Radley walked on like he didn't have a care in the world. The insect noticed him but did nothing. Radley considered the fact that it might possibly be blind but it would mean that its other senses might be seriously overpowered. He was a level two trying to take on a level five in a semi dark area. He slowly lowered himself to get a rock which he tossed into a small stream close by. The scorpion looked unhindered as he kept staring towards Radley. The upside was due to the dark conditions Blobby blended in pretty well with his surroundings, "Blobby strike with your spine shot."

Two spines travelled towards the insect. The creature used his pincers to deflect the spines. It turned out the creature had acute night sight. He removed his axe, "Let's go Blobby!"

Radley charged headlong towards the creature while Blobby tried the back. Radley used his speed to quickly close the gap. The insect's tail shot forward as Radley ducked to avoid it. It used its pincers to strike at the Radley who had to roll backwards just to avoid them. Another tail strike. He dodged left hen right. There was a lot of flurries that Radley had to dodge. Even with his speed ability he was having a hard time getting close. He hoped that Blobby would have more luck.

Indeed Blobby was able to get closer and bit into it, but the carapace was way too hard for Blobby who didn't even scratch the surface. The creature didn't even notice the bite and Blobby jumped up on top of the creature. This didn't set well with it as it rolled over on the spot. Radley used this opportunity to deal a heavy blow. The creature used its pincers to stop try and stop Radley who slid underneath it and aimed straight for it ugly face. Smaller pincers shot out from his mouth to defend its face. The axe was stopped dead in its tracks. This creature's armour was unbelievable. While Radley didn't use his ability because he specifically wanted to see just how tough its armour was. Radley used a sonic blast to its face to disorient it. It was dazed for but a mere second as Blobby raked its eyes with his claws. The creature made a distinctive shriek as it rolled over. Its tail started to glow something fierce. Radley told Blobby to flee who happily obliged as a brilliant white flash erupted form the tail tip. Radley had luckily closed his eyes but in that split second the creature was one him. Thanks to his upgrade he was able to sense and dodge the incoming attack. Radley boosted forwards hopefully using the element of surprise as the axe crashed into its forehead. Again the small claws saved it.

Radley decided to use his ultimate ability, the Power Slam II. It came down with such ferocity that it cleaved right through the smaller and imbedding itself into one of its eyes. The shockwave itself completely scrambled the creature's brains. The problem was he snapped his axe in two. c.r.a.p…

Now he had to remove the carapace but he had no idea where to start. He decided to go to the tail. When he got to the tail he saw something that shocked him. A crater. The force was so powerful that it transferred into the ground creating a crater. This powered up Power Slam was monstrous. He really should be careful on using this on someone.

He tried using his knife to get under the carapace but the tendons just proved too tough. He went to the face and tried from there. d.a.m.n the creature's face gave him heevie geevies. He first tried cutting the arms. He could use his power slam but he feared it would destroy his knife. Well if that was the case he was going to haul the entirety of the corpse with him. The problem was, he was in a cave.

He looked around for some viable wood but all he could find was some vines and moss. Guess it would have to do. He tried lifting the beast but found that was more than he bargained for. Guess he wasn't all that strong after all. He still had a long way to go. He sighed. He really didn't want to give up this corpse. Its armour was way too valuable.
