After all, Chrome himself also knew that he was currently still at the lowest end when it came to Exos rating, he did indeed receive quite the special abilities that could fix that, but that needed time, which he obviously didn't have.
As such, he wanted to get over with this test stage already which he was destined to do so badly at and use his greatest trump care, [Basic Lightning], to prove himself worthy of entering the Extra's Academy…
"There is no need to get too compet.i.tive though, this isn't the last test anyway, the true anchor of enrollment lies there, just quietly take turns and get you ratings measured so that we can move on," the aged man advised just like he did the last time before sitting down on the side chair just like he did in the last room as he closed his eyes once again.
'Such contradiction…' Chrome couldn't help but wonder if there were underlying intentions hidden in this test...
He found it quite incomprehensible as to why they would censor most of the results in the last test, and keep it in the open this time, yet after all of that telling the students not to take it in a compet.i.tive sense. In fact the only reason Chrome could think of was that they might be trying to make a side personality test which they only implemented in this stage as it has more variables when compared to the 'Physical Aspect' test that most would normally pa.s.s without much trouble.
In the end, Chrome didn't bother much about it as he dismissed these thoughts and steeled his mind to take on the possible bas.h.i.+ng that he would receive once he got his results, he wasn't planning to engage in a childish argument that might be started by one of the overrating bullies...
Obviously not in a hurry to show his low ratings, Chrome also didn't rush at all as he stood at the end of one the queues, while the other students started to enter.
The first two students, one from Jack's group with the other being from Crow's, stepped into the opened capsules which had a loose human shape frame inside of it before the gla.s.s lids closed down on them once they were completely inside as silence prevailed...
Psshshsh…
After the pa.s.sage of exactly one whole minute, the closed capsule let out a faint sound as the lid spread open, revealing the figures of the two students.

After the two of them completely left the capsule, the black screen that was on the head of the capsule was lit up by several numbers flas.h.i.+ng on it, seemingly still calculating the result.

The numbers finally stabilized to show two brackets, which seemed to indicate the Capacity and Emission ratings individually.
"Not bad," Jack remarked as he looked at the higher values that his student achieved when compared to Crow's student.
"Indeed, that's better than the fail he achieved in the last test," Crow kicked back as he nodded, obviously showing that he wasn't a pushover.
Though most of the time Crow behaved like an amiable grandpa, he seemed to be a bit hostile towards Jack's comments, who could only swallow back his words and act as if nothing happened…
The little exchange didn't really hinder the continuance of the test as the rest of the students got into the 'Exos Measuring Devices' in turn, with some talks breaking out every minute and the other, but it never lasted more than a few seconds.
The average Capacity ratings, hovered around 50~55, with values occasionally surpa.s.sing 60 or even 70, but the numbers of such students were less than 3 in each queue, up to the moment when both queues only had 5 students left, which included Chrome and the rest of the students Future high's group, who were all the ends of the queues alongside 3 leftovers from Jack's group.
"It's about time!" Fred said as
The first to enter from Future High's group was Fred who was in the queue that Chrome wasn't in, it was apparent that he was already getting impatient…
"Hehe…"

Getting out of the capsule and checking his result, Fred couldn't help but smirk as he showed the others a proud look for receiving the highest result so far.
However, as if to stump him savagely, the results of Alice who just came out from the other device were…

"Woah…"
"They are both so close to the first threshold!"
"They also come from the same school at that, are they together or something…?"
'As expected of these two rich scions…'
Chrome had already somewhat understood that their results were going to be this exaggerated, after all, they both came from big and huge families, not to mention that from what he knew at least, Alice did have enough talent to match her wealth to begin with, so it was easy for her to achieve this result.
The teachers didn't react much, but Crow did open his sharp eyes before nodding while Jack just harrumphed, which made Link feel great.
'I wonder if Chrome would perform as good as them,' being satisfied with the two excellent students' result, the only thing that weighed on his mind was whether Chrome would do well or not…
All he knew about it was that Chrome was likely to succeed on obtaining the enrollment chance according to his source, but he didn't know if he was supposed to perform well on this test or the one after it.
However, what he didn't expect was that following the testing of two students who weren't part of Future High and, he would get hit by another surprise, a very great one at that…
"What are you waiting for Bryce? Get in the capsule already."
