The next day, when Sora met with Kalifa, she asked if they could talk in private. Sora didn't know the World Government planned to make their moves on him, so he was baffled by this. He had no idea why she would want to speak privately. He hadn't mentioned leaving, so she couldn't be asking to go with him. So, Sora invited her onto the Lightning Blossom, where others wouldn't interrupt.

Once they arrived at the Lightning Blossom, Kalifa quickly told Sora about the plan of the World Government. To which Sora laughed. Kalifa thought Sora had lost his mind in fear. After all, they were 4 Admiral level characters. She was just about to tell him to hurry and leave with Luffy, so they didn't get captured and killed.

Sora: "They're really putting in some effort, huh? Well, it's nothing me and Luffy can't handle. Their sending just 4 people at that level, while all of my crew is above that. Luffy's crew should also be at least around the Vice-Admiral level of power while he and his Vice-Captain are above Admiral level too. I don't even have to make a move to deal with that. I could simply sit back and watch as they all struggle to make their way past my girls to me."

Kalifa was shocked by this information. If that were true, wasn't all of Soras crew at the level of the Four Emperors. Furthermore, they were still in Paradise! If all of that was true, then why would they ever worry about 4 Admirals? They could just ignore them.

Kalifa: "How...?"

Sora: "I'll show you if you join my crew and be my wife!"

Different from the first time Sora had invited, Kalifa paused and thought. Her heart raced and she wished to join him, but what of her teammates? She betrayed the World Government now, and they would like be blamed. She didn't want to cause them to be hunted by the World Government.

Sora knew her worries because the members of CP9 had apparently all been raised together as orphans to become weapons of the World Government. So, he stepped forward to help ease her worries and explained they could deliver a message to them stating if that happens they should go to Sabo. "He's apparently a Pirate King, but he only has two crew members." He said. Kalifa nodded and quickly left to drop the message off.

Later, she returned to the Lightning Blossom, agreed to Sora's request and got the usual things, as well as a cellphone like everyone else. Then after she was asked if she wanted to really be part of his crew or stay in the castle, she decided she would temporarily take over matters of the castle and helping to rule. Sora had never bothered governing his world, leaving it to Monet, Zephyr and his son, who apparently planned to help Smoker hunt down Luffy. Now, with Kalifa, he had another secretary who could handle this for him. Together, Kalifa and Monet would be his left and right hands in terms of governing.

She also still needed to train, since her stats weren't all that high. Her highest being INT at S, 2 whole levels above the next highest. She figured out how they were all so strong after hearing about the ITGs from Sora. She quickly decided they would gather all the ITGs and put a price on usage unless people were directly related in some way to Sora. She also realized Sora was in need of some kind of currency for his world, so she had to settle that too.

As Sora left her to deal with that, he thought about the World Governments plan. He couldn't just go eliminate Im and the Gorosei. Not yet. He could after Sabaody though. If it weren't for their existence, he might be unable to meet Stussy. But with them around, he was sure to meet her. He a.s.sumed she would be at Sabaody waiting after he dealt with matters here. Maybe she would even be one if those sent to deal with him. He could then just keep her!

'Well,' he thought, 'since no preparations are needed, it's time to sit back and wait. Hold up... did Kalifa tell Iceburg she was leaving? Ah well, it doesn't matter anyway. Let's just hope he doesn't bother me about her disappearance.'

Later that day, he decided to set up someplace in Water 7 as a dungeon where he would be the final boss. Then he could taunt everyone who came with him as their goal by sitting on a cool throne looking bored. He thought that would be really cool of him.
