After getting news about The Witch from Rebecca, Max decided to accelerate his plan. He left a shadow clone to teach Harry and teleported to Fudge.

When Max reached there, he saw Fudge sitting on his couch and drinking something. He didn't show any politeness and directly told him, "Fudge, I want a few Time Turners. I don't care how you get it, but I need it within a week."

Max was willing to stay a week because he didn't have any other way. He already has a gist of how to use the dimensional energy, so he was quite confident that he could gather the minimum amount required to travel back in a week, not like the time he used all of it coming here.

Fudge who saw Max suddenly teleporting in front of him was  a bit surprised, but he didn't calm down. In front of Max, he always felt like he'd die any moment if Max was anyway displeased. So after hearing that Max wanted a Time Turner, he immediately gave the one he had on himself and said, "I think I can get some from the ministry, but they'll all be monitored. I think I'll be able to get my hands on few of them unofficially with my other sources in a few days."

Max nodded and then asked, "Can you give me a list of all the Voldemort followers who are outside Azkaban. I'll need their addresses or their last known location. Get this done by the end of the day. I'll meet you in evening."

Before Fudge could even nod Max teleported away.

Max after meeting Fudge went directly to Dumbledore. Dumbledore who saw Max teleport directly inside Hogwarts was surprised, but didn't bother much and asked him, "So what do the young professor want with me?"

Max didn't bother about any pleasantries and said, "I'll be leaving soon, but before I leave I'll take care of that broken soul that is stuck inside Harry's scar, so you don't have to sacrifice him."

Dumbledore was shocked. He had never discussed about this to anyone, but he was planning this from a long time. He looked at max and asked with a serious expression, "How did you know about that Max boy?"

Max said, "I know a lot of things, but I don't have much time right now. I'll have to go. See ya in the future if possible." After that he teleported away.

Max who teleported was now flying towards Leaky Cauldron. He didn't know anyone in that location so he had to fly all the way.

After reaching there Max directly went to Ollivanders. Even though he said that having a wand is a obstruction, but he knew that it'll be helpful if he used it in the right way. So he decided to get himself a custom made wand.

As soon as he entered inside he saw a large number of boxes stacked up one on top of another. He was actually surprised to see this exaggerated set up in this shop. He was greeted  by an sickly looking old man wearing a similar looking robes to a wizard. The man looked at Max and said, "Welcome to Ollivanders, Mr. Argent. I'm Garrick Ollivander. How may I help you?"

Max was surprised that Ollivander knew him, "How did you know me?"

Ollivander smiled at him and said, "Who wouldn't know you." and took a newspaper and showed Max's photo showing how he captured Peter.

Max just shook his head and went right down to business. "Mr. Ollivander, I need a custom made wand."

Ollivander look at him and asked, "What kind of specifications would you like? If you tell me right away, it'll be easy for me. And are you a righty or lefty"

Max nodded and said, "I'm a righty. I don't have much requirements. Just focus on the strength aspect, control could be secondary."

Ollivander thought about it and took a measuring tape and started to measure Max's hand length and width, and other measurements. After everything was done he said, "I think I have an idea in my mind. But it'll take about half a month."

Max was pretty tight in time. He couldn't waste time just for a wand so he asked, "I don't have much time. It's actually an emergency. How fast could you make it?"

Ollivander started to think and said, "If you could get me the materials by evening, I think I could finish up in three to four days. That is if I'm not exhausted by using too much magic."

Max thought of a solution and said, "Mr. Ollivander, just give me a list of the materials you need. I'll try to get it as fast as possible. As for magic, you don't have to worry about that. You'll get a constant supply of magic when you're working."

Ollivander nodded and started to list down the materials that he needed. He didn't need much, as he runs a wand shop he already had almost all of the materials, all he needed was couple of core materials which are specific to Max's requirement, so he said, "I already have most of the materials. What I need is the Breath of the Peruvian Vipertooth dragon and a blue phoenix feather which are very rare. You need to send a party to hunt it down. That's why I told you that it'll take half a month. If you can get it faster than my sources I'll be happy to finish it quickly."

Max thought about it and decided to hunt it down himself. He asked for their known regions. Ollivander said, "You might be able to find a blue phoenix in Mount Vesuvius in Italy. As for the  Peruvian Vipertooth, you can easily find it in the forest in Peru, or it could find you. So good luck. I'll start building the body of the wand."

Max nodded and decided to use the Floo network this time as he went out.
