Ikai no Ou prologue pg1

Slowly rising, Ouki scratched his head as he looked down at the damp bed. In the morning sunlight that was streaming into the room he could see clothes tossed carelessly all across the floor. Lying on either side of him were two men, both sound asleep, and one of them had wrapped his arms around Ouki’s stiff hips.

“&h.e.l.lip;I did it again.”

Ouki sighed and extracted himself from the man’s embrace. After kicking away the blanket, there was nothing to hide the dried body fluids that were still stuck to his skin. When he carefully climbed out from the bed Ouki began the search for his own clothes.

There was a terribly unpleasant taste in his mouth.

Last night’s cheap sake was, no doubt, to blame.

Obviously this should be a point of reflection. Once Ouki began to drink his restraint was immediately tossed out the window. Even though he knew he would regret it later, he drank endlessly, ate junk food he normally wouldn’t eat, and thoughtlessly accepted these men’s invitation. Now, Ouki can’t even remember the names of the two sleeping men.
