Life Of The Shadow King 4 Training: New Spells

A new day has come. He got up early as he was excited to train his new found blade. He went to the severed boulder near his house."Demon Blade" he said. The blade formed. He held it tightly with his right hand and sliced the boulder once more. Only the difference this time it seems that the flames that came out of the blade was much larger than the previous one he did the other day. Seeing this he knew what was going on. The flames are based on how much Mana he was emitting, but it doesn't consume it. The more Mana he emits the more powerful the flames are. Curious on how he was supposed to handle this he went back inside his house to do some research. He picked up 2 books. History, Magic. He read history first.

"It is said that the first Demon Lord had a special weapon called Demon Blade or h.e.l.l Blade. Being a special weapon it has its own stats unlike normal weapons. So that means it has its own strength?" he said. Although curious, he doesn't know how to check the stats of his weapon. lastly he read magic.

He was curious on how to control his flow of Mana. "If I control my Mana then maybe I can control the flames coming out of the blade" he said. After hours of searching he finally found it and tried it out by trying to make his flames turn into a javelin. His first attempt was unsuccessful as well as his second attempt. "Third time's the charm" he said. He felt his Mana channelling through his arms and slowly feels the javelin materializing. He successfully completed the javelin. He was proud of himself. He now knows how to control his Mana as well as learning a new spell. He kept going and created more spells. 3 hours have pa.s.sed and he was getting hungry. He set out to hunt for a boar. "Lucky I get to test out my new spells" he said. He went to the forest. After a few minutes of searching he finally found a boar.

"h.e.l.l javelin" he said. The javelin successfully pierced the boars body. But he then saw that it was no ordinary boar. It eyes glowed bright red. "A demon possessed one?!?" he said. He quickly jumped back making some distance between them. "Chains of Cerberus" he said. His flame came from underneath the boar holding it down. "Dark Bullet" he said. A magic circle appeared above him releasing the dark bullets. The bullets. .h.i.t the head of the boar. The boars eyes stopped glowing. He went to the boar and carried it back home.

"Looks like the new spells are great" he said. He set up a fire to cook the boar. "It tastes bad, I should have gone to the village and made a light magic user purify it" he said. Nevertheless he still ate it.

It was already noon. He went to the village to get more books in the library. He arrived at the library. He looked around and saw a book that caught his eye. A black book that seems to have a lock. His flames were also reacting to the book. He picked it up and went to the librarian. "What is this book?" he asked. "Oh that book. No one can actually read it. It seems like it's magic locked" she said. "Why? Do you want to get that Fate?" she added. "Yep" he said. The name of the librarian is Lisa. He met Lisa when he went to the library for the first time. She was a bit smaller than him. She had a fair skin tone,green eyes, and blonde hair. He then remembered something. "Hey Lisa, your 16th birthday is coming up right?" he said. She nodded. He knew that almost no one gave her a gift before since she was an orphan. "Wanna go to the market on your birthday?" he said. "Really?" she said. Her birthday is about a month from now. He already has a job so he can buy her anything she wants by then. "Sure" she said. He smiled. He bought the book and went back home.

When he got home he quickly used his magic on the book. It opened. When he opened it he saw in the front page that it also belongs to the first Demon Lord. "Wow, you're really helping me out here old man" he said.
