir.

The Manly Fluffy Pink Pandas were a bit giddy, they may have lost the loot from the boss itself, but they manage to find a few chests, br.i.m.m.i.n.g with precious jewelries, silver coins, weapons and armors, and most importantly skill tomes how they could not be happy.

This time again they got 3 skill tomes, [Earth Splitting Axe], [Star Fall] and [Phantom sword arts], it was easy for them to divide amongst themselves as [Earth Splitting Axe] and [Phantom sword arts] went to Tarasque and Zeus respectively where as [Star Fall] being an Area of Effect skill was earned by Azi.

Azi: "Well I think we should log out get some rest before getting our equipments and consumables all stocked up before we make a move at the 'h.e.l.l mode'."

With that they slowly made their way from the mob searching for them as they made their way to their place of rest from where they would log out from.
