Chapter 15.2

The happiest one in all of this was s.h.i.+ Qing.

He played through all the fun activities, and he was still able to stroll around and buy whatever he wanted. Every day, he switched to a new outfit that Yin Mingzheng would have disapproved of. As long as he mentioned it to Le Youyuan, he could have anything he asked for. Le Youyuan has always been a generous guy. Even if he asked him for the Forbidden City, he would find a way to build it.

Plus the animosity value was dropping fast.

The guy was knocked unconscious for several seconds. Seeing that Le Youyuan was about to give him a good thras.h.i.+ng, he hurried to cover his face and scamper off.

The hero of humanity stepped forward while focusing on the gla.s.s in Le Youyuan’s hand: “Did you drink it?”

Le Youyuan: “……No?”

He didn’t think what he did could be considered surveillance.

It was more apt to call it protection.

Le Youyuan watched Yin Mingzheng change from a fierce lion to a pitiable dog with glee. He happily stoked the flames of conflict:

“Darling, don’t believe him so easily. This old man is a crafty one.”

“There must be a reason for him to break in so suddenly. It can’t just be because he missed you.”

Yin Mingzheng didn’t even look at Le Youyuan. He just sat on the sofa and stared up at the angry youth.

“Yes, I missed you.”

The angry little expression on s.h.i.+ Qing’s face faded for a second, and then he scoffed. Although he clearly wanted to act like he was angry, his tone became softer:

“It’s natural for you to think about someone as great as me.”

“So you really weren’t watching me?”
