While increasing my country population, I have to focus on the safety and welfare of my citizens. That's why I have to create a special department exclusive for the law enactments in my country. My country will following 4 national princ.i.p.al's;

3. Rule of Law

4. Ethics and Good Behavior

All of the citizen must obey and loyal to me, and ready to sacrifice for the kingdom. They must learn to love this country and prepare for the any threat and war to protect this nation. I using authoritarian systems, which the most exclusive rights and powers hold by me. I like to introduce the democracy systems, but maybe in later part of my reigns. The next individual who hold the power after me is Rosellete. She will be number two here, and I given her a n.o.ble t.i.tle, Prime as the honor of her service. The high status and ranked individuals in my country must taken an oath curse from Esthia or directly become my slaves. Only normal citizens can be allowed not to do the both, but they will never have same privilege like them.

My country also have it's own const.i.tution that must be follow and respect by the citizens. The most important things that I stated in the highest level of const.i.tutional is to declare all of my citizens to respects each other and to avoid any racism and prejudice among the races, especially the human. I hated any races supremacists that eventually will destroyed my beloved country. I also design the flag called The Great Sun (A white flag with a red fire sign in the middle of it). Then, I compose a national song (I plagiarized it by changing the intro song from anime; the story about the baldy person who always punch only once, to defeat his enemies) and design the national symbol of the Amaterasu. The design itself actually created by my city core girl, Amaterasu, with collaboration between my palace core girl, Avalon and Rosellete. Urtd is so talented, so I let her manage my army organization that separated into three, royal armies, air defense and naval force. The royal army will handled by s.h.i.+ro as the general and the head of the royal guard. My first wars.h.i.+p girl, Rei will lead my navy as the special admiral and my Air Force One spiritual flying s.h.i.+p girl, Ichiko will conduct my air defense and offense force as the first cla.s.s captain. Rei and Ichiko can control remotely all of my +20 s.h.i.+ps that I upgraded, so I don't need to spend time to train the pilots and sailors to operate my a.s.sets.

The last const.i.tutional phase will focus on ethics of my citizens. The first one is to implement the official language. I also created the education system that handle by Seira, to increase my country literate standard for better life. I managed to get hold plenty of the books from the elves kingdom, and multiple it for the usage of my citizens education.
