She ends the call but gets another call from Jing's school to collect his results.
The staff says that Lu Cheng's phone was busy.
She smiles and says "Okay Mam...I will be there soon".
Tang Xi wonders "Didn't he call me just before? This man...how much he works?!".
She reaches the school and collects the reports. She sees the driver with Jing and walks towards them.
Jing's eyes lit instantly "Mommy!?".
She lifts him and kisses his cheeks "Lets go home?".
The driver bows seeing her and she says "I will bring him..you can leave".
The driver informs with respect "No Miss..Young Master told me to-".
She smiles "Don't worry...I will explain him".
The driver was put in a difficult situation and says hesitating "Miss..".
She frowns "I will tell your Young Master...drive my car...". She parked her car in parking slot, so it would make her late if she goes by her car. Moreover a 'spoiled child' is waiting for her in home!. Without waiting for him, she makes Jing to sit in back seat and puts on his seat belt.
She walks towards the driver seat and drives away. The driver couldn't stop her, calls Tianxian to inform.
Tianxian sees Lu Cheng walking out of the Private Villa. He says "Chief..".
Lu Cheng stopped and looks at him blankly. He has to reach home soon as he should be with Tang Xi before the news reaches her.
Tianxian says "Miss. Tang ...picked Little Master from school".
Lu Cheng's face turned cold and takes his own phone asking "Did she go in her car?".
Tianxian stood blankly and stammers "I...I will ask him..".
Tianxian just thought that Lu Cheng instructed for Jing's safety. But what's the difference if Tang Xi picks him?
Lu Cheng tries to call Tang Xi but her phone was just ringing. She didn't answer.
He curses "F***!". He gets into his car without wasting time and drives fast leaving Tianxian. Tianxian calls him after talking to the driver and says "She left her car to the driver and-".
Lu Cheng ended the call abruptly "F***" and calls someone "Retreat! Now!".
The person says helplessly "huh...Sorry Boss...The guys are out of reach..seems they made their move!".
Lu Cheng slams at the accelerator curses under his breath badly and calls Tang Xi hoping she would pick anytime!.
Tang Xi is busy with Jing buying him a candy leaving her mobile in car. She kisses his cheeks "Jing..You did well in your exams! Keep this as your treat okay?!".
Jing licks the candy ignoring her words as his main focus is on the candy that he loved most. He notices Tang Xi holding another candy and pouts "Mommy? Isn't that for me?".
She nudges his nose "Did you forget about your sister!?".
Jing holds his head and says shocked "Mommy! I forgot ! Don't tell her or else she will start to cry!" and complains about her silly behaviour: Cry to get something!
She laughs and lifts him "Alright lets go!".
She makes him sit in back seat and drives towards home . She sees Lu Cheng calling and frowns taking the call "Can't you".-wait?!
Lu Cheng yells like a mad man "GET OUT FROM THE CAR !! RIGHT NOW!!".
Tang slammed the break instantly "What?".She didn't sit idle but gets out from her seat and opens the backseat asking "What happened?".
She only heard him saying repeatedly.
"Get out of the car!!".
Her heart is beating so fast and her mind was blank.
She picks Jing and her eyes opened wide seeing a truck cras.h.i.+ng her car. She hugs Jing in her embrace tight subconsciously and fell away as the car was. .h.i.t by the truck sending her rolling.
"Mommy!!
She only held Jing in her arms who was long fainted by fear.
She felt her body stopped rolling and her back of head hit hard on something. All she felt is fear than pain!
Is Jing alright?
With that last question she faints weakly.
