One Night With The Prince 121 Dinner At The Palace

Prince Alex had been calling Alexa all day without success. Her cell phone was in Ria's possession. Ria, who was busy making googly eyes towards Logan, paid no attention to the phone. The two had begun their courts.h.i.+p long before they left the White House without the people around them noticing. Ria finally gave in one fateful night when Logan stole a kiss from her while they were at the Garden viewing the moonlight.

"I think someone is calling you. Your phone had been vibrating for a while now." Logan told Ria while they were holding hands waiting for Alexa to finish with Ms. Garcia's lesson.

Ria found Alexa's beauty training boring and annoying. Therefore, whenever Alexa was doing her training with Ms. Garcia, she would immediately sneak outside and hang out with Logan until Alexa was done with it. Hence, her relations.h.i.+p with Logan deepened, and they were now an item.

"Hmmm, It is not my phone. Maybe it's Alexa's, who could it be?" She pulled out Alexa's phone and looked at who had been calling. She was stunned to see over ten missed calls from Prince Alex, a couple from Lady Antella, and lastly, about five missed calls from Ramon.

"What in the world do these people want? Look!" She showed all the missed calls to Logan.

"What else could it be? They all have the hots for her. They are probably calling to invite her to the dinner party, in which she's already preparing to attend." Logan replied calmly.

Ria smiled sweetly at Logan before commenting. "Our girl sure is in demand, Look at all this Royalty. I don't think that even Cinderella had this much attention. Hahaha! I wonder who would be the one who snags the American Princess." Ria replied as she walked inside to inform Alexa about the missed calls.

After the training with Ms. Garcia, it was time to go back home to prepare for the dinner party. Andrea had prepared everything ahead of time. She picked a black backless evening dress that highlighted Alexa's alluring s.e.xy curves. Once she put it on, she looked like an angel that had just descended from heaven with a hint of naughtiness.

The matching stiletto shoes gave Alexa an extra six-inch of height that made the two look like dwarves compared to her now six-foot and four-inches height. Alexa's original height was only five-foot-ten-inches, but with the added six-inch from the stiletto, it made her look like a giant.

"Wow! Thank G.o.d Daniel is very tall or he would look like a dwarf next to you. Hahaha!" Andrea spoke of Daniel with a sparkle in her eyes.

It never missed Alexa's Hawkeye; she got that from her father. She could see things from miles and miles away but not literally. She decided to test the waters to know what Andrea truly felt about her brother. She needed to know as she realized that her brother was already smitten with Andrea's beauty and intellect.

"Coz, I have a question for you, and you better not lie to me. I only want the truth. Do you promise to tell me the truth?" She acted all high and mighty to make sure that Andrea would not evade the question and lie.

"Shoot! What is it?" Andrea replied calmly while she continued finis.h.i.+ng Alexa's makeup.

"What do you feel about Daniel? Do you like him? Answer me? Do not lie!" She was acting mad to confuse Andrea, and it worked.

Andrea was fl.u.s.tered from her questions and replied quickly. "I...I...I like him! Oh, no!!!! I take that back; he's alright! He is quite handsome, very sweet, so tall and lovable! So, he's alright!" She then embarra.s.singly turned around as to hide her reddened face from Alexa.

"Hahaha! Hahaha!" Alexa and Ria laughed in unison and teased Andrea more up to the point that she was almost in tears before they stopped.

Suddenly they heard a voice from the outer room. "What are you guys doing? It's not right to tease Andrea. I know I'm handsome, sweet, tall, and lovable. But I'm more than alright!" Daniel came walking and teasing Andrea as well.

Hence, Andrea was more embarra.s.sed and unable to face Daniel. She ran out of Alexa's room and went to her room then locked the door behind her while sobbing her heart out.

Daniel, Alexa, and Ria were all feeling ashamed of what they had done; teasing poor Andrea. They looked at each other, asking who would go and comfort her.

"Forget it, let her cool off first. I'll speak to her when we get back. It's late, and we need to be on time for dinner." Alexa coaxed her brother to let it go, or he might decide to stay home instead.

Prince Alex wanted to invite Alexa to the dinner but was unsuccessful in getting in touch with her. Therefore, he took a chance and went to their villa in the hope that she was at home. However, by the time he arrived, Alexa and Daniel had already left the house and were on their way to the Palace.

Also, Logan was not in the mood to divulge where Alexa had gone since it was Lucas' turn to be Alexa's security, and Logan was left at home to mope without Ria by his side.

Prince Alex had no choice but to continue to his destination and planned to get out of there as quickly as he could. Unknown to him that the person he was currently seeking had arrived at the palace and was being welcomed and escorted to the dinner table by none other than…

"Welcome! Mr. Grant, Miss Grant!" Prince Romano took a small bow. He then extended his hand towards Daniel for a handshake following with one for Alexa. However, instead of a handshake, he brought Alexa's hand upward towards his lips and kissed it lightly.

Alexa curtsied in return and thanked Prince Romano for greeting them. Daniel's eyes were shooting daggers at Prince Romano for what he had done. For Daniel, Prince or not, they were not allowed to touch or kiss his sister's hand. Daniel was about to say something when they heard a voice from inside.

"You're here! Wow! Don't you look like... Hmmm, I don't know how to put it." Lady Antella arrived with Princess Angelica, Prince Romano's younger sister. Lady Antella quickly took her position next to Alexa while salivating secretly.

"Mr. Grant, Prince Romano, why don't you go where all the gentlemen are, and Princess Angelica and I will take Ms. Grant where the young ladies are to introduce her to everyone." She didn't wait for the men to reply, she hooked her arm with Alexa's and ushered her towards where the other young ladies of the Royal Family were gathered.

Prince Romano and Daniel were both not happy with the turnout. Daniel did not want to leave the side of his younger sister, knowing that all the young hot Royals and other young males would be salivating over his sister.

Prince Romano, on the other hand, wanted to be the one escorting Alexa at the dinner table exclusively. He wanted to show to everyone that Alexa was his for the taking. Both had failed and had been pushed aside by Lady Antella in one swift move...
