'I will see if Chairman Xia will keep his word.' Mr. Yang thought.

"President, I've already set an appointment with Chairman Xia at 6 pm later." Mr. Yang's a.s.sistant said after he made a call to Chairman Xia's a.s.sistant. Mr. Yang just nodded at him.

Meanwhile, at Zhuang Yue's office, she was reading some doc.u.ments when she noticed the time. It was already 3 pm in the afternoon. It was time to pick up the twins from school. So she stood up and tidy up her desk. After tidying up her office, she went on her way to the twins' school since she already let Luo Feng know that she would leave work early today.

After half an hour, Zhuang Yue was already in front of the school and waiting for the twins to come out. While she was waiting, she suddenly remembered what Xia Wei said so she gets her phone in her pocket and texted Xia Wei.

'Alberghi, do not pick me up later. Just text me the name of the restaurant. I have to pick my niece up because I promised her so don't bother picking me up.' After sending that message, Zhuang Yue put back her phone in her pocket and waited.

After a few minutes, Zhuang Yue saw the twins leaving the school building and was walking towards her. When the twins were approaching her she noticed that something was wrong. Zhuang Yue was about to ask the twins if something was wrong but she was interrupted.

A woman suddenly pulled Zhuang Yixing's arm and shouted at him: "You d.a.m.n brat! It was you! Why did you hurt my son?!"

When Zhuang Yue saw the woman pulling Zhuang Yixing and Zhuang Yixing was obviously hurt by the woman's pulling, she quickly pushed the woman's hands away and checked Zhuang Yixing's arm.

"Xing'er, are you okay?" Zhuang Yue asked worriedly.

"I'm okay, Mom." Zhuang Yixing replied and then he showed a rea.s.suring smile to Zhuang Yue. Zhuang Yue then looked at the woman who hurt his son.

"Ma'am, what do you think you are doing?" Zhuang Yue asked coldly.

The woman who hurt Zhuang Yixing looked at Zhuang Yue from head to toe and then she looked at her with disgust.

"So you are that brat's mother? You should teach your son not to hurt and bully others! Did you know that that brat did a side kick to my son?! Look at my son's face!" The woman said angrily and pointed at her own son.

Zhuang Yue was surprised after she heard that Zhuang Yixing kicked someone.

"Mother, she's not Zhuang Yixing's mother! The teacher talked with his parents earlier and I did not saw this person earlier." The woman's son said.

"I see. So who are you then? Are you their maid? But that brat called you Mom, are you also his mother?" The woman said.

"Oh, maybe those two are illegitimate children. A b.a.s.t.a.r.d's and a b.i.t.c.h's son and daughter?" the woman continued with the tone of ridicule.

After hearing what the woman said Zhuang Yue's eyes darkened and her expression turned cold. Her aura also completely changed. This made the woman and her son's hearts trembled a little.

"Ma'am, may I know your name?" Zhuang Yue asked coldly.

"You don't know me?! I am w.a.n.g Feng, the city mayor's wife and that brat hurt the city mayor's son, you should know what will come to you sooner or later." The woman said. However, Zhuang Yue did not pay attention to what the woman said after saying her name.

"w.a.n.g Feng? Alright. I will remember that name." Zhuang Yue said coldly.

"You really should remember my name. And you should know that offending the mayor isn't good for you and those two." Mrs. w.a.n.g said.

"I know what to do, Madam. And you should also know what to do. Hurting a child doesn't make you a good mother. It's wrong to hurt someone else's child. Do you want me to hurt your child too to know how it feels?" Zhuang Yue said coldly and this made w.a.n.g Feng furious.

"You! Watch what you say!" Mrs. w.a.n.g said but Zhuang Yue just ignored her and turned to the twins.

"Ying'er, Xing'er, go inside the car. Let's go home." Zhuang Yue said to the twins. Zhuang Yue's cold expression earlier was replaced by a gentle expression when she talked to the twins.

The twins just nodded and then they boarded the car. They did not even pay any attention to what Mrs. w.a.n.g was saying when they turned their back on her and left the place.

Hallo! Good Morning! It's almost 1 AM here. Hope you guys liked this chapter.~ I've posted this early because if I don't post it today I won't be able to post this tomorrow because of school stuff.
