Waking up again in the cave, Harrison had no clue how his impromptu jump back from Earth's plane dissipated the lives of several cultivators. They were trying to communicate with the Earth's plane when it was in temporal lockdown and when the communication finally went through; they started their journeys. Some were lucky and were fast enough. The unlucky ones arrived as the Earth's was back in the temporal lockdown and dissipated. Luckily the number of dead this time was small since the alliance was monitoring the plane continuously.

What angered the alliance leaders the most was that the travel became unpredictable and the window of opportunity jumped from the usual several hours to mere minutes.

Harrison was of course oblivious to the trouble he caused. Looking at the sleeping girl and the burning fire, he stretched his arms and let out a yawn. His yawn must have startled the girl as she suddenly raised her upper body and breathed in heavily, gasping for air.

Her back was facing Harrison, and he was looking at her quietly as she tried to make sense of her surroundings. Looking at the fire and uncovering herself from the clothes he piled on her and remembering what happened before she blacked out, she slowly turned around as if she was expecting to see a monster behind her.

To her surprise, behind her was a boy looking even younger than she was. He was likewise covering himself with a pile of clothes. She swallowed her saliva and looked at him with anxiety. Harrison was looking back at her and was awaiting her reaction before he did anything. The silence continued for a few minutes before he decided to break it.

"Aka sha!", Harrison said in an indistinct voice.

The girl's body twitched when she heard him greeting her, but she soon responded with a gentle voice that showed just how frightened she was. Harrison liked the tone of her voice and he could finally see the colour of her eyes. They were blue like sapphires, but they gained a violet hue from the fire.

He did not want to startle her, and he just waited for her to come to grips with what happened before and her current situation. Harrison hoped she would not overreact and understand he had no choice but see her naked body if he wanted to help her.

She soon figured out she was not wearing her clothes or even any of her underwear. The clothes he put on her were obviously oversized for her body. One of her shoulders was poking out from the collar as it turned sideways and if Harrison was a j.a.panese male anime character, he would surely get a nosebleed from the s.e.xy vibe she exuded even now. She touched the wound on her head and bitterly smiled while blus.h.i.+ng.

She knew she would be dead without his help but still having a stranger looking at your naked unconscious body was uncomfortable to say the least.

She took a deep breath and then asked a few questions of which Harrison only understood horse and even that only because the system subt.i.tled her.

"Aka sha!", Harrison said with a smile and she looked at him like as if she was looking at an idiot.

He pointed outside the cave and gestured in the direction the horse ran off since that was probably what she was asking about.

He turned around and pretended to take something from the corner as he materialized a pair of leather boots from his inventory.

He stood up, holding them while the girl crawled back while sitting wearily. Showing the boots in front of himself and pointing at her bare feet, she understood his intention. Tossing them towards her she grabbed them and put them on.

He opened the hatch and gestured to her to follow him. She could hear the waterfall and she knew it was not far. She blushed, thinking he must have been peeping at her while she bathed. They climbed down the rope and walked to where the horse was being tied to a branch before the attack.

There was nothing there except her shoes and socks, which were neatly tucked in them. She sat down and took off the ones Harrison gave her, which were obviously too big for her. He looked at her toes as she put on her socks and turned away, blus.h.i.+ng.

'I am not a pedo. I don't have a foot fetish.' he muttered in his head.

The girl was oblivious of his thoughts and quickly wore her shoes. She gave back his shoes, which he tossed by the tree and gestured towards the woods. He didn't want to expose the existence of his inventory to her and carrying the shoes would inconvenience him.

They followed the markings towards the road. They found some of her clothes on the ground that fell off the horse and she went behind a tree and changed into them. She was wearing a green s.h.i.+rt and brown pants which obviously fit her figure a lot better than what she had on before and looked lovely making Harrison blush again. She noticed him blus.h.i.+ng and smiled at him which made him blush even more.

'I am not a pedo. Definitely not a pedo. Don't look at me that way!' he muttered in his head.

As they reached the road Harrison turned around and wanted to go back.

The girl suddenly grabbed his hand and tugged at him, unwilling to let him go.

He looked at her beautiful face and she blushed and pointed towards the town. He nodded and let her lead the way. After a while she noticed she was still holding his hand, and she blushed again before letting go of his hand.

Walking through the town's main-street, people greeted the girl politely, and some even bowed. As she pa.s.sed them they gave dirty looks to Harrison as if he didn't deserve to walk with her.

'She must be a daughter of someone influential,' Harrison thought as he looked at the unpleasant faces of people pa.s.sing by.

They soon came in front of a tall wall with a guard posted in front of it. A huge closed double wooden door that could accommodate even carriages was in front of them. They made a small door within the one in the right wing of the big one so they didn't have to open the whole door for individual people.

The guard noticing them walking closer straightened up and bowed to the girl. The girl just nodded her head as he opened up the small door and let them pa.s.s.

He gave Harrison a look of bewilderment but had not uttered a word. Harrison wanted to flee several times, but the girl always grabbed him and pulled him along until he eventually gave up.

They entered an enormous courtyard surrounded by a wall and a two-story mansion was in the middle of it with a few stone steps leading to the entrance. It had a lush green garden in front and a driveway for carriages. They walked on the stone-paved driveway and up the stairs into the reception room.

There was a rope there, and she pulled it before gesturing for Harrison to sit down on a sofa. A ringing sound came from somewhere and soon hurried footsteps followed. An old servant soon came in and bowed. He was wearing a black suit with black pants. She told him something that Harrison could not comprehend and left him alone in the reception room with the servant.

The servant was just standing and observing him and Harrison was feeling uncomfortable after a while being scrutinized like a criminal. He stood up and tried to walk out, but the servant gestured to him he should sit back down with a stern look.

He sat back down and sighed, waiting for the girl to come back. She came back after a few minutes with her hair now combed and her attire changed from pants to a dress.

She was holding two spheres in her hands and she gave one to Harrison.

As he held it in his hands, it felt warm and buzzed a little and just when he wanted to look at it closer he heard the girl say, "Thank you for saving me."

He raised his head abruptly and looked at her.

"Do you understand me?", the girl asked.

Harrison nodded.

"You can talk to me normally or just imagine what you want to say. This is a magic tool which will translate it to me," the girl said while smiling at Harrison.

'Oh, my G.o.d, you are so beautiful to think I almost let those wolves eat you,' Harrison thought.

The girl blushed and Harrisons eyes became bigger as he noticed it.

'Did I just say this out loud? Aaargh, kill me now, this is so embarra.s.sing. Ohhhh, s.h.i.+t not again,' Harrison thought and then tried to give the sphere back to the girl.

'Don't worry, only I heard it. It will be our little secret. Please keep you seeing me naked our little secret too,' the girl's voice appeared in Harrison's head without her opening his mouth and she was visibly blus.h.i.+ng.

'How do I control this thing?' Harrison asked.

'Don't focus on it while thinking and it won't transmit your thoughts,' she said.

'You have a beautiful body.' Harrison thought as he looked into her eyes but there was no change in her expression so she probably didn't get that message.

"Let me introduce myself first. My name is Sheina Donaron, daughter of Baron Donaron, granddaughter of Viscount Donaron," she told him with a smile on her face with pride exuding from her posture.

Harrison sighed but then decided to come clean.

"I don't know my name. I woke up in the middle of the woods underneath a corpse with seven other corpses around me with no memory of who I am or where I am from. All I know for now is I am not from here since I don't speak your language. I only know a few words I learned from books I bought and people I met when I came to the town twice.", he explained while spreading his arms.

She looked at him in shock with her mouth open as he said those words.

"You can stay here for as long as you like. We have plenty of room. I will talk to my father about it when he comes home and I am sure he will agree if I explain to him you saved my life," she said while smiling.

Harrison looked around the reception room, looked at her smiling face, the stern look of the servant and swallowed his saliva before nodding.

Seeing him nod, the Sheina's smile looked even more beautiful as she pulled his hand and took him deeper inside the mansion.
