“Hey, what's wrong?” (Kei)

Even though she said she would tell me, Kaori froze in place while blus.h.i.+ng furiously.

However, she didn’t react to my initial question at all, so I went to the closet where Kaori stood and spoke to her again.

“Kaori? Is there a problem?” (Kei)

She finally seemed to notice that I was beside her when I tried to see what she was holding.

"Uh, it…it's nothing!” (Kaori)

She insisted while quickly moving the item she had in her hand behind her, as if to hide it. No, that wasn’t suspicious at all Kaori.

I didn't know how to deal with this on my own. I thought she went to get some sanitary items, but that isn’t them?

“Umm... is that the one I’m supposed to use when it's my time of the month?” (Kei)

I asked Kaori while pointing to what she was trying to hide behind her.

“Uh… well…. umm…. yes… that’s right.” (Kaori)

She said reluctantly, while slowly handing me the item she had behind her.

What Kaori handed me looked just as I expected it would, but unfortunately, I had never seen a sanitary napkin until now.

It was roughly the size of my palm and wrapped in vinyl with tape attached that you have to pull to open it.

When I quickly pulled the tape to open the package, it expanded to about four times its original size.

“Hmm…” (Kei)

I carefully look at it,but it kind of looks like it’s a small diaper.

However, unlike a diaper, the wings that secures it to the panty are attached to the sides, not the ends.

At the moment, I’m trying to figure out how to use this properly, so I try to imagine the TV commercials I have seen about feminine supplies.

“Hey, Kaori. How am I supposed to use this?” (Kei)

I think I understand how to use it, but I would like to make sure I do it right.

For example, if I put it on upside down I know it will make a huge mess.

After thinking about it, I look back at Kaori, but she is shyly looking away from me, with her head down, blus.h.i.+ng, and trembling.

“After you open it, put it in your panties, and fold the wings outward to attach them.” (Kaori)

“Is there a front or back end?” (Kei)

As I said that, I looked at the napkin in my hand.

“Either way is fine.” (Kaori)

She mutters quietly, while still refusing to look at me.

This is Kaori’s house. It's not as if I keep some spare panties here.

“You want me to take off my panties here?” (Kei)

“It’s not as if I haven’t already seen you before.” (Kei)

Kaori is getting more and more upset, as I continue to push for her to show me how to use it.

After all, it’s a lot of fun to tease Kaori like this.

“Anyway I'll give you a few for the moment, so let’s go to your house!” (Kaori)

Eh? We are going to my house? I just wish you would show me how to use it.

…Is it possible? Once you put it on, you don’t have to do so again?

Thinking about it, it does have adhesive tape on the back. Does that mean it’s used to make it stick to my panties?

Well, it’s already getting dark outside, but it's not a problem since my house is only a thirty second walk from here.

I take a few of the sanitary napkins and we leave Kaori’s house.

While Kaori watched me, I take a pair of panties out of the drawer, so I can line them with the napkin.

“You can do it by yourself. Either way is fine, there is no front or back.” (Kaori)

Kaori says while acting uncomfortable. When she’s acting this way, it’s hard to get myself psyched up for this.

That said, if I can actually do this myself with her help; it would make me feel a lot more confident when I have to do this alone.

That's why I'm not going to say I can do it by myself. I act reluctant, so I slowly take my panties and the napkins in hand.

Open up the panties, spread the fabric for the crotch, peel off the tape cover and place it in the panties.

Flip the wings down and fix them in place. There, it looks perfect to me.  

“Well, good job. You can also put your panties around your knees and put on napkins.” (Kaori)

Kaori tells me approvingly, which makes me a little happy.

Although, I wish you had told me about that first, if it was possible to do it that way.　

“Why don't we go shopping tomorrow?” (Kaori)

“Alright.” [Haa] (Kei)

I heave a weary sigh, so much for thinking I was finished; apparently, there are other things I need as well.

“They also sell panties for menstruation.” (Kaori)

“Wow.” (Kei)

“After you take a bath, make sure you wear a napkin in your panties.” (Kaori)

Kaori cautions me, while pointing at the panties which are now lined with the napkin.

I know that much at least. There is a good possibility that it might start while I’m sleeping. Trying to not face the reality of the situation won’t help anything and just wearing my panties alone will likely end in catastrophe.  

“OK, I understand.” (Kei)

“I'll come back tomorrow.” (Kaori)

She said and turned to leave for home. Honestly though, I have no idea why we had to come to my house for her to explain this to me.
