"Ms Wilson, what happened here?" Ms Aleinher asked.
"The room was on fire," I muttered.
Robert ran swiftly beside me, "Sar what happened?" he asked.
"I think I just met someone who I should be a reity to?"
"Ms Phox was here?" Ms Aleinher asked.
"Despite knowing who this psycho was, you let her decide who was going to be her reity?" I said.
"Ms Wilson, you lost an important meeting this morning."
"I didn't have a choice. I couldn't technically move from this place, let alone go and see this king of yours."
"This is such a disrespect to your majesty," Ms Aleinher said.
"What do you mean by disrespectful? Everything is literally burned; how do you think it happened?" I said.
"I will talk to Ms Phox, however, you guys better go outside. I'll deal with this later."
Rob took me to his room, I needed to sleep, to get away from this mess. Instead, I found Nathan and Mitsuko whispering, they suddenly stopped talking, with one cold glance directed at each other the moment I came in.
They were both silent, even Mitsuko, who would normally be the first one to open her mouth and talk for hours, but this time she approached me nervously, handing me a sealed letter of some sort, which looked like a bird?
"We found it here when we arrived," Mitsuko said.
I opened the letter, red glowing fire in the shape of a phoenix filled this room, it looked at me and opened its beak as a voice came out of it.
"Sarah Wilson, 1st year. This morning you were tested and consequently pa.s.sed. You are thereby accepted to take part in the meeting, which will be held tomorrow night in San Francisco at the Phox mansion. You and your team must wear the clothes chosen by me, which you will find inside the white box near Robert Ukreni's bed. You must be ready before the clock strikes midnight, as the mirror in your room will close itself. I will be waiting to see how special you are and if I didn't say it already. Welcome to Naeyriv."
Once the voice stopped talking, the phoenix exploded in thousands of sparks all over me, as nothing else was left inside the letter other than an emblem of a phoenix.
"What do I do now?" I asked.
"We don't have much of a choice. We must go!" Robert said while he held my hand.
It meant we were going to go straight into the enemy's den, it was not a move to be made with such lightness, yet, I had never seen him so convinced before.
There were many secrets he had been keeping from me for years, perhaps he did not trust me enough for such a burden and I would not say what he did was wrong in any way. I only wondered if there might have been any other reason behind his actions.
