The trials continued, and out of the remaining 11 groups, only 5 more groups pa.s.sed because of their creative, powerful attacks. For example, a group of 2 magic beasts and a sprite teamed up, with the sprite acting as the vanguard and the two magic beasts acting as the damage dealers, casting a myriad of elemental spells and physical attacks that seemed to attack representations of the elements in the area, distorting them or even destroying them in the area for a moment. One of the domains produced by a magic beast had the representation of Devouring, which was a feature taken by a lot of elements, but is commonly known to originate from the Void Element.

After a while, a total of 12 mythic beings succeeded in the trial. 7 of them were magic beasts, and 5 were sprites. Out of the twelve that pa.s.sed, 6 of the magic beasts decided to leave and explore on their own but making the same promise as the Wind sprite before. 3 of the sprites also decided to explore on their own, probably because 2 of them were wind elements and the other one was a lightning element. The latter had a characteristic of being headstrong and unyielding, so it kind of make sense.

The remaining magic beast was a type of species that closely resembled a Wasp and an ant, but its size was 20 times bigger, with its skin covered with multi-layered scales like a dragon. Xander decided to call this new species "Dragon Wasp Ant" because of these characteristics. They had a unique characteristic, making them blessed with the element of s.p.a.ce: living pocket storage. The primary elements they commonly had was Air, Poison, and Earth/Metal elements, with an additional Wave element if they were a queen Dragon Wasp Ant.

The magic beast, named Fae, was a queen Dragon Wasp Ant, giving it the ability to fly 10x faster than others, at the same time, exerting control and pressure over other wasp and ant species of magic beasts. Fae could also produce Dragon Wasp Ant younglings, soldiers with a strength one cla.s.s lower than the queen's strength, and farmers, and carry them in a portable hive s.p.a.ce in their bodies, making it a portable army. She signed a contract with Xander because their slight s.p.a.ce sensitivity was highly reacting to Xander. She also felt that Xander wouldn't restrict her that much at all as well based on his current att.i.tude.

The 2 sprites who decided to stay with Xander were Marie and Mary, the Fire and water sprites. They felt that they would have more potential if they established a contract with Xander. At the same time, they had a greater sense of grat.i.tude of belonging with him than with others outside.

Upon the echoing of his voice, the magic circles above began trembling and s.h.i.+ning brightly, and the night in Callows' City was once again interrupted by the glow of heavenly lights.

Once again, the stacked, concentric circles constricted to one another, before disappearing, create a magical wave that emanated from Callows City to the whole continent of Ete, causing every country in it to raise their alarms, with DemiG.o.ds becoming severely injured, and Divine magicians disturbed from their cultivations. Other magicians who were below DemiG.o.d cla.s.s but were sensitive to these magical fluctuations rapidly felt that their head was about to burst, and their body filled with energy that seemingly came out of nowhere.

Once again, the bell chiming sounds appeared once again, ringing for a total of 108 times, causing anyone below the DemiG.o.d level to fall into a trance, subconsciously activating their cultivation skills, and others, awakening their magical talents and improving their elemental affinities.

The guards and the two maids of Xander, who was near the epicenter of the wave, couldn't even react, as the force once again caused them to fall unconscious, but their cultivation techniques were already running automatically without stop until the end of the 108th chime of the illusory bells.
