The reason w.a.n.g Ming knew about the pressure points was that he had gained a lot of information about his body from the book. There were also information about pressure points and all the locations of it in his body, and since Louzheng is also a human, they would have similar placed pressure points. One more thing w.a.n.g Ming noticed was that his mind were clearer now and his memory and comprehension skills had improved a lot.
Also, w.a.n.g Ming didn't have a lot of mastery in pressure points yet, so the most he could do was to inflict some pain. He couldn't do it fast in a fight either, the only reason he could do it easily on Louzheng is because he didn't struggle.
Which shocked Louzheng with pain for only a fraction of a second, making him lose control of his arms then regaining it again. But this time were enough for w.a.n.g Ming to free himself from Louzheng. w.a.n.g Ming felt shocked by Louzheng's power he wasn't as strong as w.a.n.g Ming now, but he wasn't too far from it.

Though the most shocked person was Louzheng, he didn't know what w.a.n.g Ming did. But as soon as w.a.n.g Ming struck him the third time, he suddenly lost control of his body, which were scary. Louzheng didn't believe in QI or cultivation or anything like that, but he didn't know how w.a.n.g Ming did that to him. And how his legs healed so fast, last time Louzheng talked with w.a.n.g Ming it seemed like his legs were still injured.
"I'm sorry w.a.n.g Ming. I was just excited to see that you have healed. But how did you do that to me and how are your legs healed already?"
"I know, you are a good man and a great friend Louzheng. It's a long story so I won't explain it to you now, but I will one day don't worry. What's more important is your training and the opening of the restaurant. I hope you can do your best and try to learn the most possible. We don't have a lot of time, so I don't expect you to become a professional waiter. But I do want you to learn the basics."
After saying this, w.a.n.g Ming opened the restaurant door and walked inside with Louzheng behind him. Arriving at the kitchen, w.a.n.g Ming asked Louzheng to sit down in front of him. Not wanting to waste any time, w.a.n.g Ming started the lecture.
"Ok, Louzheng I need you to be two things here in this restaurant, and that is to be a cas.h.i.+er and then a waiter. Since you have worked as a taxi driver before, I don't think you should have any problem handling money. So I only intend to teach you about being a waiter. Are you ok with this?"
If it was before Louzheng had started his taxi job then, he would have to embara.s.singly say that he barely knew any math. Since he was an orphan growing up in the slums, he had never gone to school, so he only knew some very simple math, writing and reading. Though after working as a taxi driver, he learned how to calculate money fast. He was terrible at it at the start, even giving wrong amounts of money to the customer, sometimes more and even sometimes too little.
"I'm ok. I learned to calculate money while working at the taxi job. Even though I don't enjoy talking too much to people, I don't regard as my friends. I understand and will do my best to talk with all the customers."
w.a.n.g Ming was glad to see that Louzheng was willing to learn and adapt, this was the only thing he needed from him. Since w.a.n.g Ming knew that no one would be great on their first day, this was also not something he needed. He wanted someone that he could teach from the start and make him his a.s.sistant, which later would help him manage his food empire.
"Then lets start."
The only things w.a.n.g Ming needed Louzheng to know was how to speak with a customer. But since Louzheng already is a polite man, he wouldn't need too much practice here. Then w.a.n.g Ming had made a simple server script which Louzheng could follow and use. Since when you're nervous you tend to not know what to say and having a script will ensure that Louzheng would always serve customers with a consistent speech.
After this, w.a.n.g Ming would need to teach Louzheng about safety in the kitchen and the restaurant, the last thing he wanted was for him to injure himself or worse other. Then how to serve and take orders and lastly the restaurant layout. Since the restaurant was not that huge with only 16 tables, it would only take Louzheng a bit to memorize how the restaurant looks. He also needed to memorize where all utensils, paper, etc is.
The ordering system would be simple, which would be to take a number from Louzheng when you enter the restaurant. After Louzheng would write this number down in a book two times. He would then cross out the number one time after he has served you than the second time when you have paid. The order would also have the number of the table which would make it simple for Louzheng to know which table ordered what.
Lastly, and the most important thing he needed to learn though, is that the customers are king. So it didn't matter what had happened or who it was, as long as they were a customer, then they were correct. But there were also exceptions to this rule, since w.a.n.g Ming wouldn't condone any hara.s.sment in his restaurant. So if the customer went too far, then w.a.n.g Ming would have no problem in convening and throwing the customer out.
This last point is an important rule for w.a.n.g Ming, since he wants that all of his workers now and later on. Will be humble and honest, it doesn't matter who they serve as long as they are a customer, then they should serve them to their best of abilities. But if the customer is too excessive, then they should also know that w.a.n.g Ming would have their back.
This was how w.a.n.g Ming and Louzheng spent the day. What shocked w.a.n.g Ming was how fast Louzheng learned everything he taught and how hardworking he was. w.a.n.g Ming felt thankful and happy that he didn't judge Louzheng wrong. He was a good and hardworking man.
Though there were still a lot of flaws with Louzheng, the biggest one is that he's too clumsy. w.a.n.g Ming couldn't understand why he were so clumsy, since when Louzheng fought it looked like he had great balance and stability. But when Louzheng held a plate with food, then he would turn into this old lady, which couldn't go straight and would b.u.mp into chairs and tables knocking the chairs over, and almost tripping several times.
This was something that w.a.n.g Ming would need to fix ASAP, but apart from that, then Louzheng just needed to talk with more confidence and it would be perfect.
Seeing it was late, w.a.n.g Ming then sent Louzheng home and prepared himself for tomorrow, which would contain a lot more teaching and even more cooking.
