Hei Jue and An Liang were waiting for the G.o.d of Void and the company that accompanied him back to Vearth inside the Throne Room of the Nether System, where they had bid farewell to the previous planet. Ever since Ye Xiajie's complete resurrection, the throne room has undergone changes.

"Yes, Milord (Lord Ye)!" Chief Warden Lou Wuye and Warden Yun Ming saluted as everyone watched their backs disappear in the darkness behind the throne hall.

After transforming back into his former self, Kyle Reen a.s.sumed the appearance of a light-haired Elven G.o.d. Next to him stands the just ascended Sea G.o.d Lanyu, who is suffocating from the atmosphere of this royal hall and nervously scanning his surroundings. The qi and air of this place captivated the recently ascended Evil G.o.d Nameless and his apostle, w.a.n.g Xingmo.

Elven G.o.d Reed gave a salute to the new Lord G.o.d of the Nether System, An Liang, and the G.o.d of s.p.a.ce, Hei. Ye Xiajie regained his royal sovereignty after completing his resurrection. Thus, he became the owner of the Nether World rather than the Lord G.o.d of the Nether System.

This area became entirely his as he expanded his Void Domain to encompa.s.s the whole Nether World and turned into a rift within the abyss.

As a result, An Liang, his adjutant, becomes into the Lord G.o.d, managing the Nether System on his behalf. Similar to how Shen Siw.a.n.g and Mo Baojun's pupil Cao Xinsheng manages the G.o.d System on behalf of his masters.

"Your other half?" w.a.n.g Xingmo mumbled, obviously unable to understand the meaning of these words.

Hei Jue completely lost interest when he heard w.a.n.g Xingmo's words. "I guess he is not."

"Evil G.o.ds are more powerful than ordinary G.o.ds; your qualifications to work in the Nether System are enough, but we don't pick ones who haven't pa.s.sed the a.s.sessment yet. However, Nameless appeared to be in awe of this location.

Being a devil, he is susceptible to human emotions and sins. He dared not destroy anybody so pure as w.a.n.g Xingmo's spirit; instead, he wished to conceal them.

w.a.n.g Xingmo knew that this Chief Warden used to wear the vessel of Lu Shang and knew his relations.h.i.+p with Satan.

"This is the Nether Realm where the Nether Prison is located. It's a place where sinned G.o.ds are imprisoned and punished. Wardens like me oversee them. "Uncle Wuye, are Dad, Father, Xiao Jing, and Xiaxia back?" The G.o.d of Time, Ye Qinjing, asked politely. He had always treated the direct subordinates of his parents as uncles.

Chief Warden responded, "The Lords are in the core region as Xiao Jing and Princess Xia, the disappered the moment we return here. I don't know where they went."

"I see. Then we'll go ahead now. I saw Uncle Yun on our way here. He should be waiting for you at the entrance."

With these remarks, Ye Qinjing—carrying his younger brother—walk away. Given that the two men were strangers, he did not even a.s.sign them to accompany the Chief Warden.

Shen Siw.a.n.g startled when he realized what his brother had done. He also made an attempt to get rid of the purple glow, but his hands kept getting consumed and scorched. It would just never stop growing as it consumed his wife's flesh and blood. All he could do was seal it.

Sovereign Shen Siw.a.n.g asked, "Xia, do you know what that aura is?"

Instead of the G.o.d of Void, the one who answered was Hei Anjing, who was now leaning on his body in his soul form.

"The World Eater's Aura of Gluttony," Hei Anjing said.
