Mr. Earnest Is My Boyfriend Chapter 12 Part4

"Is something going on?"Xia Zhen asked Da Qu.

"I guess he's been in a bad mood lately, but he doesn't say why when we ask him, so we don't know."

Xia Zhen's feelings for Xue Chen are now complicated, but she doesn't know what to do.

"He doesn't want to say it, but he'll probably say it after a while when he's feeling better."

Xia Zhen and Da Qu are in the bar drinking and band, while appreciating the band, and learning to make up for the difference in strength and weaknesses.

At nine o'clock, the girl Day Qu pursued called him, and Pei Cheng An called Xia Zhen. Knowing that she was in the bar, he said he was coming to pick her up.

Day Qu said he is leaving. "I'll give you a ride."

"No, my boyfriend's coming in a while. Go pick up your little girlfriend."

Knowing that her boyfriend was not far from the bar, Day Qu didn't think much before leaving. normally they wouldn't leave her alone in a bar they are not familiar with.

The bar was full of dragons and snakes, and they knew it, except they didn't expect something bad to happen in just ten minutes.

Xia Zhen was going to leave, but then, the band started singing a song she liked and they sang it well, thus, she decided to listen to the song until the end and then she can go outside to wait for Pei Cheng An.

It's warmer today, so she's wearing jeans and a broad-cut short-form corset, and a long windbreaker. She sat at the bar, watching the performance, and there were two men walking towards her, but she ignored them.

"Pretty girl, why are you alone."

Xia Zhen pretended as if she did not hear anything.

"How about I buy you a drink? What do you like?" The man was still smiling and chatting up?

Xia Zhen frowned, said "No" and then got up to leave. It wasn't the first time she was. .h.i.t on, but people would normally give up when she refused, but this time, Xia Zhen did not succeed with leaving, she was pulled back by the man. She shook her hand with force reflexively, and she broke away.

The man's companions laughed at the man, "It's useless, not as strong as a woman."

The man felt humiliated and angry, so he reached out again to hold Xia Zhen's arm.

She was so angry that she met such a shameless person, but this was her first time encountering such a situation. Now she's alone, and she'll have to bear her anger. "Please let go."

"What happens if I don't let you go?" The man asked with a smile.

Xia Zhen turned to the bartender behind the counter and asked; "Do you let your customers be hara.s.sed in your bar?"

The bartender sighed, said a few words to the man, but the man had no fear.

Xia Zhen saw that she had to rely on herself, thinking whether she could kick the man and run, she had learned self-defense before and she is pretty good at it. Just as she was about to do it, the phone rang. She pulled at her hand but she didn't break free, the phone rang again, she picked it up.

As soon as the phone was connected, the man who caught her asked: "Do you want someone to save you? Hha, it's too late."

Xia Zhen smiled, paused to put her phone back in her pocket and told the man: "Is there a hole in your head? Didn't you see this is an incoming call instead of an outgoing call? And I can deal with you myself." "Before she finished talking, she twisted her hand back and, as soon as the man released her hand, she lifted her leg and kicked him hard, then turned and ran. 

There were a few people around the bar, and near the door, Xia Zhen had found an escape route.

"Xia Zhen."

"Xia Zhen."

It sounded like someone was calling her and the voice was so close that before she could look up, she ran head-on into someone's chest.

At the same time, an angry voice rang behind her, "b.i.t.c.h! Looking for death!"

Xia Zhen was so hasty that she only kicked the man's knee, and he stumbled and got back to his feet. Seeing Xia Zhen not running, and regardless of who she ran into, he reached for her hand to grab ahold of. 

Xia Zhen is now in a state of panic, hearing the sound and movement behind her, she subconsciously turn around. Before she turned, she was pulled aside by a powerful force, and she released a painful cry.

She looked up and her eyes widened.

Pei Cheng An stood upright, with one hand twisting the man's wrist, twisting in a painful arc that the man looked to be in so much pain.

The man twisted his body to reduce the distortion of his wrist. Pei Cheng An did not mean to let go of his hand, his eyes turned sharply on the man in front of him who was not a good person. The conversation on Xia Zhen's side of the phone made him nervous, so he rushed over just to see her kick the man and run.

"My hand is broken! Let go!" The man cried out. His friend came over to help him, he lifted his foot to kick Pei Cheng An, but he got kicked by him instead. his center of gravity was unstable, he immediately fell in a split position, only to cover his crotch which was in pain.

"Xia Zhen, call the police."

People around, including the bar staff, heard Pei Cheng An speak about calling the police and immediately rushed over to say good things.

After saying a lot, Pei Cheng An was resolute in calling the police, but Xia Zhen finally gave up and dragged him away.

Out of the bar, Xia Zhen looked at Pei Cheng An's face and sees that his expression is cold and wondered what he was feeling.

She was actually quite scared, and now she's okay, but she doesn't know how to face Pei Cheng An.
