MY KIND OF LOVE 13 The Threa

Skylar was at the backseat of his car going through a doc.u.ments at the car wash. He had a golf game with some higher ups and he decided to find a place to go through some of their details before he meets with them. The place was far from the city and had no cafes that he could sit in.

Two motorcycles speeded into the gas station next to the car wash and loud sounds were heard. Skylar raised up his head to see who it was. A man and a woman stepped down and started filling up their motorcycles. Skylar's attention was focused on the woman for she had seemed familiar to him. The woman removed her helmet and untied her curly hair while smiling at the man next to her.  The woman turned around and looked to his direction, and that was when he realised who it was.

"Mr. Vandeers, it's miss Yethu, sir" a.s.sistant Kin also seemed to have realised who it was as he reported to his boss.

"I know, who is that man she is with?" Skylar asked while still looking at Miray who still didn't notice them.

"I do not know, sir. But he is not the one from last night, their body features are different" replied a.s.sistant Kin as he leaned forward to a.n.a.lyse the man next to Miray.

"mmmh.". Skylar was trying to be calm in front of a.s.sistant Kin.

"Should I send someone to follow them?"

"No need, she will be visiting me soon." His gaze was on the tight leather pants, Miray wore and smiled to himself.

At that moment Miray still did'nt notice the black car by the car wash. She was enjoying the moment with her brother who continued to make her laugh. After they filled up their motorcycles, she tied her hair up and wore her helmet again.

"let's go to the mountains!" Miray shouted to Zain as she got on her motorcycle and the two siblings disappeared.

The next morning Fred and Trey came to drive Miray to her office. Miray asked them to keep a distance from her when they arrive at the office for she did not want to create any hype. As soon as she walked into the office they all looked at her like they were seeing her for the first time. Miray pretended not to notice their stares as she walked past them confidently into her office. 

"I never noticed that she had long beautiful legs till now." Peter turned to Rita, after Miray entered her office.

"Don't tell me you have fallen for the witch?" Replied Rita as she arranged the files on her desk.

"No way, she is not my type!" Denied Peter.

"What are you all nagging about this morning?" Nene joined their conversation.

"The witch's beautiful legs," Rita answered as she handed files to Nene " These are reports from our branches."

"Oh yah there was also a parcel for the boss..." Peter added as he put a parcel on top of the files that were in Nene's hands.

"You people are trying to kill me this morning!" Nene complained as she looked at the files in her hands.

Knock! Knock! Nene entered Miray's office after the knock. There were doc.u.ments that needed Miray's signature and Nene handed them to her while she waited for her sign. Miray finished signing all the doc.u.ments and Nene gave her the parcel from Peter before. 

Miray looked at the parcel and asked, "do you know the person who sent this parcel?"

"Yes ma'am, it has the logo of sweng corporation, it must have been from them." Replied Nene, showing off her observation skills.

"Okay you can go." Miray couldn't let her eyes off from the doc.u.ment.

"Yes ma'am." Nene left the office.

There were doc.u.ments inside the parcel. Her eyes widened as she saw the containts in the doc.u.ments. She could not believe it. 

The doc.u.ments had detailed information about all the dirty works that Joe had been doing over the years. Photos of Joe doing illegal transactions in different places with high profile criminals were shown. Miray had known Joe was into illegal things but she did not expect it to be to such an extent. It also contained the estates that were purchased by Joe but were under her and little Daphne's name. With such type of information it would be very easy to send Joe to prison but also prove her connection to him which would jeopardize her company.

Miray wanted to call Joe but she hesitated. 'The fact that these doc.u.ments are sent to me proves that it is just a threat, if they wanted to destroy me, they would have already done it.' Miray calmed herself down and then thought of something. She took out her phone and dialed a number, "I will send you a million, if you could find what anything useful about Sweng corporations in 30 minutes, you know what I mean right?"

"Okay I am sending you my bank details, send half the price first." answered the male voice on the phone.

"Okay, I will increase the price If you find it sooner." Without waiting for a response she cut the line. A message came to her phone and it was the person's account details. Miray sent half the price as agreed and waited.

The man on the phone was one of the top hackers in the country and he earned money from digging out dirt from people. Miray had known him through Joe and there was nothing the hacker couldn't find.

Ten minutes later Miray left her office. "Nene please inform Jeff that, I am leaving the office, I have some things I need to take care of."

"Yes I will do just that." Nene stood up from her desk while replying to Miray.

Miray left the office building and called for Fred and Trey. The two were surprised to see her come out of the office an hour after going in. Fred oppened the car door for Miray to get in and she sat in the back seat of the Mercedes Benz. 

"Where are we going?" Fred asked while sitting in the front seat.

"Take me to the new branch of Sweng corporation." Miray replied as she went through her phone.

"What are we going to do there?" Fred turned to look at Miray with a confused expression on his face. Miray raised her head and gave Fred a threatening eye that conveyed a message for him to mind his business. Fred understood kept quite and they drove to Sweng Corporation's branch.
