Synopsis:

Two worlds. Two Boys. One name.

Tachibana Yuri is an ordinary j.a.panese teenager, Yuri Tachibana is the third prince of the Sais.h.i.+ Kingdom. But, how will both boys fare when they suddenly find themselves in each other's worlds? Will the Prince be able to masquerade as "Tachibana Yuri" an ordinary commoner? Can Tachibana survive the fantastical world of Sekai?

World Setting:

General Settings:

1.) Modern Day j.a.pan, Earth.

2.) Alternate World called "Sekai" where magic, mythical beasts and technology co-exists. It's a parallel of Earth although there are many variations due to the existence of magic.

Main settings:

1.) Yamato City, Kanagawa, j.a.pan, Earth.

2.) Nihon Continent, Sekai: This is a ma.s.sive continent located in the East. It boasts as one of the most powerful of the Five Great Continents. Nihon has the most powerful Kingdoms ―Amagiri Empire, Waseda Kingdom, Sais.h.i.+ Kingdom, Shoei Kingdom and Kamata (even though it's unattached to the superstructure).

3.) Sais.h.i.+ Kingdom, Nihon Continent, Sekai. The Kingdom is governed by a Monarch and a Prime Minister.

Main Characters:

1.) Tachibana Yuri

A sixteen year old j.a.panese boy and the only son of Tachibana Ayumu and his wife, Azusa. He practices Martial Arts and is a very calm yet calculative individual. He's nicknamed "Tacchi" by his best friend. In the novel, he's referred to as "Tachibana" so as to not to be confused with his counterpart "Prince Yuri".

2.) Mochizuki Takahiro

Yuri's best friend who's obsessed with manga and science who plays volleyball in his spare time. He's nicknamed "Mocchi" by Yuri. He has a very jovial personality, and often time teases Yuri about not having a girlfriend. In the novel, he's referred to as "Mochizuki" to differentiate from his counterpart "Takahiro"

3.) Prince Yuri Tachibana

Sixteen year old Third Prince of the Sais.h.i.+ Kingdom, he likes to have his own way, and is quite rebellious. He's got a vicious temper and a foul mouth to boot. He listens to no one (most of the time) and is always in an argument with his big brother ―Seiya but he's on friendlier terms with his second older brother ―Akira. He's orderly and meticulous, as seen how he organizes his clothing according to colour.

His magic is Lightning & Thunder.

4.) Akira Tachibana

He's twenty-one and the Second Prince of the Sais.h.i.+ Kingdom. He can be adorable and charming when he wants to; however, there are times when he's ruthless and savage. He'll be the next Prime Minister of the Kingdom. His magic Water, inherited from his mother.

Supporting:

From j.a.pan:

1.) Ito Kohaku

Takahiro's uppercla.s.sman in school who was the captain of the school's volleyball team. He had broken two fingers in a match so he's currently not on the team until he gets better. He's strong-willed and ambitious, to the point where he'll cut down anyone and anything to get what he wants. Because of this, he's called "Haku" as his behaviour is reminiscent of a yakuza boss. Referred to as "Haku" in the novel to differentiate from his counterpart "Kohaku".

2.) Sato Mamoru

He's Kohaku's childhood friend and is called "Satoru" by the former. He sees himself as an expert in romance and relations.h.i.+ps, although, he's been single all his life. He plays volleyball as well, but not since Kohaku broke his fingers. Referred to as "Satoru" to differentiate from his counterpart "Mamoru"

From Sais.h.i.+ Kingdom:

1.) Seiya Tachibana:

He's the Crown Prince of the Kingdom, Yuri and Akira's big brother and the future King. He's usually gentle and has a kind heart, but like every one of the Royal Family, he can be ruthless and cunning when he wants to. He's rather meticulous; this is often time shows whenever he sets out to get a task done. His magic is Lightning & Thunder.

2.) Ayumu Tachibana:

He's the current King of the Sais.h.i.+ Kingdom and while he's jovial, in order to get what he wants, he'll cut down anyone in his way. As a King, he's fair-minded yet heartless at times. He has Lightning & Thunder magic which two of his sons inherited.

3.) Kohaku Ito:

Like the j.a.panese counterpart, Kohaku strong-willed and ambitious, being the President of a club at their school. However, their genders aren't the same. This Kohaku is a female. She has a very innovative and creative mind, as seen when she organizes military strategies for any of her school's a.s.signments. Her magic is Fire.

4.) Mamoru Sato:

He's just like his j.a.panese counterpart, but the difference is that he's Kohaku's boyfriend. His magic is Wind.
