Jagger was sitting inside the bottle, in a pitch dark environment. The last time he saw the light was when she was holding the bottle in her hands, then next, he noticed the clothes around him and the door was finally shut off on him.
It's dark around him. He thinks Jessy buried the bottle at the bottom of the piles of clothes inside the cabinet, that's why he can't see a d.a.m.n light!
Sigh.
He can only release sigh after sigh.
His magic and power can't work inside the bottle because this bottle was designed to suppressed power and once you are inside you are powerless like a smoke. The only good thing about it is that he can't feel any thirst or hunger while being imprisoned inside.
Right now, he had no idea what's going on outside the cabinet.
Did Jessy take revenge and annihilated the entire inhabitants of the cave?
Or maybe his brother did not tell her about the whole truth?
He was just hoping that his clan are safe and still alive in the cave. If they all perished because he was so d.a.m.n stupid to bring Jessy into the cave due to his obsession with her then their deaths were his fault.
He bit his lip in frustration.
"BAM!"
"POW!"
He kicked, punched and slammed the wall of the bottle due to anger, but the sound just vibrated around him, it can't be heard outside. The bottle is one freaking empty inside, its walls are kind of transforming into a translucent bouncing jelly the more he punched it, but outside it's hard and thick as a rock.
Tired of kicking the walls, he lay down on the floor and closed his eyes.
What he was fearing the most that he might never be able to get out of the bottle alive and see the world again, breathe fresh air and eat real foods.
He desperately wanted to escape from the bottle but he already tried using his power and everything, they simply don't work.
The only thing he can do is wait for the right time that somebody would open the bottle and he would escape from the bottle swiftly and never go back inside again.
The condition he was in right now is the worse thing he ever encountered. And he was afraid he might stay useless and hopeless inside forever.
He would do anything to taste freedom again.
He would!
If only somebody can hear him now he is willing to compromise.
The silence inside the bottle was deafening...
Then he remembered the forest. The chirping of the birds hopping from the branches of trees to another, the gentle breeze of the wind, the pleasant sound of water trickling between rocks in the stream, the sweet melodious sounds of the music from Jessy's portable radio. He prefers those live sounds of the environment outside compared to the deafening silence inside the bottle where his breathing was the only sound he can hear.
Then reality dawned on him.
Everything went wrong when he shamelessly plotted out how to make Jessy his. Because of his blind obsession with her.
If he was only contented to be her friend and didn't bring her into the cave where his brother and the rest of his clan were hiding then this problem should have never occurred at all.
Again and again, he brings bad luck to everyone.
d.a.m.n!
How can he be so stupid!?
A big fool!
Right now, all he wanted is to get out of the bottle and try to live his life differently, that if he is still given a chance to leave the bottle.
Jessy is the only one that can save him.
Only if she still have compa.s.sion and pity left for him.
Looks like his life and decision making was becoming worst, he was making mistakes after mistakes. Redeeming himself is something that he wants to do before he dies, he has to do it for her mother because all this time he never fulfills her last wish and that is to abandon revenge and just live in peace. In the end, revenge only made things worse for him destroying everything on his path.
Maybe if he will live his life differently he can make her mother happy wherever she is right now. With all the power that he had right now, it would be a waste of skill and talent if he will just rot inside the bottle.
He had to get out of the bottle somehow and make amends.
He only needs one chance.
One moment in time!
"Jess, please open the bottle...I begged you!" he shouted at the top of his lungs over and over again until his voice become hoa.r.s.e with too much shouting, but he doesn't mind at all. It's better than doing nothing or else he will go crazy due to loneliness and emptiness he felt inside.
In his mind, he was already constructing the right words to say to Jessy so that he can convince her to set him free and give him a chance to redeem himself. He will tell her that he will go away and never bother her anymore. He will apologize and ask her forgiveness.
Then he will run away and start a new life far away from everyone. Since he was already a mortal being he will go to the city and mingle with the mortal people and live in their midst and experience their ways of life.
If he got tired and bored with the city life then he will return to the treehouse, contented to live there alone in peace just like what his dying mother had requested of him before she lost her final breath.
Jagger closed his eyes preparing to sleep, dreaming of Jessy and the good times they shared in the treehouse and the forest. Ah, he can't wait to get out of the bottle and taste the delicious roasted chicken one again, that thoughts made him smile.

The following day, inside the clinic.
Jessy was lying in the bed when the recipient come inside. He was an old vampire about seventy years old in appearance but probably a hundred years old already in reality.
He stared at her for a moment. "Doc, can I have a talk with the Crossbred for a few seconds?" he said.
The doctor looked at Jessy.
She nodded her head granting the old man permission. She gets up and sat on the edge of the bed. "What is it, Grandpa?"
Grandpa sat on the opposite bed facing Jessy.
"Can you read minds? Can you erase memories?" he asked.
Jessy was puzzled with his question. "No. I don't have that kind of power, Grandpa. May I know why are you asking me this?"
"Because I want to give you my power to read minds and erase memories before I lose it after I become a mortal being. But let me check your head first if you already had this power, maybe you fail to awaken it yet," he said. "May I? This won't take long..." he said.
"Okay," Jessy replied.
"Just close your eyes for a moment," he instructed.
Jessy obeyed and closed her eyes. Grandpa placed his hands on her head and shut off his eyes in concentration mode.
