Idle and with nothing to do, Bai Xunyin decided to talk about her blind date with Mu Anping over the phone.

Skipping over some of the complicated and redundant words in between, such as Mu Anping asking for forgiveness, she got straight to the point.

This series of bombsh.e.l.ls left Ah Mo on the other end completely stunned. After a full half-minute of silence, she awkwardly said, “So you rejected Mu Anping within a day and then got together with Yu Luoyin?”

d.a.m.n, she truly was something.

Bai Xunyin felt her summary was somewhat funny, but it was true. She smiled and said, “Yes.”

“Oh my G.o.d, if Mu Anping finds out, he’ll be furious. Too bad he doesn’t have your WeChat to see your moments, hahaha.” 

Actually, Ah Mo didn’t specifically know what had happened between Bai Xunyin and Mu Anping in the past, but she felt it wasn’t necessary to know. She was biased towards Bai Xunyin anyway, unreasonably protective of her.

Bai Xunyin hated Mu Anping, so Ah Mo hated him too.

Bai Xunyin knew it well. Somewhere deep inside her, she felt incredibly soft.

As the only one who had both Yu Luoyin’s and her WeChat, naturally, she saw the “official announcement” moments posted by both of them.

There was no need to say what happened next.

Yu s.h.i.+tian was equally shocked as Ah Mo. Messages came one after another, even two missed calls, but unfortunately, Bai Xunyin had just turned her phone on silent and didn’t hear any of them.

“Sister, what’s going on between you and my brother? Are you together?”

“How could you both treat me like this when I’m the one who brought you together, playing matchmaker and cupid?!”

Her nonsense made Bai Xunyin smile, and she casually admitted, “Thanks for being our ‘cupid’.”

Yu s.h.i.+tian was frantic on the other end, “Oh my G.o.d, you admitted it! But you guys have already made it official, what’s going on? Tell me!”

Bai Xunyin casually said a few words, “We just met after the blind date and had a good impression of each other. We happened to meet a couple more times…”

Although what she said wasn’t entirely true, it wasn’t a lie either.

However, even though Yu s.h.i.+tian initially introduced them with the intention of “matchmaking,” seeing them actually become a couple still felt a bit strange.

After hanging up the phone, Bai Xunyin lay quietly on the bed for a while before suddenly realizing why Yu s.h.i.+tian had hesitated to speak earlier.

She couldn’t help but smile, her confusion from earlier dissipating in an instant, and she soon fell into a sweet sleep.

When they met for lunch the next day, Yu s.h.i.+tian, with her charming smile, couldn’t hide her worries.

She ordered the dishes, and when Bai Xunyin came over and had a few sips of tea, she couldn’t help but sigh, “Sister, do you really like my brother?”

Bai Xunyin knew exactly what she was thinking.

“But… sister, did you forget what I told you last time? My brother still has an unforgettable ex-girlfriend, right?”

She knew how deep Yu Luoyin’s feelings were for his high school “ex-girlfriend.” Six years had pa.s.sed, and he hadn’t dated anyone else. Now, he had accepted Bai Xunyin, whom he had just met, so quickly. 

Wasn’t it just “love at first sight”?

Yu s.h.i.+tian regretted introducing Bai Xunyin to Yu Luoyin more and more.

Seeing Bai Xunyin pick up the teacup and take a sip, her expression calm as she said, “I know,” but not taking it seriously, Yu s.h.i.+tian couldn’t help but feel anxious.
